I cannot say enough good things about this company. John was so kind and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful when it came to a solution.. I needed a new hot water heater, and he was able to coordinate things with my painting and drywall contractor before putting the new heater in. I have used this company in the past for lots of Plumbing needs, and they never fail to deliver excellent service!!! Thank you!!!

Our recent dealings with Crofton Plumbing & Drain could not have been better. From their courteous & helpful receptionist we received a same day appointment. The technician Matt arrived on time and we had an informative and comprehensive discussion about our non-working hot water tank. He was well versed, knowledgeable and was able to articulate clearly all of our options. We agreed with his assessment and in less than 24 hours he was back with a brand new hot water tank, which he proceeded to install in a very professional manner in just a short amount of time. From start to finish, we were very happy with this company and in particular the skill of Matt. We highly recommend Crofton's plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Crofton’s Plumbing for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, friendliness, and dedication. I am new to Florida and moved into Kings Point in December 2024. Having been born and raised in Chicago proper, one can become somewhat callous and begin to expect very little when dealing with companies—let alone people. Working with Crofton’s Plumbing has been refreshing, to say the least. From my initial phone conversation with Tonia and her prompt, caring response to our situation, to Jon arriving on site ready to diagnose the issue and provide excellent service, and finally meeting Matthew today, who stood ready to do whatever might be needed—every interaction has been outstanding. “Wow” is truly the word that comes to mind. Although the leak is still under investigation and may ultimately fall under the responsibility of our irrigation team, Crofton’s Plumbing has been ready and willing to see the job through from the start. We hired Crofton’s Plumbing to do a complete re-pipe of our Sun City home. Their price was competitive, and their service was excellent. Terry and Jamari went above and beyond to make sure that the damage was minimal—especially to the master bathroom wallpaper, with only one small opening behind the mirror. They were quiet, polite, tidy, prompt and knowledgeable. We received a signed off permit the day after they were done, and their drywall crew did an excellent job of repairing the few small openings that were necessary. I was absolutely dreading having to do this and it went MUCH better than anticipated. They clearly know what they’re doing and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’d hire them again in a New York minute.

I recently contacted Crofton plumbing for drains backed up. I was quoted a price. The technician came out and worked 1 1/2 hours. He billed me what I thought was high. I called the customer service and my bill was corrected. In the morning I showered. The water still didn’t drain. I called the company the next day. They sent a supervisor and he corrected it. He did not charge me. This is an amazing company to work with. I give Crofton plumbing the highest review. I will definitely spread the work and recommend them to others.

Very impressed by Crofton’s (formerly known as Howie’s Plumbing). We’ve (or Condo Owner’s Association) had a really sticky potable water leak under a driveway. Wow, he had good service. One of the owners, John, came out himself to fix this leak because the homeowner has been fighting the issue for months (sometimes it’s hard to tell what kind of leak or where it originated). John had his office call in for a County Water Shutoff and spent over an hour leaning over a small hole in the concrete to fix this 1 in poly pipe that just bent like crazy under the concrete. He fixed it! Thank you Crofton’s for the help and the expertise you provided.

I recently used Sun City Plumbing for a complete re-piping of my condo that my 88 year old Mother occupies and we could not be happier. The team did a great job and provided all the pics I requested as I was not in town at the time the work was done. They were outstanding from Rochelle in the office to Matt in the Field and especially John who was on the job and jumped in to help even after hours. John was absolutely amazing, he stayed on the job to insure everything was put back into place for Mom so it was safe for her to move about the condo without the fear of falling. She slept great that night knowing John took care of everything and just the way she likes it. I have never met a service provider like John and we were very blessed he was on our job. If you are looking for an oustanding experience from start to finish with great communication and a fair price be sure to reach out to Sun City Plumbing. I know we will use them again if a need arises.

I hired Howie’s for a full home repipe. I’ll be the first to admit I was not an easy customer - I was nervous, asked a lot of questions, and was very present during the work being done. Every step of the way, the company’s employees were kind and patient. They answered every question, resolved every issue, and did it with a smile. I cannot recommend them more.
