Brian, our salesperson, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came to our home, meticulously measured every window, and took the time to walk us through all the available products. His knowledge of Hunter Douglas Pirouette Shades was impressive, and he patiently answered all our questions, helping us select the perfect color and style to complement our home. Brian’s warm personality, attention to detail, and transparent, fair estimate made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with the order.

Had them come out because of a gap in the blackout drapes. Was not personally advised but for five minutes of time it cost me $125 plus tax! Not happy.
Update- owner called next day in regard to review and we agreed there was a miscommunication regarding the service charge. She is crediting my account accordingly. In four years I have had no problems with their installations until this gap. Solution was to take off the first hook to allow them to close. Therefore I have changed my rating as this is good customer service. Thanks Kathie.

All were professional and patiently explained options. I love the look of the banded blinds
But if you get them mount them on the wall and not inside the frame. If it’s out of plumb there will be a gap and also you see the battery pack from the outside

He was efficient, professional, and extremely pleasant. He even quickly resolved a blind issue that occurred due to a recent home renovation. Perfect fit in Estero, FL. has wonderful people to work with and the installers were just as good. Took the time to install both shades and helped me download the app for my phone and explained how both of my shades were designed to work independently or separately. Even did it a second time when I couldn't remember what he just explained to me - did it without any hesitation. These shades were my second purchase with Perfect Fit and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Kelly is a very patient employee who never tired of answering my questions or explaining alternatives. Love this company.

Anthony was wonderful, Kind, efficient and honest. Fixed a shade that was stuck in down mode and Installed rechargeable battery packs into three hunter douglas blinds quickly and now they will be easy to access from our bottom window seals. Climbing ladders now is not needed to replace 16 batteries per shade. Highly recommended.

Shopping experience at store was so much better than online experiences. Sales staff was very helpful showing all the options and giving good advice for customer to make best choice. Installers were on time and friendly. Shade was installed quickly and adjusted to a "Perfect Fit". Showed me how to operate, answered all my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the entire experience.

We recently ordered window treatments for 2 bedrooms, kitchen windows and living room slider. We are happy with the results but there were a few hiccups along the way. Our designer Brian "no showed" for our initial in home appointment but later apologized. One of the bedroom window treatments was not what we ordered and was later replaced with the correct one at no extra charge. The installer Anthony was great to work with and the office staff was very pleasant and responsive to our issues.

Excellent customer service!! A knowledgeable salesperson came to our home to help us with product, color and size decisions. Perfect Fit kept us informed throughout the ordering and delivery process. The installer did an excellent job hanging the window coverings and informing us of the correct way to use and care for them. I highly recommend Perfect Fit!

Everything was top notch... workmanship, product knowledge, quality, and service. The only negative was when I called to see if it would be possible to move up the installation schedule, I was told they would check & call me back. After waiting several days I called again & asked if they were able to move up the schedule. Once again I was told they would check & get back to me right away. Once again that didn't happen... That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, but it's a good reason

Miguel arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He was very careful around our furnishings. He made adjustments to our shutter but unfortunately it now rubs against the top frame. The window sill damage will require further attention or possibly replacement. We have confidence Perfect Fit will coordinate this with Hunter Douglas.

Kathi is a true expert in window treatments. Perfect Fit was able to work with us to “fix” problems caused by another dealer. Kathi spent time in our house providing us with suggestions that addressed our needs. The installation was completed on time and delivered all that was promised. Perfect Fit is a wonderful company. From the time we ordered 0ur shades and then had them installed. We recently purchased new windows and had to remove the electric shades to install the windows. Today Perfect Fit came out to rehang them. Once again a Perfect Fit!
