I have been apprehensive about going to the dentist since I was a child. So those feelings are still with me today. My very first impression of Dr Dunn actually started the evening before my appointment when I received a thoughtful, reassuring voice mail message from Dr. Dunn which helped ease some of my anxiety. I was even more confident that choosing Dr. Dunn was a good choice during and after my visit. The office is immaculate, the staff was proficient & attentive as together we discussed my options for my personal needs. I absolutely love my dentist at Bridlewood! Every visit has been nothing but positive—the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The culture in this office is truly amazing, and the quality of care is outstanding. They use top-of-the-art equipment, and everything feels smooth, efficient, and stress-free. All the staff at Bridlewood are the best. I have been using them for almost 6 years now Dr De Mel is very professional and she is a perfectionist make sure crowns fit perfectly. She is the best . My hygienist is also very through and professional, she does a great job with my cleanings and keeps the Dr aware of any potential problems

I am 71 years old and I have to say this is the best dental office I have ever been to, which is very, very many. Dr. Dunn is the best I ever had for sure! Dr Dunn and his staff are amazing. Most thorough dental exam I ever had. He has state of the art equipment which makes the cleanings more efficient and less traumatic. Kate is my hygienist and I would highly recommend her although Natalie and the rest of the hygienists are top notch also. I was told that cater to cowards so if you're hesitating give them a try

I have been going to this dentist office since 2013. I am usually terrified of the whole experience at a dentist office (cleanings included), however have never had a bad experience at this one. Friendly and welcoming staff helps too. The fact that they get you seen right away is also a plus.

Josh, the hygienist, who cleaned my teeth was efficient, kind and very good at his job. He will be a good addition to the office. He also introduced me to an eye massager that relaxed me while he was cleaning my teeth. It was awesome. The front office staff were courteous and efficient. You have a great team there. I have to say that this is the best dental office that I’ve been to in my 40+ years in Ocala. I started a few years ago for a second opinion on some work that a dentist said I needed done where I’ve been going for eight years. She was new there and seemed unsure. I just had a bad feeling about it and I was right. I didn’t need any of that work done. The best part about the change for me is their Technique for cleaning teeth. It’s truly painless. I live with a lot of facial and jaw pain very hard for me to go to the dentist. I have a lot of anxiety when I do and I have to say how wonderful Dr Dunn and associates are to me. Monique, the office manager is so sweet and kind always steering me in the right direction. Stacy and Rachelle the two hygienists I had were excellent. I’m so happy I made the change!!

Your receptionist at the front desk, Pam is an amazing asset to your organization. I have always enjoyed my experience here until today. I was taken in 1/2 late. My regular hygienist was not there and they put me with Kevin. Kevin’s inexperience shows blatantly. He could not offer me the cleaning service that I am used to. He said he had not been trained. His cleaning technique was lacking also. I feel he did not adequately clean my teeth. I have never felt this way before. I am disappointed in my care. So I waited for my appt.. got inadequate care… and for all that ..you went up on your charges. I really love this office and hope I do not experience this in the future. Laura Urso

I don't know were the good doctor finds them but the Dental Hyginest at Dr Dunn and Associates couldn't be more professional. No stain is to stubborn that they can't remove. The teeth exams are super thorough and the Hygienist meticulous with each tooth. If you're looking for outstanding dental care , this is the place!

In a word...GREAT! We moved to Ocala a little over a year ago and chose another dentist because of our insurance. They turned out to be like a factory with rotating employees. Based on recommendations from neighbors, my wife and I switched to Bridlewood. We are extremely glad we did. From the initial appointment, Dr. DeMel and the entire staff have been welcoming and her knowledge and dental work has been superb. i just finished some extensive much needed dental work and couldn't be happier. Everyone at Bridlewood has been great and helpful. I waited to write this until all my procedures were finished. i also just finished my first cleaning appointment with Rachelle and of course she also was wonderful. I HATE cleanings, but this appointment was as close to pleasant as possible. Even before my initial appointment, Dr. Dunn called me the night before to discuss my issues. Amazing place.

He has provided me with top and bottom front teeth over my existing teeth, replaced worn out crowns and built me an appliance to wear during sleep that provides relief for my sleep apnea. Dr Dunn is a fantastic dentist with a great reputation. I appreciate his willingness to use the newest techniques and technologies to give excellent care. The hygienist Lynn does an exceptional job teaching home care and explaining trouble management without judgement. She is caring and thorough. I travel 75 miles each way for my visits , passing many dental offices to come here. Dr. Dunn is conservative with his treatment so you can trust the advice given is the best for you. I was very disappointed in my appointment. It was for a cleaning & I do not remember the dental technician that cleaned my teeth. I was on time for my appointment & was taken in a bit late. That was ok - however he did not finish my cleaning - only got to removing tarter - then asked to switch me to another technician to finish, as his next appointment arrived. The next technician did a sloppy job of the fluoride treatment & then could not get my x-rays up to have the dentist come in. Then the previous technician, who did most of my cleaning came back in & fixed the computer , but never finished my cleaning. I never got my teeth brushed & left in a hurry. This is the first time I was disappointed in the service here. I wish I could remember the make technician’s name as I do not want him again.

Dr. Guneshi, along with her assistants Stephanie and Veronica, were exceptional—professional, attentive, and truly caring every step of the way. In my 64 years, this is the very first time I was able to complete a full dental program—five appointments in just three months! I’m beyond grateful to my husband for bringing me here. I also had the pleasure of being treated by Andrea, the hygienist. She took the time to educate me about tartar and other important dental care tips. Dr.Dunn met with me. Asked me a couple of questions concerning sleep apnea. Said he would be right back, left the room and never came back. Dental hygienist brought me up front to pay and went to speak with Dr. Dunn. After she was done, both of them walked away and never returned. Person who checked me out asked if I had all info said no. She advised if they need to speak with me they will call. Not sure if I will be returning

My dental hygienist was wonderful, she did a great job cleaning my teeth and gave me good recommendations for oral care. I never saw the dentist, though. The only recommendation I have is that it would be nice to if the dentist came in to see the patient even if it's just for a few minutes to discuss any concerns or questions from the patient. Other than that, everything was great.

At my first visit, I informed the staff person that I had Humana pop dental insurance and was told that I would receive two free cleanings per year. Now six months later, I appeared for my next 6-month cleaning and they took a series of X-rays. Again upon checking out I asked if I owed anything expecting a co-pay. I was told I was good to go. Then your office called me to inform me that I had a large bill pending for th two cleanings. I have never been billed and would have never allowed me to be scheduled for the second cleaning if I had been informed that I was to pay full price for these services. You had six months to bill me for the first cleaning, but did not. I feel that you have intentionally not informed me. I am happy to pay any co-pay that my insurance requires for services received, but any changes over that are not my responsibility. You should have informed me of the situation before my second visit.

I had a cleaning today. Because there is an "unrecoverable" cavity on the root of a lower left molar below the gum line. The technician told me "unrecoverable"means unrepairable and extraction will be inevitable. The technician recommended a CTX toothpaste to be used to counter the cavity occuring elsewhere and which I could obtain at the front desk, to which I agreed. When I got home and read the invoice, I was charged $28.00 for a 2.4 oz. tube of Carifree PRO Gel 5000 toothpaste. I have found that I could purchase the very same toothpaste from Amazon for $17.90. A $10.00 surcharge seems a bit excessive to me. Respectfully,

My questions were kindly answered by both associate and doctor. The most positive feature was the beautiful music and the peaceful atmosphere for those waiting. Dr. Dunn's call the night before my first visit to the dental clinic was completely unexpected—talk about a WOW moment! It’s rare to see such genuine care and attention. Fast forward to this morning—I was there for a tooth extraction, secretly wondering if an AI tool could make the process smoother. But Dr. Guneshi proved that no technology could match the precision, skill, and warmth of human expertise. She did a fantastic job!! Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to in my life! Ive never had a provider where the actual dentist called me to introduce themselves and find out my concerns. The initial exam was not even that painful like it seems to be any where else. Also price wise was the best priced out there for a deep cleaning. Our son, Jordan, saw Kate today. Jordan has moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. With the said, Kate was awesome with him. She explained everything, worked in short segments, and was incredibly patient and kind. We feel so incredibly blessed to have found her and Dentistry at Bridlewood.

I dont want to post a full and factual review of today’s experience publicly because, in the 7 years my husband and I have been patients of Hygenist, Lynn, and Dr Dunn, we have been more than pleased. Today was the antithesis of all other experiences. I had a different Hygenist who was 25 minutes late in taking me back to her room, she never apologized—-and it went downhill from there.

This was my first visit. My experience started the evening before my appointment when Dr. Dunn called to introduce himself and ask if I had any concerns. Upon arrival, we received a very warm and friendly greeting, and I was taken back almost immediately, even though I was 30 minutes early. I had X-rays taken and the Doctor came in and introduced herself. Bothe her and the assistant were super cordial and professional. Then I had a cleaning. The Hygienist was the best. We felt like we had been going there for years! The total cost (self- pay) was much less than we had anticipated. It’s such a great feeling when you find a health care provider that you can trust and have confidence in. Thanks!

Dentistry at Bridlewood led by the best and nicest dentist, Stephen Dunn DDS and his capable and friendly staff is by far the best dental practice in the area. I have been a patient of Dr Dunn for many years and I continue to be very impressed at how incredibly capable and versatile he is. This practice handled all of my dental needs without having to refer me anywhere else and I've been incredibly satisfied with everything they have done. His staff are very capable and professional and very friendly and I always feel very comfortable and welcome and I leave feeling good and well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best dentist and you will not be disappointed. Very highly recommended as the best dental practice in Marion county and probably in the country.

An old crown came off last night called Dr. Dunn's office and explained my situation the receptionist took the information needed and advised that would see about working me in about 20 min later they returned my call and asked me to be there at10 20 and the Dr could see me. We arrived and were taken right back to an exam room where a through inspection was made .we went over all that would be required to make repairs and will make an appointment for the repairs needed. I can't begin to thank the team at dentistry at bridlewood. We'll done to all

I’ve been a dental patient at Bridlewood for about 3 years now, and I’ve always had a good experience. They’re prompt (very short waits in a very comfortable waiting area), pleasant (always), up on the new technologies, and thorough. They may be more expensive than other practices (I don’t know, but only suspect); I don’t have dental insurance so pay out of pocket. But I have confidence is their quality and cordial treatment of me as a patient.

Dr Dunn is a very talented and creative dentist , with an eye for detail. He is also caring and kind. He is the epitome of a dentist you can trust. He designed and concocted a very complicated appliance for my daughter’s mouth that included replacing missing teeth and relieving stress on teeth caused by incomplete orthodontics. Numerous other dentists had offered no solutions, where Dr Dunn focused quickly and efficiently to provide an effective and excellent solution.

Doctor Dunns people know what they’re doing. I was referred to his office by a friend who has been going to him for 20 years. My hygienist (sorry his name slipped my mind) was so wonderful. He was gentle, explaining everything to me in detail and was concerned about my teeth health. Which, idd as good. He gave me a couple of good dental health tips and reminders. He was very good. I really liked him.

I made an appointment with Bridlewood Dentistry because I was unhappy with my previous dentist, and what a difference!!! They were very attentive, took care not to cause me unnecessary pain, explained everything to me, and even gave me a 5% discount for prepayment of my bill for the suggested treatment. They were very professional, and kind. I am so happy that my neighbors recommended this dentist. I would also recommend them as well!!!
