Derek from Elxai spent most of the day at our house yesterday doing a system upgrade. He did a very nice job and even stuck around to make sure all our TVs and other devices synced up to the new equipment properly. Good customer service!

Unfortunately, my outdoor TV was cooked and needed to be replaced. Elxai Techs (Derek and Leo) got here at 8:15AM and by 9AM, the new TV was mounted and ready to roll. Derek and Leo did a great job. Knowing I have a house full of people this week, getting this knocked out in short order was a big help.
