❌ Warning – Terrible Experience with This Dental Clinic ❌ I called this clinic to schedule an appointment for my son and mentioned politely that I had a negative experience with another dental office in the past (not with them). A few minutes later, another receptionist called me back and said they wanted to cancel the appointment because I mentioned having a negative experience elsewhere. I explained clearly that it was about a different clinic and that I had no issue with them, but she responded rudely that they “don’t want people who talk like that” and refused to treat my son. This behavior was unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Refusing to treat a child just because his mother shared a past experience — politely — is beyond shocking. ⚠️ I strongly recommend staying away from this place. Their attitude is disrespectful, unprofessional, and shows a serious lack of care and integrity.

I just had my braces removed and I am into my retainer. I'm in my seventies and had to have a permanent tooth moved from the roof of my mouth to its proper place. Success!!! Well done! The InLine Crew are great people. I always leave smiling and now today, I left with a prettier smile! Hugs all around! A great group of people and a job well done.

We went for a consultation today. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The orthodontist was friendly and easy to relate with. Dr B is amazing, she’s honest and explains everything very thoroughly. Jesse and Katie are the absolute best and were super sweet and very gentle every time I got my braces tightened. The whole staff is happy and professional and helpful in every way!!! From the moment I walked in, they were very helpful, supportive, and fun. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. Both Ms. Carmen and Ms. Sarah are very supportive in helping me with this journey.
