Ive been going to Grand Oaks for a few yrs. I met both Dr Amir's longer ago than that at Christie Dental when I broke my front tooth. They both collaborated on the work, because initially the tooth that broke, was crooked and slightly crossed over the other. Let's say, I was more than pleased when all was done. They also took ALOT of time to color match the rest of my teeth. When they left Christie Dental I was disappointed. I stayed as I liked my hygienist, and then she eventually left. After so many years, I worried the tooth that had been fixed would eventually lose its bond, so naturally I wanted the same great experience from the same docs. I discovered more than I expected. Grand Oaks is the most elegant, inviting environment anyone could ask for in regards to going to the DENTIST! I brag about them, every opportunity I get. Their hearts extend beyond on their office; and for me that's even a bigger deal! Keep up the good work. That's for ALL the staff.

I’m not generally a fan of dentists. I try to take care of my mouth on my own but got to a point I needed a professional. My wife found Grand Oaks Dental Care and what an easy process to get an appointment. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. During my cleaning, fillings, x rays and exams all staff were friendly, helpful, talked me through all the steps and gave me information about what was happening in my mouth. During the numbing process, the worst right, I barely felt a thing. They massaged your cheek and gums where you don’t even feel the needles. In their rooms they have massage chairs with televisions on the wall…. And the ceiling. Yes, when they lay you back you can still watch your shows lol. Great place, great people. My mouth is so clean and fresh. I now have regular appointments scheduled. No more fear of dentists. I’ll now be a regular.

Super impressed during my first visit! From check-in to the technicians (Nash was INCREDIBLE!) to Dr. Jandali, every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated how everything was clearly explained during my exam, and Dr. Jandali took the time to listen and address all my concerns. Nothing felt rushed. At checkout, I received a detailed printout outlining the next steps and any associated costs—which was a first for me in a dental office. The transparency and care I experienced was outstanding. I had an emergency issue with a tooth today due to a botch job at another dental clinic. Two of my friends use Grand Oaks for their dental care & suggested I call them. I had an appointment 2 hours later. They fixed my problem & were as nice as could be. I get a little nervous at the dentist. They even have Netflix, so I was able to watch TV which distracted my mind a little. I’m very happy with their service. Great place!

I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rigid policies of this dental office. We recently moved from Ocala—a 3-hour move—while also juggling a complex schedule that included eye surgery and everything else that comes with relocating. In the chaos of it all, I was one day late in calling to cancel my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday, and I called first thing Friday morning to cancel. Despite explaining the circumstances, I was told I’d still be charged a $50 no-show fee. Worse, I was informed that the balance would just “sit there,” unpaid. That means it could potentially impact my credit over a simple, human mistake during a stressful time. Their lack of understanding and compassion is frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dentist. If this is how they treat patients during a difficult life moment, I can’t imagine what their actual care is like. There are plenty of providers who show empathy and understanding—this is clearly not one of them.

Dr. Amir is a great dentist. Probably one of the best I’ve ever been to. My problem was with a root canal I had done by a new dentist in that office. After the root canal I get head pressure almost every day. It’s been 3 months and it doesn’t go away. I ended up having to go to an endodontist to get the root canal finished correctly.

Just left this dentist. My wife (new patient with them) called with an emergency. She’s had severe pain throughout the weekend and wanted an emergency treatment. Throbbing, severe pain, agonising. They said that they can’t do that. New patients needed to be completely examined by law. Look up “emergency care law”. You should know this. You just broke the law by refusing to treat her. I know, this is likely not going to bother you. Enough patients, right? Just know that you left my wife alone with severe pain. Not at all what a doctor should do.

When my entire family relocated to Ocala, we were fortunate to find Dr. Morris at Grand Oaks Dental's second location. We've all been very happy patients there, and I couldn't be happier with the care we receive. She is incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain procedures and answer all my questions thoroughly. What really stands out is how accommodating she is with any concerns I might have. Dr. Morris has a genuinely friendly demeanor that puts you at ease, which makes all the difference when you're at the dentist. Her assistant Timmy is also fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful, and always makes the experience smooth and comfortable. The entire staff at this practice is friendly and efficient. From check-in to check-out, everyone is welcoming and professional. Appointments run on time, and they make the whole process as pleasant as possible. After having a horrible experience with another dentist who canceled my fillings without notifying me, this was probably the best dentist I've ever been to. Went in there pretty nervous and when I tell you that these people took care of me I MEAN IT!!! Not only were they absolutely sweet and understanding of me due to anxiety and PTSD, they allowed me to put on a movie, put a blanket on me, and told me everything they were doing. Of course, the laughing gas left me a little bit confused with what they were telling me, but I couldn't care in the moment lol! 🤣 Numbed me up and were super careful with giving me the shots. Overall, a wonderful experience and I am very grateful and thankful for their patience and kindness☺️

Doctors and staff are excellent. Always courteous and professional. Unfortunately I can't say same for a specific reception staff member. Encountering her was like a cold front hitting me. The first stagnant conversation began on the phone, I simply could not get her to confirm the office location where I had the appointment ( there are 2 locations and I am a patient at both, and in the past went to wrong the practice).I just wanted to make sure, but hit a dead end with her, and decided to drive by anyways. Walked in still in happy mode , but she managed to reduce my mood status to " between frustrated and angry" literally within one minute, due to her cold and condescending demeanor. The Doctors and other staff are always very busy yet find the time to greet their patients with a kind smile, and an open ear to listen. The waiting room on the other hand was empty at the time, but said lady could not care a rats fart about me, nor spare a single minute to help me with a minor issue, said she was too busy, maybe later.... then conveniently disappeared. Another (she was actually very kind and apologetic for what had occurred) reception staff member appeared and resolved all within less than 20 seconds. I mean literally 20 seconds. A little kindness goes a long way. 5 stars for Doctors and other staff and a state of the art clinic. As for the cold front: zero.

The entire staff is phenomenal! They are all so kind and friendly. It was my first time having a crown done so I was nervous but they made sure I was comfortable, that they explained everything they were going to do and also made sure that I had no pain during the procedure (didn’t feel a thing!). My permanent crown came out beautiful. I recommended them 100%!

I have had A LOT of dental work done at Grand Oaks Dental Care in the past year. I am very happy I chose grand Oaks for my dental needs. Everyone there is extremely professional and super nice. They do excellent work. I am truly a happier person with the new smile they gave me. I did have an issue with being billed for the dental care membership club I did sign up for and when I told them I wanted to cancel it a few times. I was billed again for it before they finally got it canceled.

Today was our first appointment here and we were very pleased. Beautiful lobby space and Staff was very friendly and professional from check in through departure. Plenty of nice touches and details to make your visit more comfortable- tvs, blankets, soft lighting- all excellent. Our appointments did run long- 12 and 2 turned into 1200- 320pm, but it was very informative and we appreciated the time spent with us so not a big deal. Very good with kids! My son was so excited that he got to be involved in the care. Lol everyone we encountered was a teacher at heart, describing and educating on what they were doing and why- very much puts you at ease. Getting an appointment could be a small issue I suppose as they seem to be booked solid far in advance, but if you're good at keeping appointments, it's a great place so far!

I’m so very, very happy I FINALLY found a great dentist in the Ocala area. I’ve been searching around and avoiding going to the dentist after moving to the area. It’s so hard to find a good dentist as I had such a bad experience in the past with someone who was supposed to be taking care of me and who drilled my healthy teeth for no reason. An experience like that is enough to keep you away from the dentist forever. A friend finally recommended Dr Amir and I scheduled an appointment. It took a little while to get in for the first appointment but it was well worth the wait. The second I walked into the office I was treated respectfully and promptly. I felt hope! Then I met Stephanie and Sarah and felt even better. When I finally met Dr. Amir I was confident I was in an office that would help me keep my teeth as long as possible. There was no hard self for cosmetic Procedures in fact I mentioned something I had been thinking of. I felt like Dr. Amir understood that my big concern was keeping my own teeth. To that end, I was scheduled a deep cleaning because I had waited so long to go back to the dentist (because I couldn’t find one and was afraid). I also decided to replace a cap. I wasn’t told I had to. Dr Amir told me I could preemptively do it or he would help me keep the old one as long as possible. I felt like, based on previous experience, that the best course of action was to replace it. Overall, I’m so very very very very happy and relieved to finally have a Doctor who cares and is not going to perform unnecessary procedures on me. Great office and I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

I had the most AMAZING experience at this dental office. I lived in California and saw a dentist a few years ago and had a horrible experience. He saw me for literally 2 seconds and was so rude. So I have needed to go to the dentist for a very long time, and I promised myself once we moved here to Florida I’d find a dentist. That was last year and fear had kept me away. My fear had been so bad that I’ve been living with 2 broken front teeth and a reoccurring infection in 2 of my lower back teeth. Every few months or so my jaw would swell and I’d be in an intense amount of pain. This past week it happened again and the pain was unbearable. My husbands co-worker told him about this office so I made an appointment. I didn’t sleep the night before I was so scared! As soon as I was taken into the exam room and started to talk to the dental assistant, Brittany, the tears started to fall as I explained why I was there. She sat and talked to me and listened, REALLY listened to me and didn’t start to even look at my mouth until I was comfortable. I told her I was afraid of being judged because of the state my teeth were in and she was super understanding and made me feel like maybe my teeth weren’t the worst she’d ever seen, and that all that mattered was I was there now. I ended up needing 2 teeth pulled, and the infection cleaned out. She said I could make an appointment and come back because I really wasn’t mentally prepared to have that done. I just thought they’d prescribe me antibiotics. But she made me feel so comfortable that I decided to just get it done. I was tired of being in pain. When the dentist himself came in he was just as amazing. He told me that fixing people’s smiles is his passion and why I didn’t go before didn’t matter. He pulled both my 2 infected teeth and it was shockingly painless. I was honestly so pleasantly shocked and surprised. I was seen on an emergency basis due to the infection, but I am going back next month for the new patient exam and to be quite honest I am looking forward to it. I haven’t fully smiled since I broke my teeth in 2020… and I feel like there is hope that I just might be able to smile again. They made me go from complete and utter fear to looking forward to going back!! I would highly recommend their office to anyone! Especially if you’re super afraid of dentists. I’ve never been made to feel more comfortable, important, and listened to in my life!! Thank you Brittany and Grand Oaks Dental!!

I have horrible tmj and jaw tension. Not even counting the dental anxiety. Dr. Amir took the time to rub the muscle so my jaw wouldn't lock up, recommend options for treatment and within minutes my permanent crown was on and I was heading home. This facility never ceases to amaze me with it's dedication to patient centered care. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else ever again. If you're not sure, just give them a chance. Their patience with me is what saved my teeth, their willingness to see my anxiety and not minimize it, but help reduce it.

Usually when I call medical offices with general questions I’m usually greeted with a cold, annoyed tone. Today when I called their office, Courtney picked up the phone with a welcoming tone that made me feel comfortable. Not only was she welcoming, she answered all of my questions in a way that makes sense! I can tell she actually cares about the patients needs and I am taken back at how pleasant our conversation was. Would recommend just off of Courtney’s professionalism and kindness, hopefully the rest of the team is just as great!

I've only had one appointment so far due to a dental emergency. When I called the office due to extreme tooth pain Courtney at the front desk was empathetic and understanding. I'm an extremely fearful patient and Brittany who did my x-rays fully listened while I rattled on about my dental fears. Dr Kazaal was a very calming presence. I felt heard and understood and feel a tad less fearful about all the upcoming work I need to have done... and anyone that knows me will tell you that's saying a lot!

This morning I found that my front tooth was chipped on the back side and had a sharpness to it. I went on the Grand Oaks website and requested an appointment indicating it was an emergency (my fear of the damage). Within a half hour I received a call and they said come on and didn’t make we wait. Dr. Inesco came in looked it over and worked at taking the sharpness off. The tooth was ok. This was my second emergency due to having issues with grinding my teeth. Of course I own a mouth guard and did not have it on. But a great group. I highly recommend them for any dental needs

The helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness and material condition of this facility, are truly impressive.. When Danielle opened the door and spoke my name, I was delighted to see her. Clearly, Danielle is very skilled at every technical aspect of her responsibilities. But, I'd like to take this opportunity to describe one of her attributes that I believe goes above and beyond those very important technical skills. During my last visit six months ago, I told Danielle that I had a hearing problem and we worked our way through that visit very well. This time without my asking or prompting, she made a concerted effort to project her statements and prompts to me in a clear and very concise manner. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

My experience with Grand Oaks Dental was far above any I had before. I was dealing with a lower molar that was causing some pain and discomfort. I chose Grand Oaks Dental after reading their positive reviews and speaking with the staff over the phone. The person who answered projected compassion and genuine care for my situation and was able to schedule me just a few days after my call. I filled out my new patient intake form conveniently from my phone. I arrived for my 9:30 appointment and was greeted by a clean office and welcoming reception staff. After check-in, I sat down and by 9:34 I was taken to an exam room. The dental assistant was friendly and engaged in as much (or as little) conversation as I was interested in. There were TVs on the wall and I was given a remote with access to multiple streaming services. Additionally, there were blankets, pillows, and other amenities available to maximize my comfort. The whole environment focused on patient comfort. I was introduced to Dr. Hannah Kazaal and after an exam it was determined that the best course of treatment would be to extract the tooth. Dr. Kazaal was patient, kind, and thorough in her explanation of my options, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She began the numbing process for the extraction and I can truly say I did not feel a thing while receiving injections from Dr. Kazaal. She was gentle, effective, and intentional in providing great dental care. This tooth proved to be challenging and was unable to be fully numbed as a result of the infection. I was given a prescription for the infection and had the extraction rescheduled. For the follow-up visit, I wasn’t even charged an additional office visit fee, which I appreciated. It is evident through their actions that this practice places patient welfare above financial gain. At my follow-up Dr. Kazaal recognized my anxiety and nervousness resulting from the pain I experienced at my previous appointment. She made no attempt to rush the procedure; instead, she calmly and compassionately offered support to help calm my nerves. This extraction proved difficult and truthfully, some parts were both mentally and physically taxing because of the pain (a result of the infection and by no means an indicator of Dr. Kazaal’s skill). The extraction took almost two hours to complete. Never once did Dr. Kazaal get frustrated or appear to be rushed. She took her time and displayed an immense amount of compassion, care, and empathy for my pain. We had to take a couple of moments during the extraction to pause and allow me to gain my composure and prepare to continue. I apologized for being a difficult patient and thanked her for her patience. Her response really stuck with me and speaks volumes about who she is as a dental provider. Dr. Kazaal stated, “Don’t apologize. You’re not difficult. This tooth is just difficult and I’m sorry you’re having to experience this.” Wow…! If I had to describe Dr. Kazaal in one word, it would be “compassionate”—however that only underscores how well I was treated, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her care and support. Through patience, skill, and precision, she was able to extract the tooth successfully. She is truly skilled at her craft! I was provided with post-op instructions and received a take-home kit that included extra gauze, a dose of ibuprofen, and a heat/ice pack. This level of care was beyond my expectations. I paid out-of-pocket, and while dental services are not inexpensive, I do believe the pricing was fair: $154 for the x-rays and $400 for the surgical extraction. Dental pain is never a pleasant experience, but it’s important to have a skilled and compassionate dental team by your side during these times—as well as for regular oral health visits. I have found that in Grand Oaks Dental! If you’re experiencing a dental emergency or simply looking to establish care with a new dental team, Grand Oaks Dental is the place to go. Don’t even think twice. To Dr. Kazaal and the entire Grand Oaks Dental staf a heartfelt thank you!

Wow! This place is quick, pleasant and really clean. I went in for a emergency cavity that was broken and it hurt so bad. They got me in the next day. Can you believe it a dentist that got me the next day! The lady at the front desk Kaitlyn and Dr. H were awesome. I also like thy don’t rush me to pay or feel weird if my insurance isn’t covered here. They fixed my filling in less than two hours and it felt perfect after. Definitely the best in town!

The ladies that work there were very nice and patient with me. If I didn’t understand anything, they’d explain it to me. The place has more privacy than my last dentist which I like. The only part that bothered me was their teeth exams. They stick this huge sensor into your mouth. It’s uncomfortable and they took a few tries to get the right photo.

I been going to this dentist for awhile and they are terrible I just got a text reminder and I needed to reschedule but they want to charge me to reschedule then they tell me that according to their manager they will have to stop doing my dental work all because I have to reschedule I’m not canceling I’m rescheduling they are a joke and they are not a good place to be at I am very unhappy with them I will never recommend them to anyone and I work in the health care field and I know how to help someone out and take care of them and honestly I don’t even remember talking to a manager unless it was over 3 years ago this place is a joke and they don’t care about patient care

If you are looking for a dentist, this is it! You can tell the owners/operators take wonderful care of the building, staff, and patients because all staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities in the office are a step above most dentist offices, including warming and massaging seats, televisions on the wall and ceiling, neck pillows, etc. Even without the amenities, the staff alone is enough to make you feel comfortable. They were all very knowledgeable and served with a smile. We are very happy we found Grand Oaks and look forward to using them for our dental needs!

I've been quite fearful of dentists since a childhood trauma. My experience yesterday at Grand Oaks Dental was excellent! I appreciated the care everyone took to ease my fears. This is a comforting office with massaging chairs, a blanket, flat screen TV, even while lying down, nitrous oxide and both my dentist and his assistant were top notch. This doesn't erase my fears of all dental offices, but I am not afraid to go back to this one!

I needed a crown replaced on a front tooth, my original old one cracked. Grand Oaks dental got me in quickly. They were very attentive and wanted to keep me comfortable. I was impressed with all the updated technology and techniques they used. The first crown that was ordered, didn’t quite fit right despite their best efforts to adjust it. The doctor said she was not satisfied and wanted to get it right. They took new images and got me a new crown that fits perfectly and looks great! Today was my 2nd visit here at Grand Oaks Dental. I came today for my consultation on my options moving forward. Dr. Amir and his team are doing a complete reconstruction of all my top and bottom teeth. The Doctor is a super detailed, thorough and most of all, genuine man. Very lovely offices and very kind and caring staff. The only thing I would offer as a suggestion is that when a new patient makes an appointment, let them know they'll be there at least an hour, and they will NOT be getting a cleaning done at that appointment. Had I known this when I made my appointment three months earlier, I would have also booked a cleaning appointment. I scheduled my "new patient" appointment deliberately so that it coincided with my due date for a cleaning but now I have to wait three more months for my cleaning. I am on a call list but it really would have been helpful to know when booking the initial appointment. Just a thought.

Grand Oaks Dental Care has to be the best dentist I have ever been to. This was my first visit. I was impressed when I walked into the lobby. I was met by friendly staff a very clean and comforting lobby with music playing to soothe any nervousness. I was called into an exam room by an associate that was smiling very friendly asked how I was doing, brought into an exam room with a Dental chair facing a large screen, monitor with a seen about saltwater aquarium with tropical fish swimming back-and-forth. It was very relaxing and soothing. Dr. Herrera came in very quickly evaluating my tooth situation and gave her recommendations and I scheduled my future visits. My husband had to evaluate a crown that came off 13 days after another dentist glued it. Grand Oaks saw him the same day we called. They took the time to explain all our alternatives and gave us a solution to fix the crown with a new one. The entire staff is very comforting and soothing. This is the first dental experience where I felt relaxed. They have a genuine care for my concerns and questions. A cleaning is almost like a massage and my teeth feel amazing now. I received a treatment plan for the work I needed which alleviated all of the stress. I love going to grand oaks dental care, everyone is very nice and professional! Great high tech equipment and all assistants, hygienist, and dentist are very soft handed. I am never uncomfortable with them working on me. Front desk receptionists are always amazing, oh And I never have to wait more than 5 minutes after checking in, it’s so great that I can be service at my actual appointment time and not wait 30 plus minutes like you do at a lot of dental and medical offices. I was in today for my first visit and even though there was an issue with my appointment at first, they were able to fix the issue right away and handled everything with excellent customer service. The excellent service didn’t stop there, Macy and Jamila assisted with my visit and they were fantastic. Jamila performed my X-rays and she was so gentle and accommodating for me and really great personality. Both her and Macy really showed great bedside manner and made me comfortable because I get anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I was not uncomfortable at all for my visit. Highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr. Simon Amir is absolutely amazing. He took so much time with me and was incredibly patient, kind and seemed to know more medically than my last three dentists put together. I had multiple issues going on and was so pleased with him and his staff. They are all so very sweet and super accommodating. The office was impeccably clean which goes a long way. I don't normally ever give 5 stars but today it was well deserved. It has been years since I had been to a dentist and my sister referred me to their office. Stephanie was such a polite young lady, who has great taste in music. 😊 She made things very comfortable and treated me with the upmost kindness. She was very informative as was Dr. Herrera. They were both on their A-game. We can't forget the receptionist team, who were very welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone.

Very nice and comfortable place . The Dr.Amir explained everything thing and very personable doctor. I felt very comfortable and love that he was honest about what could be done to fixed my dental problems. The price to my surprise was lower than I expected and was happy about that , since I am shopping around for dental implants! I know I need a lot more done and love the fact that I can pay as you go and there is Financial assistance available if needed. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly also, they made sure I was comfortable too.

Very good dentist office. Chairs are comfortable and I like that they let you watch something on the TVs in the room while you are having the dental work done. Every employee I've interacted with was at the least professional and competent, most of them do a good job and are friendly. I hate going to dentists but it's not horrible when you have a great office like this one.

Back in 2017-2018 I was looking for a new dentist and a friend suggested going to Grand Oaks Dental on my next visit. I went there and the experience was great. I felt more like family and not just another number. Anytime I walk through their doors everyone speaks and almost the entire staff knows who I am. I’ve seen several of their doctors over the years and they all are wonderful and work together as a unit. 03/2023 Stephanie was my Dental Assistant this time and was the absolute best at her job and I hope I get her again. Dr Bell as always is the best Dentist in the country—I call him The Tooth Whisperer. The only reason I took away a star is because it would be nice to have everything (all services) in house. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Herrera today for two molars she recommended I pull based on my budget/pain & infection/insurance coverage. I appreciate how informative Dr. Herrera was in both the aftercare instructions and at the initial appointment but despite how informative she was, she did make me feel bad for the choices I made with my oral care going forward. I’ve had never understood dental anxiety until 2020 when my regular practice in a different city was sold to a mass chain and I could not find that small business in their patient care practices but provided the service of a larger company anywhere in the city I went so I gave up going and after two molars pulled today, I’ve already scheduled my first annual appointment with them when my insurance is situated again. Dr. Herrera was gentle in both how I was physically treated and emotionally treated. I extremely appreciate her help and I am so glad that I walked out of the dentist in less than pain than I was before as I did not think that was possible based on past experiences. This clinic may look fancy on their website but they have fair pricing as they quoted me their highest prices and advised it could only go down during the procedure. Thank you so much to Dr. Herrera and her entire team who saw me from check in to check out!

For starters, I am from out of town, and had an emergency that needed attention asap. I looked online to find a dentist, in Ocala, that had great reviews. After looking at many reviews on top rated dentist, Grand Oaks Dental Care was the best overall. This is the reason I am writing a review. Hopefully, this review will help someone else when they are needing a dentist. I really am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist so I was very nervous going to a new one. Especially not knowing for sure where or what was causing my pain. I have to say, my total experience was exceptional. From my arrival to my checkout, my expectations were exceeded. They made me feel at ease during my visit. Dr. Michelle Phelan walked me through what was causing my pain and explained my treatment plan. Celina, the dental assistant was also very comforting and made me feel at ease. The last step of my visit was checkout where a detailed explanation of charges were provided as well as next steps. I know this is a long review but as you can see, my experience was one that warranted a review. One last thing, the office was also impressive. Very soothing with many amenities for comfort. Going to the dentist always gives me very high anxiety. Grand oaks dental care came highly recommended to me. I had a tooth that was really causing me problems. I decided to go ahead with a tooth extraction. I was so stressed I was practically in tears. Dr. Insco and Kim were amazing with me and showed so much empathy. The procedure went smooth and I had no discomfort during it. I also want to say that the young lady that did my X-rays Marie was great. She was skilled and attentive. The ladies at the front desk are professional and helpful. This office will not try and up charge you and will give you options that can fit your budget. I am very happy I have found an office I can put my trust in. Update: I have now been with this office 6 months and can not express how grateful I am for their integrity and skillful knowledge. I had a temporary crown today and Brittnay and Dr Insco were wonderful. From the front office staff to the technology I could not be more thrilled. Going to the dentist is no longer fearful for me. Do not hesitate to give this office a chance.

As a new patient I’m really disappointed not in the Dr or Assistant but at the office staff and manager. I met with my mom at this dental office and being that she takes care of my kids while I work, she was bringing my daughter due to both my older daughter and I had an appointment. My mom also brought my 3 year old and stayed with us in the office to wait so when my daughter finished the appointment she could take her and my 3 year old with her so I could do my appointment afterwards. My 3 year old was making noise but it wasn’t uncontrollable. My mom tried to calm her while I was in the back attending to my other daughter. No one in the office said anything but kept looking at my mom. Then when the visit for my older daughter was over and we were still in the office due to I was having another appointment and I was saying goodbye to my mom so she could leave with my daughters so I could do my appointment, the manager came up to ask us if we were leaving soon. Instead of asking if we needed anything else or if she needed to help us with anything else. I proceeded to tell her I had another appointment which she did not know before asking that question. Manager stated “oh it was she he was being a bit too loud” …referring to my 3 year old. I didn’t say anything back to the manager in regards to the comment she made. I left outside for a moment to make sure my mom was ok and put my daughter in my moms car and my mom left. I came back to the office and I told them I wanted to reschedule my appointment, as I didn’t not appreciate the comment made regarding my youngest daughter. I decided to cancel all appointments all together. The receptionist did tell me that my 3 year old was fine she was just being a bit loud but not bad. The manager did come up again and I let the manager know if you are a supervisor you shouldn’t have asked if we were leaving soon instead she should’ve asked us if we needed help with anything. Also if my daughter was making too much noise staff could have asked my mom to step outside for a bit due to the noise instead of making her feel uncomfortable. I understand it’s hard to have small kids in offices but if they made us feel like that the first time ever how can I also have my 3 year old daughter when she gets a bit older be seen there as well if they can’t handle some noise. This was a horrible experience this office is not kid friendly at all.

Absolutely amazing experience. Like most adults, the dentist isn't my favorite place and I avoided it like the plague. I went to Grand Oaks because I kept hearing how different the experience was and let me tell you, they were correct! The clinic does everything from start to finish to make sure you're comfortable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Check in was super easy and straight forward, I was back in a room within 5 minutes and treated very well. I have always had a fear of dentist because even though I take pride in care of my teeth it seems as though genetics have decided to give me some "hiccups" along the way in the form if cavities. Other offices I went to when I was younger always made me feel like it was all my fault and like I was gross. Grand Oaks made me feel instantly welcome and eager to work with me to keep my smile looking great. Very glad I found an office that I can actually not feel like crying at. 😆 Cannot thank the staff enough for showing me not all clinics are the same.

I was recommended Dr.Amir a couple of years ago by my orthodontist after many long, expensive years of terrible dental experiences. Before coming here I had been hurt, taken advantage of, lied to, and developed a huge fear of the dentist. I would literally have panic attacks and always leave my appointments crying because I felt helpless and like nothing I did was ever helping my teeth get better. Grand Oaks is the exact opposite of ALL of that. I love my dentist now. I'm never afraid or nervous and I don't worry about my teeth anymore. They validated that not everyone wins the genetic lottery when it comes to your mouth chemistry (and that's okay), and they watch small cavities rather than drill needlessly into your mouth at any chance. They truly care about your teeth, your wallet, and even you as a person. The office is 5 stars for atmosphere and amenities. The people are 1,000,000/10 for kindness and professionalism. I cannot stress enough how great everyone in this building has been. I recommend everyone I can to come here. I truly can't thank them enough for the peace they have brought me after so many years of suffering.

I have so many positive things to say, I don't even know where to start! The office is very welcoming along with the front desk staff. The examine room decor is so relaxing. The room has a TV in front of you and on the ceiling to help with relaxation and a purse hook! ( I love the attention to small details for the patients) Jamila was such a a doll. She was so kind and had such great energy from the start! I was offered a pillow, blanket, TV and/or a massage from the examine chair!! ( Yes, I said the examine chair has a built in massage option)....She kept me informed during my wait and made me feel at ease. It's such a a relief to actually have a positive dental experience! Dr. Kazaal was very gentle during my exam and descriptive explaining my X-rays and problem areas. I honestly can say I'm looking forward to my upcoming dental procedure and that has NEVER been a statement of mine lol. I've always had an excellent experience at Grand Oaks Dental. I can't say enough positive things about all the staff, hygienists and doctors. They are always kind and take time to get to know you. They listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and provide exemplary care. They are also great with kids. As an added bonus, the chairs they use are comfy, they don't use those blinding overhead exam lights, and they have TVs with a selection of streaming services to watch while they work. Check 'em out, your teeth will appreciate it!

The total atmosphere is great all the way starting from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone is so friendly! Being a mom I haven’t had much time for dentist appointments my self. So I have a good bit of catching up to do. The hygienist and dentist have been so amazing and patient through it all. The office is very clean and the rooms are cozy. Not to mention the chairs have massagers and you can watch Netflix while they work on you. They also have a great little kids area to occupy the kids.

My very 1st visit here. So far, so good. Loved Dr. Kazaal and her Dental Asst. Marie. Both were very accommodating, as I haven't been to many Dentists in recent years. Was greeted by receptionist kindly and all staff were helpful, when asked for assistance, in filling out questionairre. I didn't have an appt.- had an emergency. Dr. Kazaal did what she could but, because of gum infection, was unable to complete care until antibiotics take effect. Looking forward to next visit hoping all goes well.

I broke a tooth and the nerve was exposed. My regular Dentist was not in and I was referred to Grand Oaks Dental Care. They took me right away. The staff, from Cassidy, Jae, Kimmy and Dr Insco, were caring and attentive. They explained every step to me, gave me choices. They were wonderful, professional and compassionate. I can't say enough about how great Grand Oaks Dental Care is. I started my journey with them a year ago after I got over my fear as I knew I had some cavities and needed intervention. Dr. Amir and Jennifer, my hygienist, along with the rest of their staff are just wonderful! Not only did they remove my fear, but they have gotten me back to complete oral health over this past year. Their offices are so clean, that I never worry about my health or have any concerns. I've had bad experiences at another dentist so it had been a few years since my last dental visit. I chose to go to Grand Oaks based on their website and the description of how well they treat their patients. When I got there I found that everything they said on their website they really did. Everyone was very nice and everything was explained to me in detail. They have massaging chairs, blankets, TV or music, everything to make you as comfortable as possible. While going to the dentist is never fun, I'm glad I found a practice where I can feel good knowing they will listen to me and do their best to make me comfortable.

It was very hard for me to find a good dentist locally that I felt comfortable with until I came across this office. They were nice enough to bring me in quickly as a new patient and took care of my area of concern the same day! Dr Herrera was very informative and friendly. I've been to dental offices where I've felt pain for over a month after my procedure, but not here. I haven't felt any pain since I left. I also enjoyed being able to watch Netflix while getting my teeth worked on. Never experienced that before! Looking forward to continuing with my dental needs here. Thank you again!

Just moved to Ocala and a friend recommended this dental office. It's wonderful, though it's hard to describe going to the dentist as wonderful :) Grand Oaks is clean and bright and with 12 exam rooms it's much bigger than you think. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. The hygienist and Dr. Insco were both very good at explaining what they were doing. The whole process was pleasant (again you are at the dentist) and I would strongly recommend Grand Oaks to friends and family!

I (embarrassingly) haven’t been to a dentist in 2 years and wanted to get a cleaning before my upcoming wedding. The staff at Grand Oak Dental was able to get me in to their busy schedule. The place is beautiful. The staff told me they like to give a spa like feel to make patients comfortable and they did not disappoint heated seats with massage option and Roku tv to keep you occupied. Very relaxed environments with lots of little extra perks like a tv on the ceiling, which is a great touch… I’m gonna need some major work done, but I fell I have found a dental practice that is just right …. My sister recommended me to try her dentist. I relocated to the area and did not have a dentist. I broke a tooth and within 2 days I received excellent care at the 42nd Street location. Great place! Very clean, with lots of perks (Netflix on flat screens in each room and the chair is a massage chair!) Usually with places like that, you get a lot of unnecessary dental work (cough...Aspen Dental...cough cough!) But NOT with Grand Oaks! I went in for a chipped tooth and they were able to fix it same day with conservative treatment! I really appreciated that they didn't immediately jump to the most expensive fix! Very impressed with the friendly staff and knowledgeable dentist (Dr. Herrerro was my dentist for this visit and she is fantastic!) Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Grand Oaks Dental. Dr. Amir is awesome and the entire staff is amazing. You can tell that they truly take pride in their work and they are top notch. And no lie they will put you in a massage chair and give you a virtual reality headset so you can watch nature scenes. Crazy, right? But all that doesn't matter at all if they aren't good at what they do. But they are phenomenal at what they do. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to highly recommend them.

I had to get some work done on my teeth and get some fillings done. I’ve been to Grand Oaks Dental Care about 3 to 4 times now and every time is a great experience. Today I walked in and signed in at the front desk. Angel, at the front desk was very nice and made me laugh and smile. After signing in, they called my name quickly and took me back. Alex and Dr. Phelan took care of me. They both were very nice and did quality work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Grand Oaks Dental Care. Dr. Amir’s office is the best office that I been to so far and I’ve gone to a few! The environment, the staff, their customer service, we’re all on point. I stumbled upon Grand Oaks Dental Care and so glad I did!! I came for my initial comprehensive exam on a Monday and was immediately scheduled for a cleaning and a filling the very next morning!! Dr. Insco did great with my filling, no pain at all!! All the staff are very knowledgeable and very polite!! The office is super clean and they make you feel very comfortable while there!! I recently moved from MD to FL and needed to find a new dentist. This was a tough for me because I had been with my previous dentist for over 35 years. I found Grand Oaks through a Google search and read all their reviews, which were fabulous. I decided to give them a try. I went to my first appointment yesterday and was completely blown away with their friendliness, modern techniques and the creature comforts they offered. I mean, seriously!!! Massage chairs and Roku TVs so you can watch your favorite shows. And they even mounted a TV on the ceiling so you could continue to watch when they laid you back to examine your teeth. I would give them a 10 star if that was possible. Thank you so much!

I had contacted Grand Oaks Dental after hours because I needed a dentist and bad because I was in so much pain and the dentist himself contacted me after hours and talked with me about what was going on and took the time to care about me and the pain I was in and they got me in the very next day and not only looked at my tooth but extracted it the very same day. They made sure I was as comfortable I they could and the first thing they did was to make sure I was completely out of pain and made me feel at ease. Going to them was a new experience and one of the best encounters I have had with a dentist from the moment I walked in the door until leaving and I fully intend on going back because of their care and compassion for each and every patient and I will recommend that anyone whether they have a dental emergency or are just looking for a new dentist go there because everyone from the dentist all the way down the receptionist is welcoming and inviting and truly cares not only about what they do but the patients and that is something that is truly rare to find and what puts them above the rest and makes Grand Oaks Dental your best choice above all when it comes to dentists. I switched over to grand oaks about 2 years ago after my mom switched to them to fix a botched dental implant surgery done at another dental office and they are hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff is and has always been so nice and friendly. Super clean office and exam rooms. I’ve had a lot of work done the last 2 years and I’m so glad I waited for them because the last office said I needed a lot of unnecessary work and wanted to charge double. They have massage chairs, pillows, blankets and TVs in every room which is fantastic when you have lots of work to be done or if you have a child that’s afraid of the dentist, just put on a movie or tv show and instantly you forget you’re getting work done. I’ve already referred a few people and I’ll continue to do so because they are the best :-)

Appreciated getting in earlier than my appointment! Very pleased with the courtesy of the gals at check in who gave me a mask when I left home in a hurry and forgot mine. Everyone moved along as quick as they could to respect my time. Loved it that extra care was taken to x-ray and use colored dyes to check my tooth for decay or damages before putting the loose crown back on.
