I have been working with East Bay Insurance for several years and have always gotten excellent service. They are very responsive to my needs and questions. I love that I can call anytime and speak with with a "live" person and not an answering service. When I have questions, I always get a call back with answers immediately. Everyone that I have spoken with is equally helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are proactive with insurance coverage and shop around for the best coverage and cost before any renewal is due, even before I get the new renewal cost myself. I have never dealt with a better insurance agency in all of my experience. I have recommended East Bay to several friends, and they are all as happy as I am.

For me, getting comparative quotes for the first time in decades (condo, autos, umbrella) was a lot of work (for all details, especially when trying to compare apples to apples) for both me & Elizabeth (who is awesome, & a tireless worker!). And all I saw was the best of what she could find (she did far more work behind the scenes, not even knowing whether it'd gain biz or not). Elizabeth knows things my current agent doesn't know (regarding legal contract wording for whether a 'special assessment' is subject to hurricane deductible when that coverage required by FL law is added to H06's paint-in condo coverage yet applies to COA recovery when paying bills for stuff outside the paint), so she is extremely great at her job (so rare to find any more)

Worst customer service experience ever. I had a complaint and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was passed along to the owner of the office which appeared to be the CSR mother. Mother/owner of the company was just as rude if not worse than daughter (I assume it was her daughter) would not recommend
