This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Glue was spilled into my hair during my lash appointment, and I had to cut my own hair afterward to get it out. The lashes were poorly done and needed to be removed. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, she refused to offer a refund and felt an apology was sufficient. It was stressful, upsetting, and handled very unprofessionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this business and going somewhere that values client safety and accountability.

I look for to seeing Mamta every other week or so! I prefer her doing my eyebrows over anybody else because she takes the time to look at every tiny detail, while also engaging in a conversation every time. Very friendly, and understanding! Shes very gentle, not rough, and I have a pleasant experience every time I have her. Every time I walk in, I am greeted, and every time I leave, I'm satisfied. I get excited when I see her there, because I know I'm going to have really good quality service, as well as a nice friend to catch up with! I have been going to her for my eyebrows for YEARS!

My wife is extremely upset after a lady named Sultana spilled lash glue in her hair and she had to cut her hair to get the glue out. She Only texted her that she’s sorry but would not offer a refund to my wife after this experience. We own multiple businesses and this is not the way you run one. My wife just had a baby and this was her first time trying to do something nice for herself, and was left very disappointed. Stay far away from this establishment.

Today I'm not happy with my eyebrows. I usually see the same woman and she does a great job but today I had a new lady. I'm disappointed with how thin my eyebrows are and the shape is not the same. I didnt tell the lady because I didnt want to make any adjustments that I'd also be unhappy with.
I forget the woman's name who usually does my eyebrows, but I will only have her next time. I wish this could be fixed but I feel im stuck with this for now.

I had a very disappointing experience with their eyelash service. The chair was uncomfortable, and the lashes began falling out the same day. I paid $150 and even went back for a fix, but they still fell out that same day. Definitely not worth the money for lashes.
On the positive side, they do a great job with eyebrows, but I wouldn’t recommend them for eyelashes.

So reasonably priced! I did brow, forehead and lip threading. My friend did brow threading. I paid for both of us and the total cost for all services combined was only $36. She was quick, precise and gentle. The look was clean and shaped but very natural. She was also very kind. I will be going back for brow tinting. I don't trust anyone to do my brows, so that in itself should speak volumes.

I came today and I was very disappointed. My eyebrows were not done correctly. Before sitting in the chair I gave instructions on shape . She got done . I told her I asked you before hand not to do that to my left brow . She said I followed the shape. I want my money back. This was horrible

Today was my 4th visit assuming I would get the same service as before but there was a different lady doing eyebrows and she thinned my eyebrows. Make them asymmetric. Due to 2 people waiting , she rushed into doing things and harshly plucked extra hair when I showed her few.
So disappointed, ZERO STARS!

I'm a guy who likes to get his mustache threaded because it's patchy. when I first came to this location I was afraid they were going to turn me down because I'm a guy. This location didn't hesitate to thread my upper lip, they were so welcoming and they get the job done very well. thank you!

I travel from Riverview to Apollo Beach to get my eyebrows threaded here. The fact that I willingly conquer Big Bend tells you she does a wonderful job! Lucky Salon has very fair prices. Kuhali takes her time but doesn't go too fast that hairs are missed. Whenever she shows me my brows in the mirror afterwards they are almost always perfect. Other services are offered here but I primarily go for eyebrow threading. I have never had to wait long at all. You can make an appointment but I've always walked in and sat right down or she was finishing up with someone. They have a small selection of oils, tea, rose water, coconut oil, and other neat beauty products. Give Kuhali a try!

I have been getting my eyebrows & facial hair threaded by her for almost a year; and I always leave extremely happy with the results. She is profesional courteous, extremely polite. She goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy with the results. I would not go to any other person to get my eyebrows done.

Walked out with mismatch brows that my daughter started laughing. Luckily, they're still thick enough for me to fix them at home. Personally, I will not be going back and continue doing my own brows at home. I don't think she cared to shape them as I was in the chair for 5 mins max.

It was my first time getting threaded. Su highly and adamantly recommended it over waxing and I am over joyed with the result! She’s very talented and made my visit quick and easy.
