We had window treatments installed in our new build before we moved in and were not present for the install. The window treatments were installed on Aug 4th. No one contacted me to follow up on the install and how it went. I had to reach out and got a text later the next day saying everything went well.
When arriving at my new home and seeing the install, it was clearly evident that numerous rods were not hung level. There was fabric touching the ground on one side and an inch of space betwen the ground and fabric on the other side. They had to re-drill several rooms and completely left holes in highly visible spots.They drapes have not been pressed so they are very wrinkled.
A week after install on of the bedrooms completely came out of the wall. We called to get this resolved and they blamed our drywall saying it was bad when clearly the anchor that was used was not big enough. After many many long conversations they did come out and say they did use the wrong anchors and have fixed all of the rod and curtains best they can.
Now two and half months later we are still going back and forth with this company to get items we paid for installed and functioning correctly. We did receive a partial refund for all of the installation mistake but are still waiting on a solution for the Smart Shades that still do not close properly.

Called Budget Blinds about an issue with an outdoor privacy shade we’ve had on our lanai for almost 2 years. Brandon and William were able to come out within about 2 hours of my service call and fixed the shade. They were courteous and professional and fixed everything fast. I highly recommend this company.
