Came in as a walk in for a cracked iPhone screen and laptop with some issues, gave me a free quote for both. Went through with the iPhone, decided against the laptop just because I’m in the process of looking for a new one anyways. Less than 30 min phone was ready, working great! Very reasonably and fair priced (I searched online and this was by far the best price). Will definitely be back if I have any other tech issues!

I got my cracked phone screen repaired here on Saturday 7/13 and I regret it so much!! First it started getting overheated within a few hours. I called on Monday 7/15 to explain this had been happening for the last 2 days and he told me to bring it in to see if they could figure out the issue. After he looked at it, he told me to just “close out all my apps” I always do that so I knew an app running in the background wasn’t causing the issue. Today it’s gotten worse, the keyboard isn’t registering/working the same, and my phone randomly shut down completely for a few minutes for seemingly no reason before rebooting. After some googling it’s pretty clear these malfunctions are all connected to the poor quality of the screen they installed. So disappointing and a waste of $100. Hopefully my phone keeps working until the new iPhone comes out in September and I can trade it in but coming here to fix my screen has definitely made it function poorly. I wouldn’t recommend this place!!

I was so pleased to discover TechFix in Apollo Beach recently. After my phone went on the fritz, I was certain I'd have to purchase a new one when I wasn't quite ready to. TechFix was able to repair my existing one at a great price, $500 cheaper than Apple wanted. I won't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services to friends and neighbors.

These people are liars and scammers. They scrapped our computer worth thousands of dollars without any notice because they suddenly didn’t have the storage for it. They then lied and said they texted us to warn us they were scrapping it, but they didn’t. They also lied and said they gave us a ticket with the agreement they would scrap it after a certain period of time but that was also a lie. Don’t leave your devices with them!!

We have used Techfix for a number of years on phones, tablets, etc. We've never had any issues and the review I'm writing now is on a Microsoft Surface Pro that had a shattered screen which they replaced. Great prices and they are usually very quick.

Tech Fix is great! We have gone here multiple times over the years for our iPhones, MacBooks and other computers. Not only are they knowledgeable but they have great integrity. I completely trust what they tell me. Multiple times I've gone there thinking I had a certain issues and it turned out to be something so basic that they didn't even charge me when they definitely could've. If they think I should go to the manufacturer for one reason or another, they tell me that too. I'm so glad they're here.

Cracked my screen pretty bad and finally had the time to get it fixed. Called ahead to see if they could fix my Google Pixel 3a XL they had to order it and quoted me 175 before tax. When they have to order you have the choice of either leaving the phone with them or paying half up front. I went ahead and paid half because I work at a hospital and need my phone pretty much all the time. Ordered it Sunday, got a call Tuesday that it was there and I could bring my phone in. I was off Wednesday and went ahead and came in around 1130 got a call around 230 almost 3 that it was ready for pick up. Paid the other half. Phone was clean, looked gorgeous, they took very good care of it, looks like they even cleaned out the top speaker. Javier was very professional and kind. I'm a Klutz so I'll be back for sure! Pricing was cheaper than anywhere else where I was quoted 230! Really glad to have found Tech Fix!

Work was done A+ but communication was horrible. Had my electronics for close to a month with almost zero communication. Told me they would call me the next day with diagnosis but took almost a week. Told me a couple days to fix...took weeks....price was decent but man.....don't tell people days when it's actually WEEKS to MONTHS for y'all to do things. I had to always start the conversation by showing up or calling.

I bought a phone here back in november. it’s march now. this phone is awful. i had to replace the screen because the one that was on the phone was faulty and desensitized. Also failed to mention there’s 12GB of storage. I am a 20 year old girl who is always on her phone (and i mentioned my phone is basically my baby) so why would they sell me a phone with the lowest storage possible. i barely have any pics or apps because they sold me this garbage. $270 down the drain. but that’s what i get for being so trusting. the vibes are weird and they seem malicious. i would personally stay away. Just read some other reviews and it looks like they have a nasty attitude towards negative reviewers as well. hopefully i won’t be a victim of their rudeness for spreading my truthful personal experience but only time will tell. i’m not a local and i live in Atlanta so there was never anything they could’ve done to make this right with me. They knew i was passing through because i mentioned it so i believe that’s why they sold me this piece of trash.

Great service! The screen on my phone cracked and my digitizer broke Friday night and I needed my phone fix by Monday. Thankfully Tech fix was open Saturday! I had my phone fixed in less then 10 min, and also received a free screen protector. In addition, the office itself is modern and the staff very welcoming and eager to help. I will definitely return here for any phone repairs needed in the future and recommend this business very highly.

My battery was replaced in my Dell laptop. They had to order the battery, but called me when they received it and battery was replaced in a couple of hours after I dropped off my computer. All is working great. I also had a phone issue that could't be fixed but I'm happy they are here to help with tech needs and find them responsible and honest.

My screen was cracked! Yikes! How much was this going to cost me?? After figuring I had to get it fixed, I looked online for a place with good reviews. This place came up as nearby with good reviews. There was a customer ahead of me who was getting help from the technician. "Bad SIM card." "How much for a new one?" "We don't have these, but you can get one right next door." "How much do I owe you?' "Nothing, it was just the SIM card." My turn to show him my phone with a cracked screen. "It's not cracked. It's just your screen protector. No charge." I did buy one of his products, though, so he did make a little $$$.
