I wanted to take a minute and leave this beautiful place a review and make sure more families out there know this is the best place to bring your children. From the moment we arrived until we left both of my children were extremely happy, loved and well treated! A big shoutout to Betty, the best dental assistant I have seen ever, loving, caring and nurturing. Dr. Adriana and Dr. Ariana so nice, loving and caring. Can’t thank you all enough for the love we received today! Doctor’s appointments and specially dental appointments are not the easiest and they make it so nice and smooth!

We visited Healthy Smiles for the first time today for my son’s very first dental appointment. At first, my son was NOT happy about going to the dentist. Jacqueline was sooooo patients and informative to my son the entire time and ended up turning his experience into a super positive one! He was smiling, laughing and having a great time at his first visit. Dr. Adrianna Rick was very honest and didn’t push her concerns on us. We appreciate the honestly and not feeling like we have to do something we don’t want to just yet. She made us feel super comfortable and trusting of her. I would recommend Healthy Smiles Ocala to all my friends and family. We had the BEST experience and cannot wait to come back in 6 months! Thank you Jacqueline and Adrianna Rick for the amazing experience! We cannot thank you enough!

I have a pretty big mix of emotions, when it comes to today’s visit. My son is autistic and severe ADHD. I made that known in the beginning of his appointment Fabiola did not handle him. Well she seemed to snap at him three times. She corrected herself pretty quickly, but she had no patience for him, which makes me feel as though pediatric industry is not a good career for her however, my daughter had an amazing experience with Taqueria, I deeply apologize if I spelled that incorrectly. So on one hand, I had A wonderful, beautiful experience that I wish my son had experienced as well. I understand that he can Ask a lot of questions and a little apprehensive but as adults, we have to do better. Don’t take your frustrations out on a child and maybe rethink your career if that’s how it’s gonna be. I will say this, the facility itself was phenomenal, and the provider that saw them was very considerate and caring. When she did ask Fabiola, if she thought my son would sit still for something she immediately said no absolutely not instead of consulting me as his mother and what I think he would do. I didn’t like that. Fabiola was quick however to get my appointments the referral for my son and pushes out the door so maybe she has better luck with front office or back office check in/check out.

I usually don't write reviews because I do not like to talk bad about a business but I have to be honest. I have been taking both of my daughters to healthy smiles since they were 5 years old my other one 9 years old. Every time I take them to the dentist and they do X-rays they said they don't have cavities but when I go back 6months later there are really big cavities where supposedly last x-ray there was nothing. I do not really believe they do Thorough teeth cleanings how do their teeth feel after being cleaned they say they feel like they barely get cleaned. I remember going to the dentist when I was young and when you leave the dentist after getting your teeth cleaned usually your gums hurt because they do a really good cleaning. I think that they need to do a better job at cleaning teeth and getting into the places that we at home can't do ourselves which is why we take them to the dentist to get that deep cleaning which they do not do at healthy smiles. Today I asked the lady to show me the cavity on the X-ray and I asked her was it a small one and she said no it's actually kind of big but when the lady brought my daughter out today she said it was just a small cavity. So one lady told me something and the other lady told me something else. When I was looking at the X-ray she showed me two different teeth and I said what is wrong with this other tooth this one's getting a cavity too but we don't have a treatment plan for that one yet. I just think it's wrong if they noticed that there was going to be another cavity growing on the other tooth they should have told me about that one also not just told me about only one today to let me leave thinking that my daughter only has one cavity in her mouth when she actually has two. Now they told me I have to wait 6 months to get it filled because that's the next available appointment which I think is ridiculous because by the time 6 months comes that teeth probably will end up having to get a root canal. About 4 years ago my daughter had an expander on the roof of her mouth and when I would take her from the orthodontist to go get her teeth cleaned and they would do X-rays they seem to never notice the cavities they told me she had no cavities when I went back when I went back a couple months later after the orthodontist they did a teeth cleaning and an x-ray at healthy smiles supposedly there was no cavities at all where the expander was sitting there was a huge cavity sitting underneath that they never told me about. So they had to fill that tooth and they said if she gets another cavity in that one she'll probably have to have a root canal. Well that tooth has been fine for the past couple years supposedly. She had an x-ray this year in July and supposedly everything was fine then I took her for an emergency appointment in October and she had four cavities on that one tooth that already had the cavity before. So I'm just trying to figure out how are they missing the cavities if they are actually doing their job right. I make my kids brush their teeth twice a day and floss so I don't know how they are having so much problems with their teeth when they are going to the dentist they are not doing thorough cleanings. These teeth that have cavities on them this morning are brand new teeth that are just coming through the skin so if they're not being able to do the deep cleaning at the dentist it's causing cavities on these brand new teeth. They said they won't put sealants on them until the tooth is completely grown out which I think is ridiculous because they should do some kind of protecting barrier while the teeth are growing so now these are brand new teeth that have cavities in them. Like I said usually I do not write reviews because I do not like to talk bad about a business but my experience going to healthy smiles I mean the staff is very nice but the quality of work provided is not where it should be. Hopefully they can figure out what is not being done correctly. Maybe the dental hygienists are not doing thorough enough cleaning. We will not return!!

We are blessed to have Dr. Adriana Rick as our pediatric dentist. We are very impressed with her. Dr. Rick is a truly amazing person. We appreciate her kindness, warmth, and compassion. We feel safe in her hands. Our dental assistant is Jacqueline, she is one of a kind. Jacqueline is very good with the children and skilled at what she does. Just left healthy smiles about an hour ago and I loved them! They were so good with my 6 year old and even gave her an "extra special gift" for it being her first time. We have been coming to this office since 2019. We are foster parents and have had many children in our care and this Dentist office has been a crucial part of getting the kids healthy! All of our appointments have been on time and they always call us when someone cancels to do fillings. It’s clean, everyone is kind and friendly. The children all look forward to coming here and feeling so welcomed. Thank you Dr. Adrianna and Ari and all of the ladies from the cleaning team.

First and foremost I want to say working with the dental staff was an awesome experience. However, if you need forms signed by the admin or need honesty and transparency this isn’t the place for you. Horrible experience with the admin in this facility. I needed a form signed for my kid so my wife brought it in. We were told they would sign the form without issue if we made an appointment. After making it to the appointment on time and on the correct day we were told, “we have no record of a scheduled appointment” and “I never looked at this form”. Multiple cases of being lied to, appointments agreed to and then not actually set. This place is a complete waste of time. They caught the wrong end of a frustrated parent at the end of it all, hopefully they find a way to do better moving forward

Thank you for the ladies at the front desk for the very easy, no hassles given scheduling they gave me! Jaqueline assisted me today. I’m a school teacher and she accommodated to my schedule which is superb! I cannot thank her and soon all staff we’ve yet to meet! My kids and I always are at ease to go to this dentist office. The girls are top notch and they always make the kids and parents feel comfortable. If your self pay BEWARE.....My sons last appointment he had to get 2 fillings and he just went to his 6 months checkup this past week they said he had another cavity but it wasn't big just a little one. I toke him today to get it fixed. I asked to see the x-rays from last week and 6 months ago just to find out that the cavity was on there 6 months ago and they didn't mention it to me at all now he has to get a root canal done. Every time I go between both of my kids im spending 300 to 600 dallors because its always something. If your self pay make sure u keep a close eye on what there doing. Mind you my son has been going here since 2016 . Its very sad the people that are coming out of pocket those people are the ones that are getting tookin a advantage of.

Such a great experience! My son had his 1st appointment today, we were in and out in less than 45mins including paperwork. Everyone was so friendly and made him feel so comfortable. The office was very clean and had fun decorations, TVs & overall just a great environment for kids. My son is 4 and was a little nervous but now he is already asking when we get to go back! The staff was very friendly and did a great job easing my grandson's anxiety. Unfortunately, they recommended pulling multiple teeth and sent him to a surgery center since they do not provide pediatric anesthesia. I highly recommend it. I brought my 4-year-old son here for the first time because his adult tooth came in early, and it wasn't easy to get an X-ray, but they were very patient and lovingly helped. The room had a TV to put on thousands of movies, which also helped keep him calm while the doctor observed him. Thank you so much!!
