Highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Hughes! Her practice is amazing, the office staff are so sweet, and great with kids. She really does a wonderful job at explaining everything thoroughly! Everyone in the office will make your kiddos comfy and they give very comforting and family oriented vibes. My kids have been going to Dr Hughes office since we moved here three years ago from Chicago. The office is very clean. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Hughes Extremely knowledgeable, as well as thorough with her exams and explaining Treatment treatments.Dr Hughes has the sweetest and friendliest personality and always makes you feel at home. Amazing, amazing, amazing. My daughter hasn’t done well at all with dentists in the past and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. The people at the front desk, the amazing dental assistant and Dr. Hughes was very general and patient with her. I wish I would’ve found this location in the beginning. My daughter actually had fun at the dentist today

Dr. Hughes, Charlie (hygienist) all her staff are very friendly and work extremely well with children. They are patient centered and went out of their way to make sure not only the parents, but our daughter understood her plan of care as well. 5 stars experience!

My two daughters have not been easy patients at the dentist in the past to say the least. But after our appointment today, both of my girls want to go back because of their positive and fun experience. Our oldest is going through chemo, and Karen was very gentle and patient with her by taking breaks when asked. Our youngest loved her new friend as well and wish I remembered her name. Hilda?

All of the staff is always so kind when we go in! They are all very gentle and accommodating, my 3 year old isn’t afraid of the dentist at all!!

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Hughes and all of her staff! From routine cleanings to more complicated situations, they're amazing. Dr. Hughes always takes time to talk with you, is reasonable and realistic with expectations of kids, and is super positive and knowledgeable. Office is clean and pricing is quite reasonable (at least for things not covered by insurance).

My son hadn’t been to a dentist in a while due to a bad experience at a previous office, but after he had a horrible toothache last night and today, I called Pediatric Dentistry of Naples. They were able to get him in same day, and from the very first phone call, every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. The dental hygienist and Dr. explained everything thoroughly as they were doing it, making sure my son felt comfortable the entire time. The level of care, patience, and professionalism here is truly outstanding—such a night-and-day difference from other places we’ve been. I’m so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Dr. Hughes Office is the best! We adore her entire staff. The girls are so kind and friendly. It’s refreshing to have a great pediatric dental office that doesn’t push fluoride or X-rays. They all listen and help the way you (as the parent) choose. Whether it’s more holistic or if you choose the other route. It’s nice to have choices!

Dr. Hughes saw my daughter on an emergency basis today. I contacted the office EARLY this morning and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule. My daughter was extremely anxious about the visit but the team was super friendly and attentive. Dr. Hughes explained everything and provided options. Dr. Hughes at Pediatric Dentistry of Naples was absolutely amazing!! Prior to my daughter having anything done, Dr. Hughes took the time to sit down with me and discuss all of my questions and concerns. She was very personable and very knowledgeable. Charli, the dental assistant, was very sweet and gentle with my daughter, which helped to settle my nerves as this was my daughter’s first dental appointment. She explained everything she was going to do prior to doing it so my daughter wasn’t scared. They had a tv on the ceiling for a nice distraction and had stuffies, which my daughter held close while getting checked out. Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Naples to anyone who asks.

Always a great experience. My son is always nervous going to the dentist, especially with some sensory issues, but Charlie the hygienist is amazing. She talked him through the whole process and listened to all of his fears and concerns and worked her way around it. All around great team!

Dr. Hughes and her staff are wonderful. My girls actually like going to the dentist! They are kind, the office is clean and comfortable and kid-friendly. The highlights for the girls are watching movies on the ceiling, the marshmallow flavored toothpaste and the goodie bags at the end. We love Pediatric Dentistry of Naples!

We were told our kid needed multiple fillings and they had to be sedated (they were 7) we asked a friend and was refered here. What a blessing, they didn’t in fact have cavities and just needed slight work. I feel like we were taken advantage of previously and thank goodness we talked to that friend and found here!! We trust Dr. Hughes and they do NOT take advantage of their patients. We’ve been here over a year! They are so wonderful with both of my kids. Even as we left today my kids were talking about how nice the staff was.

Dr Hughes is TOP NOTCH!!! With my husband being in the dental field, we have high standards for our kids dental care. Dr Hughes is who we take our kids to because she is the Best of the Best!! This place is the best! My son has had dental work with them twice. Both times it has been a smooth experience. If your little one is needing any kind of major dental work these are the people to call. The first procedure my son fell on a work out bike and cracked his front tooth on Xmas eve. They got me in quick and on January 10th they did a 30-45 min procedure capped 3 teeth and pulled 2. Today was the second time he had to be put under for dental work. He got 5 crowns, I was nervous as all mothers are but today went great. We are so thankful for Dr. Hughes. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

The entire team was great with my little boy, he is only 18 months old.
She performed a general check, a quick cleaning and provided good tips to follow afterwards.
The assistants were just awesome trying to distract him the entire time.

Absolutely amazing and caring staff from check in, Doctor/clinical staff, and billing. I was nervous at first because I was unable to go back with my child but Vanessa was very reassuring, always came out to the lobby and gave an update on exactly what was going on and how my child was doing. The anesthesiologist Dr. Mendoza and his staff was so great in explaining how the procedure will go along giving updates throughout the time I was there. Overall the experience was amazing!

Dr. Hughes and her staff are very kid-friendly, caring, patient, and thorough. I had been to two other dental practices here in Naples before visiting her office for my son’s dental care. She’s the only one who promptly and gently addressed my son’s dental issues (because after all the problems we had elsewhere he was developing a fear of dentists in general). He also now loves going to her office, so that’s saying something! We also chose her office because she schedules and performs sedation dentistry with anesthesia in-house, so there was no need to go elsewhere for that part of treatment. Thank you, Dr. Hughes! We appreciate you and your team. Highly recommend!

Not a great experience for us. Switched the doctor to get the tooth fixed faster, paid for consultation and got and when came everything went not according to our agreement.
On top of that, trying to call and keep leaving voice mail to get price adjustment for the service that was actually provided and not paid upfront and no one responds or calls back several days.
Talked to the neighbors and apparently they faced similar experience and had to leave.

Amazing staff and office! My daughter is 2.5 yrs old. The waiting room has a TV and iPads to keep the kids entertained. Even better though, there was a TV installed in the ceiling in the room…my daughter watched CocoMelon while having her teeth cleaned. Made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable!

As a parent we all know how tough it is to bring your children to the dentist. No one WANTS to go to the dentist. Dr. Hughes and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! They're very patient with the kids and make it an overall fun experience for them. I switched to Pediatric dentistry because the dentist I WAS taking the kids to, I could never get anyone to answer the phones and when they did it was months before they could see my kids. Well not here. I NEVER have any issues with them answering the phones and they're great about getting the kids scheduled at a timely manner. The receptionists are always so sweet and go above and beyond to get you in ESPECIALLY in cases of emergency. If you're looking for the best pediatric dentist look no further because you just found it! :)

Amazing!! The nurses, the dentist, the anesthesiologist and team were absolutely amazing before we came to the office, during our stay at the office, and after we left the office. My kid is 4, and because of this fabulous team does not fear the dentist, and instead was asking to go back to play after her procedure of 2 crowns and 4 fillings.

I would recommend this office to anyone regardless of insurance! Our dental insurance is not accepted so we pay out of pocket and it is SO. WORTH. IT. Our little guy chipped his 2 front teeth before 2.5 and Dr. Hughes provided great care. Fast forward a few months and one of the teeth had to be extracted at just under 3 years old. Of course mom and dad were a nervous wreck. I cannot say enough positive things about this office, staff and external anesthesia group they use. FANTASTIC ans truly put my nerves at ease and made a bad situation as positive as possible and also made my fussy kiddo as comfortable as possible for a 2 year old ;)

From the moment I called to make an appointment, until the moment we left the office, it was nothing but a five-star experience. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. Kids did great, and I didn’t spend an arm an a leg for their annual visit/cleaning.

We’ve had a rough time with overall dental hygiene and health. Dr Hughes and staff have been ever so patiently working with us and getting everything healthier and brighter.

Awesome!!!! I got to pick out whatever movie I wanted to watch while I got my teeth cleaned. It was so cool. I got to play on the IPads while I waited for my sister to get her teeth cleaned too.
The staff was really cool and made me feel really comfortable. Cant wait to go back in 6 months!!!!!
