Easy process and great customer service! Sales person helped me to pick exactly what I needed and installation process was great. Tom and Mike went through every step showing me the different ways I could position them from closed all the way, to stacked back partially or entirely. They also helped me decide which installation way looked best for my area. Very happy with finished product! The installers reached out to me an hour before they arrived and were punctual.
We paid a bit more for the shutters, however it shows in the product, it is beautiful and well made. The staff made our experience smooth and pleasant.

Shutters are perfect. Had my previous ones for 9 years and they still worked and looked new but I replaced my windows in one room to a 60/40 split instead of the usual 50/50 upper/lower window panes so I wanted to change the shutters so the middle brace of the shutters would line up with the window panes. Excellent workmanship and excellent installation team. Ryan was a great installer and definitely knew what he was doing when putting these in. I highly recommend shutter up to anyone looking for top of the line shutters along with top of the line installation.

Tom is great, he installed the shades in no time, very personable. I’m gonna give it a 99% rating because one of the chains is twisted so we have to take off the bracket on the bottom to fix it, but that’s an easy fix so I’m not complaining just mentioning. We had a great experience with Shutter Up. Tyler the owner was very up front and did a great job of letting us know what would and would not work in our home. He did all the measurements. The installers were excellent. While there were a couple of damaged pieces (not the installers fault) they quickly worked to resolve the problems and we are very happy with the installation and how they look.
