Over the years I have visited about a dozen times. I tell myself Everytime I'm not going back. Time passes, they're convenient and I go again. No one to blame but myself. This last time $70 for a sub-par Pedi and hand nail color...plus gave a $10 tip. I shouldn't have tipped, but I also shouldn't keep going back, but here we are. Drew blood on my big toe and he used those little nail clippers around every nail on my hand to the point that the next day every finger was so sore...the toe that he nipped with clippers on the side of my toe hurt for 3 days and I had to wear open Toed shoes. He said nothing, but just used cotton to wipe away the blood and put some type of liquid on it. Nail polish on hand was chipped so bad after 24 hours that it was embarrassing so I removed it. I mean it this time. No more.

Love this nail salon. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Donna is the absolute best with acrylic/ombre that I love. I like my nails oval/rounded and short, and those who like longer and other shapes always look so good. They also do gel, dip, the TAP hybrid, regular polish, and the best pedicures!!! Tina and ‘Fa’ - like the number 4, (his real name is pronounced “Wen”) are wonderful and give great leg/feet massages. Tell them Ms. Brooksie sent you!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I ASKED FOR FRENCH TIPS AND This is what I got he kept getting up to answer the phone and greet guests as they came in which was fine but rushed on my nails and did not give me what I want it he refused to fix. His exact words were I can’t do anything else for you! I WAS ALSO A PAYING CUSTOMER! ID HATE TO USE THE TAXE CARD BUT I WAS DEFINITELY STEREOTYPED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.... I've been going to Tip's and Toes for years. The Service Quick and Professional. I love that I can go here even if I don't have an appointment and still get the service that I want to quick. They also have done every Pedi and Mani designs that I asked for to the point I've gotten many compliments.Im satisfied.

I requested a manicure. I went to a man in the back of the salon. He stuck my hands in cold water and then removed my cuticles and began painting my nails. Several times I voiced my concern of how they were looking. He would simply say "one more coat". He gave up and said "you're done". It looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I paid $28. I'll never go back. I went to Hollywood nails and they fixed my nails and they look beautiful now.

I just like to say they over charge they charge me $1 extra just because I didn’t have cash on me , keep in mind I used my debit card. In which I believe that was not necessary.
