This place is truly the best and I won’t be going anywhere else! I think what makes Balanced Health and Wellness so special is the girls that work there. They are so sweet and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to cater to any concerns you have. They are also completely honest about which treatments will work for what. Kacie treated my concerns like they were her own, specifically some broken capillaries I had around my nose. I wanted them GONE and she went after them until they were. All the girls are super friendly too and even at my first visit I didn’t feel awkward or anything, they made me feel right at home. And all the girls that work there are total babes too!!

I was very pleased and impressed with how well Bailee explained the procedures to me and then again later Kaci explained them to me over again. They were both professional, but also light-hearted and funny. They put my mind at ease and took my mind off the procedures. I had Botox injections and lip filler to give my lips a fuller even appearance. Kaci, did an excellent job instilling Botox and filler into my face and my lips, I didn't feel any pain especially with my lips, due to Bailee using numbing cream, before injecting my lips. Bailey, did a wonderful job explaining the procedures to me, she answered all my questions before the procedure she was very knowledgeable and professional about explaining the procedures in detail, and she gave me plenty of time to ask as many questions possible that I felt comfortable and secure that the procedures would go well, I'd experience minimal pain, and if I wanted more filler added to my lips that wouldn't be an issue for me. I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Kaci and Bailee, I'd highly recommend it to others where I went for my procedures, and the excellent job that both ladies did for me, being new to having those procedures. They both put my mind at ease, by allowing any questions and providing very detailed, knowledgeable, and easy-to-understand answers, to all the questions I asked until I felt comfortable about the procedures. They both maintained professionalism, while keeping things light-hearted, during the procedures that I stayed relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend going there, Kaci and Bailee did an excellent job for me, keeping me relaxed and comfortable, during the whole experience, they worked so well together. I plan on going back to them for any more procedures, touch-ups if needed, and anything new I'd like to try or do, in the near future. I had a tremendously wonderful experience, thanks to Kaci and Bailee, that I'd truly recommend seeing them both for anyone new to Botox and fillers, I also recommend those who are regular clients to go see them. They are both very knowledgeable and professional while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and funny, so that you remain very relaxed, comfortable, and at ease during the entire procedure. I highly recommend this place and especially the staff they provided me with excellent care and I trusted them with the care I received and plan on keeping up on the procedures I received and I plan on trying other services they offer, in the very near future.
