My first time there I met Kim in the reception area. She welcomed me there with a Good morning. I had called and had to have a lower denture made and the upper adjusted she was able to get me in the next day. Very nice over the phone and knowledgeable about the things I was requesting. Normally what I was needing was going to take several weeks and I had a trip coming up before the dentures would be completed. She went and talked to the doctor about my predicament and came back with good news for me that they could fit me to have the dentures in time for the trip. Everytime I have been there she has been kind to everyone and very helpful with a number of requests from patients and able to help them to their satisfaction. She is very good at coordinating several tasks at the same time is what I noticed besides always cheerful when helping other patients. I've also been in there when phone calls have been for a patient that is in need to be seen for a painful tooth etc and Kim manages to arrange for them to come in. Everytime I've been there has always been a pleasant experience and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. The doctor and nurses/assistants are also very friendly/nice 🙂. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else because they're always positive, no problem to big to take care of.

This is the greatest staff you could ever want I’ve had problems in the past with Dentist that couldn’t get my partial right to save their life, but here they got it done the first time perfect. I have a son That has a very difficult time at the dentist, and they do everything they can to make it a smooth, comfortable experience for him. I have never met such an outstanding professional group of people in my life, five stars all day long. I am so grateful to this Dentist. They have two different doctors here and they’re both fantastic. And the dental hygienist is the best ever.Thank you guys. You’re wonderful.

Stay away from this place. I went last year as this is one of the only dentists in town my new insurance covers. Upon my first visit I saw a dentist for 30 seconds and the rest of the time was a bad cleaning by their dental hygienist. She sold me a deep periodontal cleaning saying I really needed it. I revisited 2 extra times for this cleaning. This year, I sought a different dentist office and he saw the deep cleaning in my insurance history and was flabbergasted, totally confused why they sold me that and said I didn’t need it. Upon further investigation bright now is owned by private equity and their shtick is push unneeded services to boost profits.

This was my first dental visit at this office, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early, but after finishing my paperwork in about five minutes, I still wasn’t seen until around 10:17—even though my appointment was at 10:00 and I arrived at 9:30.
During the visit, they took X-rays and told me I had to pay out of pocket. I didn’t understand why, because I have another insurance, but I went ahead and signed. After the X-rays, I was told the dentist would follow up, but when I mentioned that I had booked a first visit and a cleaning, I was told they didn’t have time for it. I explained that this is exactly what I scheduled the appointment for. After some back-and-forth, the dentist approved it, but the cleaning felt extremely rushed—as if it took about five minutes.
When I went to the front desk to provide my secondary insurance (which is actually my primary), I was told they couldn’t take it and they didn’t even attempt to run it. When I went back to ask again, they still didn’t try and instead just printed an itemized statement.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and dismissive, and I left feeling frustrated and confused. I really expected a smoother first visit, but that wasn’t the case.
