Today was my first visit to Cielo Hair & Spa, and I left genuinely moved. I’ve been to many salons, but I’ve never experienced one that felt so intentionally welcoming, like stepping into a home created by people who truly care about the energy of their space. Giulya, Pietro, and Desiree made me feel immediately comfortable. They offered the loveliest flower tea, carried warm and engaging conversation, and created an atmosphere where it was easy to relax and be myself. What impressed me most was the blend of professionalism and heart. Every gesture felt thoughtful, confident, and done with pride. There’s a level of attention here that doesn’t happen by accident. The Italian spirit of the salon feels completely natural. It isn’t just in the music or the décor; it comes through in the warmth of the people, the easy cheerfulness in the room, and the sense that life is meant to be enjoyed. Cielo has a pulse, and you can feel the vision and joy behind it. I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.

I had a whole experience at Cielos !! Everything was out this world. The owner is full joy and I can’t not express the way her staff(children) treated me the whole experience. This is a family own salon and their business is amazing. Pietro took care of me the entire experience. He is a lovely young gentleman full of talent. His sister came along and show off her professionalism as well. I’m beyond impressed with this amazing salon. My expectations went out of limits. I felt relax the whole time. They have hands of goddess and their energy is just so pure. Please do not hesitate to book with Cielo , you will not be disappointed. I had my hair restored from damage(color, treatment, haircut and style) . My eyebrows were terribly out of shape, do to a previous incorrectly shaping, but the owners daughter did magic to properly correct it so it can grow back better. My experience for the Halo massage 💆‍♀️ was just something else you can called it more like spiritual healing massage, meanwhile you get scalp/facial/neck massage you are getting your feet and legs hot stones massage at the same time. I repeat they have hands of goddess!!! I definitely left like a brand new person inside and out when I left. Thank you Cielo Salon and their staff ! Shout out to the best salon in Lakeland and all central Florida !!!!!!… They definitely care about their clients and give all their hearts out !!. BOOK BOOk NOW ! First in formals the most formal spa I ever gone too in Lakeland. I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. When I tell you this place is so relaxing and friendly. So welcoming this family really touch my heart. I’ve not gone to get my hair done in so long and to come to Julie and her family made makes me want to come here more often. I’m highly grateful of the outcome of my hair. This salon is the definition of making you feel like you're with family. Not only are they extremely skilled and very polite, they are also accommodating, understanding, and such a pleasure to be around! A little over a year ago I just so happened to stumble into their salon. I instantly fell in love and refuse to go anywhere else. I'm pretty sure I would even follow them back to Italy haha!
