Spa Northwest is truly a unique place tucked in a place where you wouldn't expect. When you walk in the door, you immediately start to feel relaxed from the warm and welcoming vibe. Once greated by the lovely girl at the counter (my apologies for forgetting her name...post massage brain lol), you're invited to use the restroom before going into a warm and welcoming lounge area and offered a refreshment while waiting, which typically is not very long as the practitioners are very prompt. I've had 2 massages from Mindy, including my 1st lymphatic drainage massage. She is very intuitive and delivers a fantastic massage, I've dozed off both times its so relaxing I had my 1st facial at this spa from Marissa. Marissa is very knowledgeable and takes her time learning about your skin and what your skincare goals are. They use ilike organic skincare products that are vegan and cruelty free, and feel heavenly. My skin felt amazing after an incredibly relaxing facial. After, Marissa take the time to explain what she used and what she recommends, without trying to shove allll the products on you at once, no pressure to purchase. Spa Northwest no offers memberships to make the selfcare that we all deserve a bit more accessible, as well as specials every month and random additional ones announced via their emails 10+++ stars. I recommend trying at least once to experience and you will want to go back again and again ❤️😊

I had an incredible 90-minute massage with Davida at Spa Northwest and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The spa is beautiful and serene — it felt like being at a high-end resort. From the moment I walked in, everything about the atmosphere encouraged relaxation. Davida has a rare gift — she seems to really listen to your body and intuitively know exactly what it needs. Her touch and pacing were exceptional. I left feeling completely relaxed, balanced, and renewed. If you’re looking for a high-quality spa experience, I cannot recommend Spa Northwest — and especially Davida — highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great place, this is a real spa and not one of the sketchy "massage" places on Manatee Ave. Went here for for a massage with Allison. She did an awesome job, it was one of the better massages I've gotten. The outside looks like they're doing some work but it really is fine. The inside has soft lighting, good scents, and it's nicely laid out. I would absolutely go back here again next time we are in town. We are staying on Anna Maria Island and for a short drive off the island, I would estimate the cost for the 90 min massage I got was $40-50 less than it would be on island... And it was just as good, if not better... Than any massage I received on the island. I'll be back next time.

I had a facial and purchased a product for $90 which was for sensitive skin that caused redness and inflammation causing me to see my dermatologist. I called and was told the owner would be returning my call soon. One week later the esthetician called and stated the owner wanted me to explain what happened. I explained the situation and was told they cannot take returned product. I asked if they could offer a discount on another services. She politely stated the owner would call me back. That was 8 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything back. Moral of the story is that they do not stand behind their products. I have had massages and this facial and both providers were amazing. Due to the way this owner has avoided this situation I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to Spa Northwest about 10 times now. The space is lovely, in particular the area you wait for your service in. Yesterday I had booked back to back services (with a little time in between). I was disappointed that the Spa doesn’t have any tea. I expect no frills from Massage Envy type of storefronts. But I really think a little extra indulgence while waiting would be a nice touch. The piped in music needs improvement. For years it’s been awful piano covers of songs we all know. Begging you to change to true spa music. It’s really a beautiful space to have a “spa day” and relax … just needs more nice spa-like touches.

Mindy, gave a great relaxation massage, she was very attentive to all of my problem areas Shay was awesome on the deep tissue she did not miss a beat and really worked my trouble spots! This is my very favorite venue for yoga! In the two years plus that I have been coming here, I have never had a disappointing experience. Each teacher has their own unique approach and style. The staff is courteous and friendly and the owners (Paul and Kathleen) are very accessible.
