I've had massages by both Tasha and Phil and each time I left feeling better than I entered. I've had a very stressful year and some health issues. They both took my concerns into account and adjusted the massage to meet my needs. They are skilled, professional, and welcoming. You won't be disappointed.
I was gifted with a 60 minute massage and express facial at this spa. It was my first visit and I am not easily impressed but I left speechless!!! Not only did Tasha take her time and do an amazing job while doing both services, there was worship music playing in the background the entire time. Never had I been to a spa where I experienced this. The atmosphere was so relaxed and positive. I left completely refreshed and renewed. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone, especially if having this atmosphere is important to you. God bless you.
I got the pleasure to meet Philip and he definitely did an exceptional job! It was my first time getting a professional massage and well worth it. He was able to relieve all my built up stress knots in my shoulders and made me feel extremely comfortable! I will return for sure :)
Just had the most fantastic massage experience with Margaret (hope I spelled it right!). She's got a very friendly vibe, while still being professional. She communicated throughout the massage about anything she was about to do. I felt at ease and comfortable the entire time, and enjoyed great conversation with her at time same time. I will be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage. She's not afraid to go in and work those rough spots out!
I absolutely love this place. When u walk in there is just peace.. The most professional staff around definitely make you feel comfortable no matter the service your receiving that day. So Tasha is my go to for my special area waxing, she makes sure I feel comfortable and at ease. Then you have Phillip my new gk to for my massages those hands are magic.
And we can't forget available my new facial lady. Yew girl I felt brand new. They even offer a monthly membership for special prices and discounts.

I had the BEST massage of my life with Margaret! I have enjoyed massages over the years but this was truly an experience. The atmosphere, conversation, and most of all the quality of services I recieved(deep tissue massage and a facial) made me feel AMAZING from the time I walked out the door to even days later! I recently went for a 90 minute full body massage and it was the absolute best with Tasha.
When I got there I had a headache and my head was sensitive to touch and after my massage I felt like I was just born and I had no headache or sensitivity! I can't thank Tasha enough!

Iβve tried a few places around town since moving. This place was great. The rooms and bathroom were super clean. Now, for the hidden gem. Mr. Phil! You have to request him. I havenβt used any of the other massage therapists but hoping I donβt ever have to! I have found my person.

Today I came in for a facial but I left feeling revitalized head to toe! I had the pleasure to book with Ms. Kimberly and when I say it was an experience, I do mean a full fledged experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The decor was very tasteful. The atmosphere, calm and serene. The aromas of the different products and oils were so soothing, I could feel the stress drift away. I was treated to a relaxing neck and shoulder rub. Even my feet got some unexpected TLC! Ms. Kimberly, you are some kinda special. I am sincerely looking forward to scheduling my next appointment with you.

Be careful purchasing services to ESTI Beauty with Groupon!
I purchased two 90 min massage sessions. When I arrived to my appointment, massage therapist was not there. She "forgot" that she had scheduled a session. Receptionist was not a very welcoming person, no apologies, she offered to reschedule the session for the next day. It did not work out with my schedule.
In a few days I contacted them again to schedule a session. They do not pick up the phone. I left a message, it had been 4 days, nobody got back to me. I texted to the therapist, no reply.
I decided to get my money back from Groupon, but it is extremely frustrating. Groupon has no option to refund the money, instead I need to chat in writing with the customer service. They requested me to get an email from ESTI Beauty that I didn't receive the service. I had to sent a message to ESTI through their website. No answer.
Finally, I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. Also I am going to contact BBB regarding the customer service.
As a result, I wasted a lot of time and did not get a service.
What a godsend!!!!! I love this place/ this couple so much!!! I started with massages and facials and quickly started bringing my painters/ wallpaper removal crew here for incentives. Then I was encouraged about lymphatic fluid drainage with a nurse's supervision here so got my surgery. Now I'm here everyday! Can't wait to get into the monthly club!

I got classic lashes done on Saturday 3-26-23 and by Tuesday half of my lashes were already falling out. I followed the lash care rules and only brushed them twice a day and didnβt wet them or touch them to mess them up. I definitely donβt recommend to go for lashes. I hope not everyone had the same results :(
