Engle Dentistry of Naples was an answer to prayer. I was experiencing great discomfort and I went to another dentist-not Dr. Engle -who couldn't find out what was wrong. The pain became intolerable and one morning I woke up with a thought to go to Dr. Engle I looked him up, made an appointment and right away they discovered a severely infected tooth under a bridge. The sugary was the best I've experienced. I've had alot of dental work in my day but never had such a pain free surgery. They offer sedation but I just went with the regular novacaine. I am so grateful to Dr. Engle and his staff. The gentleness and expertise were wonderful gifts. The pain is gone and thanks be to God I am healing nicely

Very kind but also efficient staff. Quiet, peaceful office atmosphere, which is often missing in a dental practice. Tranquil setting was wonderful. Beautiful office. Dr. Engle seemed knowledgeable and kind as well. He was willing to work with me on cost for the services needed. This was a much better experience overall than anywhere else consulted. So far, have nothing but very positive comments to offer!

Today I had a spectacular experience at Engle Dentistry. I walked into a lobby that looked like a 5 star hotel and was greeted with smile by Nicole, the patient coordinator. She was very helpful explaining the paperwork that needed to be filled out for the hydrafacial. I appreciated how welcoming she was and how comfortable she made me feel to ask questions. To top it off, she offered a fabulous water that is in a glass water bottle, they know how to make their patients feel special! Jessica, was my esthetician who performed my facial and again, I can't say enough about her professionalism and knowledge of skin care and the procedure. When I left I was feeling so relaxed and my skin is glowing! I look forward to making my next appointment soon!

As a terrified patient with a history of bad experiences, Dr Engle and his team have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with every visit. From the first consultation, they have exuded calm confidence letting me get to know them at my pace. I’ve never seen a dental team trust and respect each other as much as they do, which permeates every area of the practice. For the treatments that cause greater anxiety, there’s IV sedation for that, and it’s great- including Dr Engle’s bad dad jokes as they work to help you be less anxious. (And, after observing and talking with members of their med spa team, I’m now eyeing their med spa practice for a future visit.) As I’ve said to friends already, Dr. Engle and his team are my dental team. They should be yours too.

I don't know if it was dumb luck, but I was able to get in within 24 hours and they were magically able to do and extraction with a bone graft the same day! The office is beautiful, the staff is amazing and if you're worried about affording dental work, they have financing options. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Dr. Engle and his staff.

BEAWARE🚨 Imagine having a family emergency around the same time you are due for a cleaning. Knowing you have a family emergency you call Engle Dentistry to cancel your appointment because the family emergency is EMERGENT and the cleaning can wait. Upon rescheduling your appointment you receive a call from the office stating you are black listed from receiving care from them due to one of your cleaning appointments needing to be rescheduled due to an emergency. Specifically Dr.Engle stated he did not want to continue my care due to this one time I rescheduled my appointment. After you have invested your own hard earned money to this office just to get black listed for no absolute reason. This office does not take insurance which is bizarre but regardless I made sure to pay my visits in full each time. Very disappointed in this decision by Dr Engle, great way to start my birthday! I hope others stay away from this office because god forbid you have an emergency situation you will have to pick a cleaning over your family…😂

I am so happy I found Engle Dentistry. I have had other dentists in Naples as well as out of state and have always dreaded the dentist. Dr. Feliciano and Lissett were incredibly welcoming and professional. I wish I had more time to write the whole story about my excellent experience with this dental office . What I can say in few sentences is this: Dr. Engle and his staff were very professional, friendly and caring. They made me feel so relaxed and explained everything very well. I’ve been to two of their offices and both are very nice, clean and have state of art equipment. Never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I really liked that. I had a teeth cleaning with Amanda Monday morning! I explained that I had severe sensitivity because of gum recession. Amanda proceeded to conduct a very thorough, very gentle teeth cleaning with no pain, no tension. When I commented that she was very good, Amanda said, “I love what I do and I try my hardest.” She was amazing! Best cleaning I’ve had in 20 years! No kidding. Thank you, Amanda and thank you, Dr. Engle for hiring her. She’s great! 👍👏😊

Dr. Engle is the BEST dentist in Naples and Marco Island – not just for people who are very fearful of getting dental work done, but also because he is a grade A professional at his craft. From the moment, I entered his office and met with him and his staff I felt comfortable and at ease. Everybody is kind and very professional. Dr. Engle and his staff are a perfect 10! The care I’ve received at this office is superior to any I’ve visited in the past 25 years. It’s also the first time ever in my experience with a dentist that someone takes X-Rays and I don’t gag. I rarely go to dentists because I am terrified of them, going back a long time ago with frightening experiences. However.....Dr. Engle and his team are the only practice I will go to - they listen to me, always greet me with big smiles, empathize with my fears, and treat me accordingly. It has always been a painless experience - and while still apprehensive, I am never fearful there. I highly recommend him for those who want the best treatment, and no pain or fear. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Engle and his superb team here in Naples, not sure what I'd do without them all. (Either they have a great training program for all their staff, or they just know how to pick positive and very capable people to staff their practice - never had any kind of negative experience there - ever!)

I have been going to Dentists for a very long time, and have had numerous work done from cleanings, fillings, root-canals, extractions and implants. Dr Engle is very exceptional in every aspect, and is in a class by himself. You can tell he strives to give the patient excellent care on every level. The waiting room is bright, pleasing, and comfortable. His staff is very friendly and pleasant, and there is very little to no waiting, and the patient service Dr Engle provides is of the highest quality. He takes time to listen, explains everything in detail, going over and clarifying things many times, so that you have total understanding. He makes you very at ease, providing his phone number, and stressing that you can call him anytime. His focus is on excellent patient care and service, and that is what he and his staff provides to the highest degree.

Dr. Engle and his staff are fantastic! I went to multiple other dentists who absolutely butchered my mouth and jawbone. Very professional, courteous. Always made sure I was ok and I had everything I needed. Finally I can eat pistachios again!! Dr. Engle fixed up my lower jaw from a hockey puck impact plus the damage from the other Doctors. My dentist retired and I decided to visit Engle Dentistry for a new patient exam and cleaning. When I called they were able to schedule an appointment in less than a weeks time. When I arrived at the office it was beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. Dr Engle came to the waiting room and introduced himself and and offered me a beverage. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and they want to help you. After x-rays, Dr Feliciano did a thorough exam, he took his time and answered all my questions, never making me feel rushed. Next I saw the dental hygienist who did a thorough cleaning, and again didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. I like to take care of my health and I know they will do a great job. My only regret is that I didn’t find this practice years ago!

Dr Engle and his entire team are exceptional! I was greeted by the receptionist warmly and professionally, offered water, coffee or juice as I waited in the most gorgeous lobby. I am one of those patients who is very anxious about dental work. Dr Engle and Dr Dinse are both very gentle, and confident in their work which gives me great peace. The environment feels more like a world class spa then a dentists office. Please don’t let finances get in the way of taking care of your oral health because this office will work with you, making it possible to get first class care. Dr.Bradley Engle is not only an expert oral surgeon. He listens to his patients. I came to Dr. Engle because I was in need of dental implants. Dr. Engle worked up a plan that I was comfortable with. He understood that I might not want sedation until I understood the process completely. He never rushed me.I now have four perfectly straight posts. Thank you very much. Dr. Engle you are the best. First visit to Dr Engle's office in Naples was excellent. The office has a wonderful, relaxing vibe. Very new and clean is my overall first impression. My initial visit with Dr Engle was great, I had full mouth xrays and consult. He was very thorough and knew his business. I am meticulous with my dental hygiene and was very impressed. Personally I was very comfortable with the interactions I had. My first cleaning will be next week and I will add to this review. I think I have finally found my forever dentist.

In my 68 years I just had the worst cleaning of my life. I’ve been going to Engle Dentistry for ten years. The hygienist started with polishing a few teeth then picking at a few. Then just a few were water picked. Totally backwards and terrible coverage. I would not recommend this hygienist and be careful using this office. Lots of turnover and price hikes. Every six months the cleaning price increases $20.00. I was informed in December of 2023 it will again rise to $180.00. Was $120.00 a short time ago.

I have been seeing Dr Engle and Dr Feliciano for 8 years now and they are the absolute BEST! I needed Periodontal work years ago and they provided the utmost professional care. They really care about their patients and I immediately noticed that at my initial appointment. The moment you walk in the door you are well received by his OUTSTANDING STAFF!!! They are professional, courteous, caring and super friendly! This is a 5 PLUS STAR DENTIST office!! I have never seen an office so beautiful in my life. Everything is impeccable and if you didn't know it was a dentist office you would think you are entering a spa!! I used to have such anxiety going to the dentist even if it was for a simple cleaning. I had surgery last week because I needed a tooth extraction. I was not nervous at all because I have always received the best care. They do special things like send you home with a goody bag that has pudding, apple sauce, gauze pads and instant mac n cheese! I was not able to find a ride so Dr Engle had someone pick me up and bring me back home!! WOW!!! I could not believe they even offered that to me!!! Talk about exceeding expectations!!! The Drs are super professional, knowledgeable, caring and polite! I could go and on but you have to experience it for your yourself. You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend them to my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr Engle and staff for the great service that provide!!!!

The hygienists are wonderful and offer suggestions on how to take better care of my teeth. Dr. Engle removed a bad tooth and everything went perfectly during the process and the healing afterward. When I walked through the door of, Engle Dentistry, I was not only impressed by the immaculate office and the attentive and courteous office staff, but, immensely impressed when, Dr. Engle, came out and personally introduced himself. When I was examined by Dr. Engle, he was so straight forward and honest on what I needed to have done. He was so confident in the most sincere way. Everything was explained through out my first visit. Everything was detailed in what needed to be done, including the price. I have been seeing Dr Engle and his staff since I moved to Marco 4 years ago. I have been very happy with Dr Engle and associates for my dental needs—implant, new crown, deep cleaning. Andrew is my preferred hygienist. He is thorough, careful with instruments, and offers professional advice. Their offices are exceptionally clean and pleasant. I recommend Engle Dentistry without reservation.

Dr. Engle is super impressive with the confidence, credentials and skill to back it up. I recently had the first step for an implant and I have to say it was painless and quick. They even sent me home with a bag of soft food goodies, which I appreciated later that evening when I realized how scarce soft food was in the house. The Doc's equipment appears to be the latest, certainly MUCH better than my previous dentist up north, and they took many xrays and CT scan to aid the procedure before and during. I have so much trust in Dr. Engle after my experience there, and can recommend him with flying colors. I'm definitely going to stick with him now that I live in Naples.

I love my Dentists!!! Dr. Engle and Dr. Feliciano are the best dentist’s ever!! I can’t say enough about Dr. Engle and his team. They are friendly, professional, courteous, polite, and all of them want your visit there to be a great experience. I was an extreme chicken when it came to going to the dentist, but Dr. Engle and staff have changed that for me. I am no longer nervous, or anxious when I need to come in. My first visit, Dr. Engle came out and sat down in the waiting room and started talking to me. He said to me, we care about not just your teeth, but the whole person, and we want you to feel at home here and be comfortable here. He handed me his business card and said call me on my cell if you need anything after hours, if your in pain or you have any questions, anytime. WHO DOES THAT!!!! HE DOES!! I had iv sedation, extractions, implants, and I have a big smile I haven’t had my entire life!!!! The office is immaculate, state of art facilities, best staff ever. He has accomplished what no other dentist has been able to do in my entire life and for that I am so grateful. God Bless you and your staff!!

I have been to Engle Dentistry many times now and each time has been a wonderful experience. The office is immaculate, everyone is professional and friendly. Most of all I am impressed with the sophistication of equipment and skill of all who have worked on my teeth. I am very persnickety about my smile and they all have kept it bright and smooth. I know when I walk in, that I am analyzed by the best and trust them completely. Now that I think about it, if it wasn't for Dr. Engle I might have died by now. He did a special xray that found I had an abscessed tooth that never gave me pain, so I didn't know I had it. It turned out that it had eaten a hole in my lower jaw about the size of a quarter. There was poison entering my blood as he explained that this poison was running through my heart. He fixed it all. I am sure if he hadn't found this, I would have been very sick and no one would have known why. Also the hygiene department is outstanding, having your teeth cleaned is like going to a spa! Thank you Dr. Engle!

My visits to Dr. Engle's office are always a joy! Martha, the hygienist is the most experienced and kindest person I have ever had exam or clean my teeth. She is a dentist but since she is not from the USA she is working as an assistant or hygienist. We were referred to Dr. Engle by a neighbor and close friend who told me about Martha and that she will not allow anyone else to clean her teeth. Former sessions with another dental office had left her confused and suffering from inaccurate diagnosis of her dental problems. I, too, have found the accuracy and professional help that I receive above reproach.. Dr. Engle has kept my mouth in excellent health for several years . This contributes to my health as I grow older. I will be 89 my next birthday and enjoy a full set of my own teeth. My parents lost all of the dentures at the age of 40 spending their final years of life trying to eat with dentures that did not fit well and were painful when kept in for a few hours let alone a day or two. What they advise is carefully explained to me and I trust their good advice and care. 4/15/2019 I am using the main office now and met a hygienist named Ali at that office for my first cleaning with her. She is exceptional as a hygienist and a welcoming staff member in their downtown office. I was very pleased with her technique in cleaning my teeth. She took her time and was also concerned about how I was feeling while she worked with me. I was very comfortable and already I look forward to being with her again. I wish there was enough words in the English language to express how wonderful, caring, and helpful this group of people are. I came into the office with a mouth full of horrors and limited funds to fix all of the issues that I had and they made me feel so at ease and took care of everything. Where as other office made me feel horrible that my teeth where as bad as they were. When I left Dr Engles office I felt good about myself . After two extensive procedures, both doctors gave me their private number and told me to call with any questions or concerns and The office called me to see how I was doing the next day. After I had been to there office once they all knew my name and greeted me as a friend and NOT a number or worse a paycheck. Now when I go back they ask about my family by name. Naples maybe a growing town but this office has the small town friendly service that we all want. It has taken me 16 years to find a dentist that treats me and makes me feel so comfortable. Please check them out if you want honesty, integrity, kindness, and a truthful answer, also I have proven no problem is to big for them. They will and can help.

I needed a new dentist. I'm glad I chose Engle Dentisty. They got me in within 2 days of calling. They have a beautiful facility. Everyone is very welcoming and sweet. Made me feel very comfortable. The cleaning I received was painless and they did a great job. The most important part was they did a temperature check and took every precaution for COVID. Ali is fantastic! So courteous and checks-in regularly during cleaning to make sure you are comfortable. All questions answered and recommendations made to improve your oral hygiene routine. I’ve been attending for 5 years and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. The reception staff always welcoming and providing hot/cold beverages. They provide reminder calls and texts regarding your appointment. They also have the H2O program where if you maintain a regularly scheduled visit, you receive discounts towards your next visit. The building is clean, well lit and provides ample seating/space in waiting area to meet COVID-19 spacing. They do temperature checks and make sure you are okay to be there. It is a pleasure to attend such a highly run facility.

Four years ago I was in an accident and broke my four front teeth. I was sent to see Dr. Bradley Engle for an assessment and that day was the start of an amazing experience of quality and care from the entire practice. I have dental anxiety and was totally put at ease visiting The Boulevard office and being greeted by a friendly receptionist whom I know was smiling under her mask. The nurse, Nicole, warmly greeted me in the reception area and felt more at ease. I met Dr Dinse for the first time who is very personable and well qualified. I moved to Naples recently and looked online for dentists that had great reviews which Engle certainly does. I had a lower bridge break off and went in to get a replacement. I first saw Dr. Feliciano and the some of the staff who were very professional. He arranged for a temporary bridge very quickly while they work up the permanent one. They have some serious technology in that office! Dr. Engle then came by and discovered I am losing some bone around one of my upper teeth, so worked me into the near term schedule to fix that problem. The staff are very friendly and extremely polite. It’s just a first class operation all around.

I had avoided going to the dentist for checkups and cleanings for 2 years. Why? My receding gums felt intense pain when my teeth were cleaned with pressurized cold water. Lizzie cleaned my teeth using very little water and I felt absolutely NO PAIN. She asked me questions, then designed the cleaning around my needs. She really listened to me. I had a horrible experience with another dentist who failed to see multiple cavities with x-ray and a cleaning (among other things) in June. At Engle Dentistry I was distraught about my bad dental experience when I first met with Dr Feliciano and he took the time to listen, schedule procedures to rectify my problems, and ease my fears. One of my cavities was at my gum line deep in my tooth and the procedure would be very painful, so I thought, but Dr Feliciano is so skilled he precisely numbed the nerves that would affect my teeth and not just my gums. It has been four days since I had three cavities fixed, one of them was very severe, and I’ve had no pain. They are also very affordable for individuals who have no insurance. Very highly recommend Engle Dentistry!

I was most definitely white-knuckle when I first walked into Dr. Engle's office in 2009. I met Dr. Bradley Engle and Maria for my initial consultation and we agreed on a dental plan. After months of visits and extractions, bridges and sedation dentistry I now trust Dr. Engle and Maria to the point where I don't need sedation. They are an incredible team who I have full confidence in. All the girls who assist Dr. Engle are wonderful (I'm terrible with remembering names) and I now see Martha, the great hygienist to get my teeth cleaned. I went to Dr. Engle for a 2nd opinion and ended up staying. I needed extensive work and was terrified of dentists my whole life. I can truly say after almost a year of having the work done, I did not feel any pain and my fear of dentistry is gone. I had 3 operations by Dr. Engle and was seen monthly by Dr. Feliciano. The level of care and respect is outstanding by these two caring men and the staff at both Naples offices is what sets this practice apart from any other. My husband and I have had the pleasure of being patients of Engle Dentistry for close to 7 years now and we are so grateful to have been referred to Dr Engle when my husband needed to see a periodontist. we were both so impressed with the way the staff treated my husband and myself that I became a patient as well. We have both had surgery performed by Dr Engle. He and his staff do everything in their power to make you feel very comfortable during every procedure from arrival to exit. After surgery you even get sent home with a little bag containing just about all you need for your day long recovery (things like jello, apple sauce and even extra gauze I think.) And on every occasion the staff always offers bottled water. They have a beautiful office in north Naples that feels a bit more like a spa than an dental office. The waiting rooms are extremely comfortable, warm and inviting, as is the staff. However, we recently switched to their new office on 5th Ave S. which is equally beautiful. From regular teeth cleanings with their excellent hygienists like Martha, to the occasional filling or crown with fantastic dentists like Dr. Rinando, and to every visit with Dr. Engle, my husband and I always feel very well taken care of at Engle Dentistry.

The fear of going to the dentist does not exist here at Engle Dentistry. From the moment you walk into the door you are greeted by warm and friendly staff who make you feel welcome. This same commitment is practiced in the back where the staff and Doctor Engles and Doctor Feliciano treat you more like family than just a patient. They are both open and honest and explain every detail about the treatment plan so that there are no surprises. Both of the Doctors are also gentle while they provide treatment ensuring that you are comfortable as they care for you . I just came to Dr. Engle for a cleaning as a new patient. A few weeks prior (in NJ), I had just had a crown put on a tooth Dr. Engle discovered seriously major problems with that tooth that the other dentist totally missed. I confirmed Dr. Engle's findings with 2 other dentists (not related to his practice) as well as with another dentist in his practice. They also found another problem with another tooth that was also missed in NJ> Thank goodness I found Dr. Engle!!!! Incidentally, he happens to be extremely nice and very gentle.

The absolute best dental hygiene appointment EVER. When Martha, the Hygienist and her assistants Gabby and Bella completed my x-rays and my cleaning I was given a mirror. I was surprised by the whiteness of my teeth. All my tobacco and coffee stains were gone. Completely gone. I thanked them and when I got in my car, I double checked in rear view mirror in case it was a matter of lighting. My teeth were even brighter and cleaner than I thought. The quality of service and expertise found in this dental office ( including Dr. Feliciano) is remarkable and needs to be publicized. Congratulations Engle Dentestry for your outstanding work. Dr. Engle has got to be the best in his field not only in SW FL but without a doubt in the country. Brad Engle did two transplants for me 14 years ago. They are still in tiptop condition. No problems, no issues. Every time I go to the office, I'm treated like family. I've been coming to Dr Engle's office for a number of years AND for very good reasons......his staff's professional and technical abilities and maybe more importantly for me their care and understanding of my total terror of dental care. They have been my first experience with an office that listens and responds to my "fear" concerns and as a result I actually go and get excellent dental care with less and less fear and therefore less need for anything other than "routine" procedures. When I left his Marco Island office last week after having xrays I said to Isis, one of this office's remarkable staff, that they made coming to the dentist "almost" enjoyable; high praise from someone who jumps at the very sound of a drill. You'd be hard -pressed to find a better combination of high-tech care and old-fashion concern.

Over 20 years starting in Naples and now living in Fort Myers we use Engle from simple to complex surgery and procedures. Using the latest technologies (many researched and introduced by Engle) their entire operation of periodontal , dental and hygienist staff with dental assistants and receptionist are all deserving the qualifications of a perfect combination of professionals , welcoming and at ease service. I found a beautiful modern office with a helpful and welcoming receptionist and with no waiting time. The Doctor's assistant is knowledgeable and patient. And then Dr. Feliciano entered the room and I stopped worrying. He calmed me down, explaining that my worries were not founded. But then he explained what should be done in such a way that I immediately trusted his knowledge. It's rare when you come out of the dentist's office smiling in spite of your problems, but I did. Thank you Dr. Feliciano and without any hesitation, this is the office to which to go for your dental issues.

I thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned after I had my ex-rays but they told me I had to make another appointment. If I would of known this was there policy I would have went elsewhere. I have never experienced this policy at any other dental office. I was not told this when I made the appointment. Then they wanted to know if I wanted to wait 2 hours then I could have it done that day.

When I found out I needed a root canal, I was devastated. One tooth had been giving me issues for a couple years, but several dentists from other offices kept telling me it was just gum sensitivity. When Dr. Rauch looked over my x-rays & conducted further tests, he was certain. Dr. Rauch is a very knowledgeable and experienced endodontist so I trusted his expertise. He thoroughly explained not only what a root canal was, but how it may have occurred and what I could do to avoid future damage to other teeth. He explained his steps to me while performing the procedure, consistently checking to make sure I was comfortable. His assistant, Alejandra’s calm, sympathetic and sweet demeanor helped me relax. The procedure was painless and I was sent home with thorough information regarding recovery and medication. I was amazed at how much more comfortable I felt, even just the day after. I got a call from Dr. Rauch later that evening, he was checking up on me and encouraged me to call his cell directly if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Rauch genuinely cares about his patients and I’m so grateful I had such an experienced endodontist perform my procedure. I have had no further issues since the procedure.

Would have got 5 stars but both times I have visited the office, it seems like the staff either does not know how to navigate the computer system or x ray equipment or both. Because of this, my appointment for cleaning, exam and Xrays lasted almost 2 hours long. Otherwise, no long waits in reception area, and friendly, competent staff .

A friendly employee welcomed me to Engle Dentistry as I entered the building, then she took my temperature and asked questions before I went to the waiting room. These safety precautions were an excellent way to start my appointment. I was quickly called to follow the Dental Assistant to an exam room where Dr. Engle came in to say “Hello!” and offer me a gift of a cloth mask with their logo. A moment later Dr. Feliciano came into the room to begin my exam. I thought I needed a new crown but Dr. Feliciano assessed the xrays, listened to my description of my tooth problem, examined it with instruments and determined I didn’t need a crown! He found a high spot on the tooth, adjusted my bite & I was gone in ~30 minutes. This visit exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Engle Dentristry!

I had an urgent dental procedure in the midst of a routine implant procedure. Following the implant the urgent issue required corrective surgery. Dr Engle didn’t miss a bit and resolved the issue with skill and professionalism.

During my first dental hygiene appointment after Hurricane Ian I learned that Erica, the hygienist, had lost her home on Ft Myers Beach. EVERYTHING is gone. She feels "lucky" because she was able to find housing at an apartment complex where she formerly lived. She and her boyfriend each have jobs unlike the poor business owners on FMB. Her positive attitude kept me happy all day. She is an attribute to this organization.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley Engle for the last three years. He has the most wonderful top of the line facility in the heart of Naples Florida, as well as a satellite office on Marco Island. Recently, a crown placed on two side-by-side implants came dislodged, with one abutment apparently broken off. The jagged edge of the broken-off abutment began lacerating my tongue, causing pain and inflammation. On Thursday, July 9, 2020 I called Engle Dentistry to schedule an emergency visit, and was offered an appointment the following day. After a brief examination, Dr. Engle ordered X-rays. His first comment was that "...this will be very expensive". Dr. Engle then proceeded to provide some rough cost estimates, that appeared to approach five figures. I explained to Dr. Engle that I have a home in the Naples area, and a vacation home in Colombia, South America where I spend time every year. I have been seeing the same dentist in Colombia for many years, and he does all my dental work. Also, I have dental insurance coverage in Colombia. I further explained that due to the Corona-19 virus situation, it is impossible for the foreseeable future to travel to Colombia for treatment, as the international airports there remain closed. I asked Dr. Engle if he could provide a temporary solution to the pain and swelling caused by the broken abutment lacerating my tongue. At this point, Dr. Feliciano came in. After a brief look at the x-rays, he said that it would be possible to remove the broken abutment, but that there are "no guarantees" that the procedure could be achieved without breaking the remaining abutment. A price of $400.00 was quoted. The next available appointment was in 10 days (July 22). I agreed to proceed. I asked Dr. Feliciano if he could provide a temporary solution to relieve the pain and swelling of my tongue. He responded with a flat "no", and left the room. I asked Dr. Engle to please do something to ease the pain, laceration and swelling of my tongue caused by the jagged edges of the broken abutment. Dr. Engle responded by polishing the jagged edge of the broken abutment and placing a small piece of wax on top of it, that about 90 minutes later promptly fell off . At no time did Dr. Engle offer any medication or advice for treating, healing or disinfecting the damage to my tongue. Later, to ease the swelling and pain, I personally, with no advice or input provided by Dr. Engle, went to a local pharmacy, purchased dental wax, and placed the wax myself to shield the tongue from the jagged edge of the broken abutment. To disinfect the wound and help with healing, I also purchased an over-the-counter medicated oral pain reliever recommended by the pharmacy clerk. One week later on July 17, 2020, I received a call from a person at Engle Dentistry (NOT a dentist), to inform me that with reference to the scheduled July 22 treatment, the dentist was "..looking at my x-rays", and that he thinks "....it's better that I see my own dentist" for treatment. I informed the caller that I would be delighted to see my own dentist, but as I previously informed Dr. Engle and Engle office personnel both verbally and in patient registration documents, my own dentist is in Colombia; and it is not possible to see him, as the international airports in Colombia are closed due to Covid-19. I told the caller that I would be pleased to have the dentist call me and explain why under circumstances where the option to "..see my own dentist" does not exist, he is refusing to treat me. To date, there has been no response from Engle Dentistry. To add insult to injury, about two hours after I received the July 17 call from Engle Dentistry, informing me that they refuse to treat me, I collected my snail-mail that included a letter from Engle Dentistry stating how pleased they are to "..welcome me to their practice..", where they are "...proud of their dedication to their patients..". Before retirement, my work took me all over the world. Occasionally, I required dental or medical care. I have NEVER encountered the uncaring treatment I experienced at Engle Dentistry.

One star is too much! It’s ALL about money with this group. Excessive fees to the MAX!!! Example: “1” office fee for an apt. is $800 plus another $800 for “1”tooth extraction! In addition, the dentist latterly broke my tooth and bragged how strong he was. I would drive to Louisiana to get service before going here!

A couple weeks ago, I woke up in trouble with my teeth. It was the weekend so I really didnt know who to call or what to do. I did a google search and saw that Dr. Engle had great reviews and a wonderful website. Cautious about calling him on the weekend, I tried anyways. The office number directed me to his cell phone and I called. To my surprise, he answered. A few hours later, he met me at the office, took a look at my problem and even began working up a plan to fix it. When I returned to his office on Monday for follow-up, his staff greeted me and were very professional. In today's world, I was lucky to find Dr. Engle. He truly cares about helping people. FYI, his office is AMAZING. Lee.

Very shady business. Dr. Engle is trying to work around his contracts with insurance companies to make more money. He's falsely claiming that he's not in-network with them and will force you to pay for services out-of-pocket but then your insurance will only cover the amount they contracted with Dr. Engle which is usually way less than what he charges you and you'll end up becoming the victim in this deal
