Do not take your dog here. These people just cut my dog. My dog has been going to Sandy Paws for years and has never been cut no matter how knotted his hair maybe. Reason being they are professionals and know what they're doing. They were booked so I had no choice but to bring him to Nancy's Pet Boutique. Worse mistake ever! When I spoke to the owner they refused to pay for his bill at the vet. Their excuse was his hair was to knotted. If they couldn't do the job they could have easily refused services. That's not an excuse to cut my dog. His hair knots up very easily yet they have never cut him at Sandy Paws. A simple hair cut has turned into a nightmare for my sweet Kash. They didn't even finish his hair cut because the cut was so bad. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy!

My little pup has been thru so much in the past 2yrs medically & I have been grooming her myself, not very well. Superb groom by Nancy's, she looks beautiful. I love there are no cages, all the pups are playing together Very happy to recommend. Thank you Julia

Nancy's is booked solid during the season and off season very busy. Be sure and call ahead. They always do a good job and are very professional. A brief note, be sure you let them know about any particular cuts or areas of concern so they can make notes. They run an efficient assembly line cutting washing and nail trimming so don't expect a fast trip. It's worth the wait. The dogs love it because they get to run around with the other dogs. Be sure your dog has all It's shots. It's a fun play date for them! You should go!!

I had my dog groomed today by Tia. O m g. They are amazing. I moved here permanently. I will never use anyone else !!! Everyone there is great. Best haircut foxy ever got. Thankyou for the greatest experience.

I am very hesitant to take my dogs to a groomer because all of the horror stories, but my mom found this place and it’s like taking my dogs to doggy daycare. They let all the babies run free and hang out with each other and keep themselves busy. They always cut them exactly how I like. Everyone in there is extremely friendly also! I love this place and drive from Sarasota to only come here and get my dogs groomed. Thank you guys!!! 🐕🐶🦮🐩🐕🦺🐾🦴

I took the day off of work to get my cat groomed that I’ve been waiting a month for and I get there and they tell me it’s gonna take three hours to groom my cat. When the last time I had her groomed it only took about 30 minutes and then the cat groomer arrives to work after my appointment time only for the manager to tell her that she has to take care of a dog before she takes care of my cat, knowing she told me it’s gonna take about three hours to groom my cat. I said some thing about it and I told him I didn’t have that kind of time because I needed the car for something else. They looked at me and smiled and said well we can reschedule , they were already adding services on. I did not ask for when I was standing there filling out my guest card. And then me leaving my cab there for three hours not knowing what services they’re providing to my cat just to rack up a bill I don’t think so. very bad customer service no consideration for my time and very unapologetic. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. I will never go there again.

I brought my groomer-shy dog into Nancy's after another groomer was unable to handle her. First of all, she made sure my dog was comfortable there, then fit me into Tina's schedule extremely quickly. She didn't mind that I came in the day before my appointment to spend a little time there with my dog, giving the dog treats and making positive associations with the place.
Today was the appointment, and Tina did an amazing job. It's the first time my dog's had a cocker cut that didn't make her look ridiculous, and moreover, Tina had no problems dealing with my dog's grumpiness about having her paws handled.

Free roaming while in the salon, my pup loves to get to visit w the other dogs. Skilled groomers and a happy dog after his visit. He looks so handsome each time. What more could a customer want!

Took my Hershey from complete disaster to the gorgeous boy I remember. They really know what they are doing and my dog really loves them. We will be returning and I highly recommend this grooming facility!!!!

Tell groomers to check their blades before grooming. My dog was lacerated and required staples. They paid the vet expenses, but should have also paid me back for the cost of grooming

Nancy always does a beautiful job on my Westies. I love the fact that they aren't crated there - they all get to run around underfoot. If your dog can't get along like this - they can't come back! Yay Nancy's!!
