Pharmacy staff was rude and had no empathy for me as a customer. I will never use CVS for my needs in the future and will never refer them. Situation is too involved to explain in this venue.

Call to find status on prescription and the automated crap is for the birds. New prescription of course i dont have a script number. Give dob of course they can't ever find anything. Leave a message. Joke. They never call back.

Pharmacist suggested how I could get a medication I needed if we simply change the milligram so I got my medicine for $30 co-pay instead of a $200 co-pay

Prescriptions- can’t get through the phone system. It’s buggy and slow, and then hangs up on you. Worst I’ve ever dealt with. Photo center- nice people but when we took passport photos for the family, they were not accepted because the background was not correct. Why have a passport center of you’re doing it wrong?? The background didn’t even come out white. In the past these people were really good which is why I added a star and gave them 2. They helped get me a script when I was in another city by sending to another CVS. Now? Seems like they don’t care.

I moved from Chicago to Apollo Beach over a week or 10 days ago and I was very worried about my medications being from one state to the next and I was from the beginning of talking to the CVS pharmacy associates made it so entirely easy and it relieved all the anxiety I was having with already having to deal with the mess that is you know the coast right now so I'm just entirely grateful wonderful wonderful culture they have built for themselves in that pharmacy area they're very professional and smart even got me a better deal on my prices of my medications.. thank you CVS.

The Apollo Beach US 41 CVS is the best. Jasmine was the person to help me and she was amazing. Helped me with the cost and was able to let me know that my meds needed some time and when I came back my meds were ready and got them in a matter of seconds. She was nice and very helpful. She didn’t have to help bc she was on lunch but she did anyway and that is amazing to see in a person. Truly will help people and that’s who CVS needs as employees. Hire more people like Jasmine. She deserves more and I hope CVS can award her appropriate because she is definitely employee of the month.

This place is by far the worst CVS around. Every single month that I try to pick up my medicine, they never send it to the insurance correctly and try to charge me $30. Every. Single. Time. If it happens this often with me, how many other patients are being overcharged daily?! I have issues with my hands and need caps that are easily opened and sometimes I get them with the appropriate caps and sometimes I don't. I've spoke with the Pharmacist about it too and that hasn't seemed to resolve it either. The lady at the drive thru has been beyond rude multiple times when trying to handle the coding issue. It's just really frustrating that this is my only pharmacy option close to me because I would switch at this point.

The CVS in Apollo Beach is the one I go all the time. Everyone is friendly and greets you and when I pick my prescription for myself or my mom, they are very professional, and very nice. I recommend anybody to go to this pharmacy.

Be careful if u change ur mind about a transfer because they'll lie to u and tell u the transfers cancelled but it's not. Then when u explain to them(Josh) that it's for depression meds for a child who has already tried to harm themselves several times and the reason u cancelled the transfer is because the transfer was supposedly supposed to take 3 days and u couldn't afford to risk the child being without and he could do something they hang up on u... Ridiculous and cold hearted honestly.

I take a prescription that has been on and off of back order. I called the pharmacy this morning to verify they had the medication, I then called my doctor to have them call it into CVS. When I called, it said it would be ready at 2:45. I arrived at 3 o’clock and was told it would be an hour. I told them that I couldn’t wait but would come inside and they had it ready for me within 10 minutes.

The pharmacy is Super slow, horrible attitude from the drive thru. “Liz” is the name she gave. Informed her that I’ve been waiting in the drive-through for 50 minutes and she proceeded to be super rude. She should be fired

I sat in the drive thru to pick up my RX for 52 min. Sandwiched by other cars and could not get out. Only 3 cars ahead of me. Every time I choose to pick up instead of delivery I have this issue. They changed my RX and did not tell me until pick up. Switching to Publix.

This place is so slow came here 2 times yesterday and 3 times today even after I received a call say my prescription was ready for pickup. The lady at the drive up needs to learn how to double task. Wow been here 45 minutes waiting

The pharmacy stuff is super sweet & specially patient & willing to work hard 😓. But to tell you the truth everyone @ Apollo beach CVS are just amazing human beings. Keep it up people 🌺🌺🌺

I appreciate the help I needed when I called in to the store the representative answered most of my questions . I said ok towards the end and she didn't even hesitate to hang up the phone. I would suggest making sure the customer is taking care of fully before hanging up the phone, or if they have any questions .It came off kind of rude to me 🤷‍♂️.
