We had a wonderful experience ordering our shades from the Shade Store! Judy Henry was our consultant at the Naples store and she was such a pleasure to work with!! I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she guided me through the process and we absolutely love our motorized natural wood woven shades. I will definitely work with Judy again on future needs!

Go see Judy Henry at The Shade Store in Mercato in Naples, FL. Wonderful woman and extremely knowledgeable about everything window treatments. Judy was so easy to work with. Frankly, the entire Shade Store operation was as smooth as silk. Everyone was so professional. We are so happy with our window treatments. Go see Judy Henry, you will love her and you will love The Shade Store.

Run from the shade store! Absolute disaster with The Shade Store in downtown Naples, 8 trips and still not right. They insisted we pay up front and we are on the verge of legal action. I have never felt compelled to give a review for anything but I would hate to see other people go through this headache. We have never had the same tech. All work is subbed out to whoever they can find at the time. Bad measurements, Bad programming, bad communication, even the remotes were programmed incorrectly. The process started in July of 25 and is still not done in November. We could not be more disatisfied

We love our roll down shades from the shade store. We bought shades for our office and living room. The living room shades are covering a large double sliding glass door and we put these on a motorized remote, which makes it so easy to roll up and down. The Shade Store was wonderful to work with and listened to our needs and answered our questions. There installation person was great. Super happy!!!

This review is meant for the Shade Store in downtown Naples and not Mercato but the same company. After having us pay 100% in advance for a new home built in north Naples this has been nothing but a disaster. From shipments sent to wrong destination to screwed up scheduling, it only got worse. The original order was mis-measured on 3 of 9 of the windows requiring a re-order and another scheduling. This one was also screwed up. We have given up after the third attempt. The responsiveness of Paul Riley and Henry Cruz (ironically designated as Client Experience Manager) was nothing short of horrific. Go elsewhere.

My experience from start to finish with the shade store was exceptional. Service and communication were clear and the process moved swiftly. I was able to communicate with Judy at every step of the way which made the experience feel personal and tailored. Would recommend!
