I had not been to the dentist in some time for anything other than routine cleanings. I was very nervous, but as soon as I walked in the office made me feel right at ease. They gave me music to listen on headphones, to help drown out the drill noise. They were overly accommodating and I highly recommend them.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care I received from Dr. Maggie and her assistant, Tiffany, at Massa Dental during my recent dental emergency. From the moment I called, they went above and beyond to accommodate me on the very same day I reached out. Not only was Heidi and the office welcoming and professional, but their swift response to my urgent situation reassured me during a time of stress. Dr. Maggie took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explaining everything with clarity and compassion. Her expertise and gentle approach immediately put me at ease. Her assistant, Tiffany, was equally impressive, assisting seamlessly with the procedures and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Tomaro at Massa Dental Center is the best! So caring and knowledge - took the time to explain the procedure and calm my nerves. I left feeling well cared for and confident about my dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Tomaro. His staff was great too!

I am currently a patient of Dr. Massa. He is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. He thoroughly explains everything, is very gentle and ensures the work that is done is flawless! He is a perfectionist and I have always been pleased with the outcome. I recently brought my mother to Massa Dental as she was having issues with a tooth. She was extremely impressed and left with a new crown the same day! She loved the office staff and their professionalism. My mom was able to eat immediately and did not have any pain! I would highly recommend Massa Dental to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve been going to Dr. Massa since 2014 and he has fixed my jaw shape, tmj, and smile and I will FOREVER be grateful for that. Him and his staff have always remained non judgemental and accommodating to my needs throughout the years and the amount these people have improved my quality of life is astounding. They have helped me get my confidence back, live mostly pain free and help me understand what I can do as preventatives. Dr. Massa and his reception staff (Lisa and others throughout the years) have had COUNTLESS amounts of patience with me and haven’t given up on me and that’s just absolutely amazing. I will forever be thankful for Massa and all of his staff that have helped. From coming in on their days off in a timely manner for dental emergencies; down to their kindness and compassion which is such a rarity in the medical field nowadays. I don’t think I can go to another dentist since they have set the bar so high. With all of that being said, if you’re looking for a credible dentist/dental work, this is the creme de la creme. Hands down the best place ever!

Dr Massa and his team have been absolutely amazing! I have pretty severe TMJ and after countless consultations with dentists, orthodontists, all referring me to other things, including surgery and not really giving any guidance, I found Dr Massa. The first visit was thorough and he was able to provide me with an actual plan to addressing my TMJ issues. I have gone through a series of myofunctional therapy processes including adjusting my palate, tongue tie release and aligners that have been transformative. Dr Massa and Eliana have been with me through each step and have given me support that is incomparable to any other. Lisa and Heidi at the front desk are so kind and welcoming. They are always friendly and helpful. I am forever grateful for this team. It was a breath of fresh air after years of not knowing if anyone could help me with my TMJ issues. I highly recommend and trust the team at Massa Dental!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Massa for over six years, and I can't say enough great things about him and his wonderful staff! I have been suffering from severe TMJ for years, and the pain and discomfort were affecting my daily life. Dr. Massa has gone above and beyond in my TMJ treatment, including suggesting a tongue tie release. My TMJ was stubborn and not easy to treat, and made me feel very discouraged. However, Dr. Massa always uplifted me and continually worked to find solutions to help me. Dr. Massa and his team displayed unparalleled professionalism, compassion, and expertise. They took the time to thoroughly explain all treatment options, and address any concerns I had. I do myofunctional therapy with Eliana, who is beyond kind, empathetic and knowledgeable! The positive impact on my TMJ symptoms has been significant, and I cannot imagine having gone through this process without Dr. Massa and his team's support. If you are dealing with TMJ or any related issues, I highly recommend Dr. Massa and his team. Like so many others who have left a review for Massa Dental Center, my thoughts are extremely positive as well. Would say first this is the most professional Dental Office (or medical office for that matter) that I have ever been too. This goes for both how the office itself is set up from when one walks in to each individual that I have encountered there to this point. More importantly is my experience with the doctor and staff. A year ago - I chipped a tooth and was able to get in to see Dr. Cocris (Dr. C) fairly quickly, even though was not yet a 'patient'. Before going, I talked and sent pics to my regular dentist up North who then called and said that what I needed was pretty simple and not to be oversold with add'l services. So I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. C said exactly the same thing and in about 50 minutes, my tooth was fixed and was out the door. My northern dentist was so impressed with Dr. C's work that he asked me for his name because he had a relative who was possibly looking to have work done. This week I went back for a full appointment - including x rays and a cleaning and was impressed with the time that Dr. C spent with me and explaining things to me and even reviewing x-rays that I had brought down from up North. When he asked me a couple of questions of things that he saw that could not answer, he said not a problem, he would call and talk with my Northern Dentist. My cleaning was the most thorough I had ever had, taking an hour because she uses three different types of cleaning 'tools'. She then provided me with some education including on how best to brush. (I thought I knew, but learned some new things!) Let me just say - that I can't say enough good things about Massa Dental.

Thank you thank you thank you Massa Dental! I am a new patient awaiting my annual check up. Prior to my scheduled visit I had a dental emergency on my front tooth. I called Heidi - great front desk support - and she got me in to see the dentist before noon the same day!. The office is modern and clean. The dentist and his assistant were very pleasant and calm. The online Patient Portal is a BREEZE to use - all forms can be completed online vs. printing/faxing etc. Looking forward to being a long time patient here.

Tears of joy! From my first telephone conversation with Lisa I knew I had found a Dental office who cared about the ‘whole’ patient. I have severe and sometimes very debilitating vertigo along with other health issues which have rendered me medically disabled. I had been with my current Dentist for years and she told me I needed to find another Dentist as she could never work on me if I had a cavity or any type of procedures needed. I would get a cleaning every 3 months and she would do a full exam on me every year. She did not offer any suggestions where I should go and I felt so lost and hurt. I began calling every Dentist on Marco Island where I reside and none of them even said to come in for a consultation. I googled Dentists in Naples and,by the Grace of God, Massa Dental was the first of a few to come up. I called and explained to Lisa the needs I had as not being able to lean back nor being able to have the sonic cleaning nor if necessary a drill for a cavity. She was so very patient and compassionate and said ‘’I am sure we can help you.’’ She was going to speak with Dr Massa and then get back to me. Within an hour she returned my call and told me that yes they could work on me as they have patients in wheelchairs whom they have to make accommodations for also. I actually started crying as it is very difficult to find anyone in the Medical or Dental profession who really seem to take into account the individual and his or her limitations. My first appointment with the hygienist was wonderful. There are actually two employed at the office who work on people with vertigo and have no problem standing, bending, or twisting to ensure you receive an excellent exam and cleaning. The office spares no expense when it comes to making sure the patient receives the best treatment possible that they even have a baking soda cleaning for those patients who are unable to have the sonic machine clean their teeth. She then hand scaled my teeth and did the exam and everything was perfect. I had set up to see Dr Massa after my cleaning as I wanted to make sure he could see first hand the problems in movement that my illness caused. He was amazing! He made me feel as if none of it was a problem at all. He assured me we could figure out a way to work out any situation that may arise in the future including using the laser cavity tool instead of needing to drill if a cavity developed. He gave me an excellent exam and made some recommendations. He then asked if there was anything that I didn’t like about my teeth. I told him I was so embarrassed of the chip in my front tooth as I always took such pride in my teeth and trying to keep them as strong and healthy as possible. He asked why I didn’t have it fixed before. I explained that my previous Dentist said I would just knock the bonding off and it wasn’t worth it. He examined it from every angle and said it could be fixed and would hold up! I went for an appointment two weeks later and I am thrilled to say I now have two ‘even’ front teeth that have lasted over 5 months and make me want to smile more each day! Dr Cocris did an outstanding job on my tooth and definitely proved that dental work could be done without the patient having to lie back. He took on the moving and rearranging of his body and limbs to make sure I wasn’t going to be in any position which might trigger the vertigo. Absolutely an amazing perfectionist of a Dentist and such a caring person! I have been back for cleanings every 3 months and each time I walk into the immaculate, state of the art, yet so very welcoming office I say a prayer of thanks. From the wonderful ambassadors at the desk, Lisa and Heidi, and all of the hygienists, assistants and Dentists they make a person feel so confident and safe with their wealth of knowledge and professionalism but even more so the compassion and time they take by listening to each individual and his or her special needs. For this I thank you all at Massa Dental Center so very much.

We love Dr. Massa and his staff/office! Casey is an incredible hygienist and I would follow her anywhere. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist thanks to her care and patience, plus my gums are consistently improving thanks to her professional techniques and recommendations on tool changes, etc. too! Very eager recommendation for anyone looking for a wonderful dentist and hygienist they can trust and stay with a long time.

His examining rooms are equipped with the very latest in dental technology. Dr. Massa, along with his entire staff, have made me feel comfortable during each of my visits. I moved to Naples in 2014 and needed to find a new dentist. I had some less than great experiences with two other dentist, one in Naples and one in Bonita from 2015-2017. I have been going to dentists my entire life and needed a dentist who was knowledgeable, honest, and caring. Dr. John Massa, by far is the best dentist I have ever been to! The staff could not have been more kind and welcoming! Everyone is very professional and you can tell they take their jobs very seriously and put their patients’ needs first! I’ve really never had a better dentist office experience. Everyone on the team that I interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional (shout out to Eliana dental hygienist for referring me to Dr. Massa). This office deserves some sort of reward. Dr. Massa is absolutely fantastic and genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best dentistry possible. Dr. Massa listens to his patients and does not recommend unnecessary dental procedures, I have great deal of respect for Dr. Massa and his staff, the dental office creates a relaxing ambience prior to any procedure being performed. The facility is magnificent and very well maintained, I feel like they truly care about my health and proactively monitor any changes that I would never be able to see. Everyone involved was very welcoming, warm, and thorough. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable by any means. They take their time, pay close attention to detail, and even care to educate you. I am a patient of Dr Massa and he is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! I used to be pretty much terrified of the dentist but since I have been going to this office all the procedures he has done have been pain free and Eliana is my hygienist and she has really taken care of my teeth and explained to me proper brushing techniques at home and so far no more cavities 😍and everyone at the front desk are very professional and helpful!

I love this dentist! Dr. Massa is the first dentist I’ve found that genuinely cares, not only about my teeth but about my TMJD and fixing it! All of the staff members are so sweet, his dental assistant is amazing, her bed side manner is the best! Dr. Massa also has an awesome technique for numbing before fillings or other work, the pinch is so minor and he’s very slow with numbing, so it’s not as painful. I absolutely love my dental hygienist as well, Eliana, she does a spectacular job with my cleanings! She’s given me excellent advice on keeping my teeth cleaner in between cleanings and helps me identify the areas I miss! You can’t go wrong with this office, I don’t have any first hand experience with the other doctors but I’m sure they’re of his caliber!

I am here in Florida part time and found myself in sudden need of care. Though they were so busy on this particular day, Dr. Massa and his staff took me in immediately. Everyone from the front desk professionals to his dental assistants were all so kind and welcoming. I would recommend them over and over again! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I had a really great first experience at this dental center and am super thankful to have found this place. After trying a few other dentists in the area, I had a hard time finding someone who did not want an outrageous amount of money for a TMJ consult or who did not immediately want to do surgery. Dr. Massa was kind and patient and willing to help to make sure I was taken care of.

Not long ago, I had a tremendous pain, called the Massa Dental Center, and was brought in right away. Quickly they determined I needed a root canal and arranged for it to be done the same day. What a relief! The entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. In the meantime I had a routine cleaning and saw dental hygienist Eleana, who is a joy, too. Thanks, Dr. Massa, for assembling such a great team.

I saw Dr. Massa as a second opinion for my TMJ. I was told by an oral surgeon I would need extensive $80K surgery that would be invasive and painful with a year's recovery time! Dr. Massa quickly saw me within a day and said I can help you, DON'T GET SURGERY. I am so glad to have found Dr. Massa. Not only has he been able to fix what no doctor, chiropractor, surgeon, hypnotist, etc. has been able to, but he changed my quality of life for the better. Within months I was free from pain and my TMJ was finally being corrected. My life was not interrupted and the treatment was something I could do at night instead of 24/7. I cannot thank Dr. Massa enough and I would recommend him to anyone, especially with TMJ issues. The rest of the staff is amazing. All of them! They know you by name and are personable every time you walk in the door. I now go to Dr. Massa for all my dental needs, not just TMJ. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Dr. Massa.

Finding Dr Massa was life-changing for me. I searched and suffered for countless years trying to find a solution for my TMJ-related pain. I experienced daily headaches, sleepless nights, swollen/inflamed masseter muscles, popping/locking jaw pain, amongst other issues. Dentists I had previously seen either didn’t listen or offered solutions that didn’t work. Dr Massa listened to all of my symptoms and offered a number of different treatment options, explaining each option in depth. We decided that VIVOS was the best treatment for me. VIVOS isn’t just a temporary fix, it addresses the root cause of TMJ issues and provides a real solution. After completing the treatment, I no longer suffer from the chronic pain my TMJ disorder was causing. I also have a beautiful new smile that has given me so much more confidence. I couldn’t be happier that I found Massa Dental. Everyone there is always so kind, welcoming, and caring. You’re not just treated as a patient, you’re treated as part of the family… and that is something to smile about.

I have been going here for years and LOVE everything about about this office from the moment you walk in the door! The ladies at the front desk greet you like you are family, Dr Cocris is the most wonderful, caring, and gentle dentist, and saving the best for last, the best hygienist and the person I see the most of is the incomparable Ileana. At one time I had such fear of dentists, that I had to be medicated just to go in to the office, I even used to require nitrous to have my teeth cleaned but thanks to Ileana with her understanding and patience she has made my dental visits a a calm and pleasant experience that I look forward to.

This is the most profesional place we have visit in a long time. Their personel its awesome starting from Ms.Heidi and Ms.Adi been bilingual is a huge plus. The Dr.Massa pays attention and explains everything so well. They really have a great team, the plase its so clean. They are helping us with an issue that other doctors don't know about. We can already see and feel the difference we are eager to continue improving. If you have symptoms don't hesitate and call them. Again the time they spend listening to you the amability, empathy it's what made me write this review.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid around 3,000 for treatment for TMJ. I was given a tens unit to help relax my jaw and relieve some of the tension that was causing me severe tension headaches. I was given this because they could not make the device I paid for. After all, my jaw would not relax. After months of “trying to squeeze me in,” even though I was an established patient, I had to take leave from work because I was in so much pain. Then hurricane Ian hit, and my apartment, 10 minutes from FMB, flooded. I had to save what I could and move. During this time, they asked for the device back, which was boxed up with the rest of my belongings. They wanted to charge me $1200 for the device, even though it was part of my treatment plan, and I paid around $1,000 to rent it. The treatment plan I paid for is not completed. Highly unprofessional. And they stated I volunteered to stop my treatment, but I have not. I have emailed them about continuing the treatment plan I paid for, which they decided not to reply to.

Outstanding dental care by both Dr. Massa and Dr. Cocsis. The TENS treatments, together with the night guard, have eliminated my jaw pain. Each and every problem with my aging teeth have been effectively solved with the highest level of professional skill. The staff is also highly professional and caring. Kudos to Celine, Eliana, Robin, Colleen and the rest of the staff. Expertise, caring, honesty and integrity characterize this fine practice.

Long-time happy patient of Dr. Massa.. Suddenly broke tooth. Worked me in. Met Dr. Kokris for first time. Sensitive, gentle, reassuring every step. No pain at all, even injection! Made new crown on-site, so walked out with "new" tooth. Strongly recommend for anybody. They are tops.

Astounding! My sleep apnea is cured! Cured! I used to choke eating food, wake up at night gasping for breath, fall asleep reading or watching t.v. and often need a nap in the afternoon. Dr. Massa had me take a sleep apnea test. It came back with shocking results. I was literally effected by my sleep apnea with over 100 seconds of my esophagus being blocked off several times a night. I had been living like this for as long as I can remember. I was diagnosed and had determined that I had one of two canals dysfuntioning because it was too narrow. Dr. Massa and his professional caring staff helped me through their TMJ treatment and therepy. Within 4 nights I was waking up in the morning actually feeling rested! I don't choke on food anymore. I haven't had a nap or fallen asleep watching t.v. or reading a book since night one of the TMJ treatment. I admit, I cried! Tears of relief, tears of joy. I do not know Dr. Massa. But, I do know, he is there for you. If you are suffering, go to him, you owe it to yourself to be 'cured' of sleep apnea. Don't settle for gimmicks or high maintenance breathing machines. Decide and commit for the cure.
