This dental office just got a new staff change, and it is absolutely wonderful! The manager is so pleasant and the dental team is great. Dr Narducci, the dentist has come back to dentistry and I am so glad that he is back! He breaks everything down and does EXCELLENT WORK! I recommend to give this dental office a try!

I don’t know what’s going on here @Livhealthy but this new staffing is horrible. That new lady Sabrina lied to me & her attitude is horrible. The other lady who answered the phone never addressed herself & was not very friendly in her tone either like it was a bother for me to ask her questions. I don’t know what’s has happened but they have lost a customer. They changed my Dr & don’t notify me until after I got there. Sabrina smiles a fake smile & acts friendly but she really not. You can feel her vibes & in sincerity. They are disorganized & very impatient in this office now. I will not be going back. This is very disappointing. I use to look forward going there, but they have lost this patient. DON’T GO IF YOU HAD DR JOHNSON & his staff because they are no l longer at this office. You’ll be very disappointed if you do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I recently visited Liv Healthy Dental and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Johnson was exceptional — he explained everything clearly, addressed all my concerns, and provided top-notch care. The procedure was painless, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also appreciate how they took the time to explain preventive care tips to maintain my dental health. The hygienists and assistants were also amazing, very thorough but gentle during the cleaning. Scheduling was easy, and there was hardly any wait time. I left the office feeling confident about my smile and will definitely return for future visits. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with personalized care, I highly recommend Liv Healthy Dental

Today was my first visit & I opened & closed with this wonderful staff @ LivHealthy. Why? Because they made sure everything I needed was taken care of. They were so friendly, understanding & caring. You can feel the authenticy. They have coffee, bottle water & even a Luxury beverage (if you are allowed.) Ive never had a better dental experience. I would have spend the 3 hour break in between procedures, if I didn't want a nap so badly. I so look forward to my future care with this wonderful staff. I'm happy I chose them. ~ Desiree

My partner and I had our initial appointments with LivHealthy. The old staff that was with Easy Street Dental, including the dentist; are no longer there. This whole new staff and dentist are professional, welcoming and organized. Was easy to make our appointments. They had an emergency, so we had a little bit of wait but I've waited much longer at doctor appointments. They allowed me to go in with my partner as he was a bit nervous. He will need a lot of extractions done but they made him feel comfortable about the process. At every procedure, they made sure we knew what our co-pays were going to be so there were no surprises when they finished. They provided us with written estimates of the work my partner will need to have done. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I was looking for a dentist to go to and found LivHealthy, I was received with smiling faces and treated amazing. From the receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, and Dentist they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I had some concerns but was given relief by the Dentist on what could be done! Overall i loved this place!

I typically hate going to the dentist, lol but these people are the best! I have tried many in Ocala through the years because I have children And none were up to snuff. Most of them are pretty bad… These people make you feel comfortable don’t make you feel embarrassed because you missed a cleaning or two. They take their time and they try to accommodate and fit in extra services if you need them. Most of the dentists won’t do a cleaning on the first visit and then they schedule you out another month just to get a cleaning And God forbid you have cavities… They schedule out another month or two for those. I’ve actually seen them go as far out as six months for cavity fillings… Which is absurd! This is the most thorough I have ever had the pleasure of working with. And they make quick appointments! I highly recommend paying extra for the panoramic x-rays… Very thorough! I cannot recommend them enough!

Horrible experience Removed my top teeth and gave me a denture plate that didn’t fit, then charged me 50.80 to remove parts of the teeth that they left in, now my teeth keep falling out

These folks are fabulous! Friendly, prompt, thorough - real artists in making dentures. I highly recommend them. I had my new dentures made here - after a horrible experience at a different practice that left me with dentures that were too big & ill fitting.

Every one at LivHealthy Dental was very nice and helpful the Doc was very through and insured I was in no pain and explained what was happening. Candy the dental assistant was very nice and helpful made sure I was comfortable and taken good care of .

Above Reproach Professional Dental Service! Dr. Lopez, Dr. Donavan, Dental Assistant Shay, Assistant Sam, Staff Vanessa., Jessica, to include all the other personnel are great, they all are readily available to include explaining in detail all the dental work to be performed! Dr. Lopez was informative about all the dental work I needed to done. Assistant Shay explained to me the procedures they would be doing as well. Dr. Donavan completed my dental procedures so quick I was amazed, to include no pain what so ever. Thanks Dr. Donavan, and Assistant Shay for the outstanding performance working on my teeth where I can actually eat and feel great about smiling once again! Had a great experience at Easy Street Dental! Dr. Carter and his team took awesome care of me from start to finish. Very gentle, answered all of my questions, explained what my insurance covered and made payments easy. Highly recommend !

This us my 2nd experience with a root canal. Last one was maybe 6 or 7 yrs ago not best else where. Anyways so glad I came here. It was a good experience for a root canal. Doc was thorough & precise. She numbed me up just right. Minimal discomfort afterwards. They even gave pain pills before I left the office. Also appointment was prompt from my referring dentist. Would recommend 👌 👍.....root canal never fun but this was a pain minimal experience & staff was great everyone from front desk to doc & hygienist. Thank you!

I have never had such a kind personable experience as I did at Easy Street Dental. The staff is amazing. Dr. Carter is a professional and doesn't rush his work. Also I didn't feel like I was in a car dealership getting pressured for unnecessary procedures. A special thanks to Patricia an absolute ray of sunshine. .

Like many of us I have always been scared to go to dentist. I have been to see Dr Sam twice and can honestly say he is very gentle..compassionate and a very seasoned dentist while also seems up to date with technology . Dr. SILVA did a crown, regular cleanings and checkups on me. They were all amazing. I strongly recommend her if you have any anxiety about dentists. She makes you feel very comfortable and no pain. See has delicate hands which is great when they are working on you!

I would stay away. I went looking for a new dentist based on the reviews. This place will scam you. They have you sign a form for xrays saying you will pay if your insurance does not. I told the girl in the office I was not signing and did not need those xrays. She said she already checked with my insurance and it was covered so I signed. I am now being billed $85 because my insurance company is saying it is duplication of services. I waited almost 2 hours to see the dentist and then found out they did not even have a hygenist on staff.

Wonderful place! Dr Sam is the best! They are all kind and really care. Kippy is a doll! Dr Sam is soooo nice all his employees are happy. He has very nice teeth and not offensive breath himself. Nobody did! I am sooo happy to be a patient there.

Can't thank you enough for helping my husband with removing his teeth to start his chemo and radiation treatments, if it wasn't for them he had no hope in surviving, a wonderful group of people in this office, bless you all and thank you so much. This place is the worsted place I ever took my wife to they brought her in one day to have a cap and get her partial and its been 2 years and now her teeth are rotting and swelling her face they refuse to do there job and we are going to sue them for 100,000.000 dollars for her pain and suffering this is not over they will pay for there mistake and to top it off they are the rudest people on the phone to us every time we call. This will be reported to anyone that can do something legally about this. my baby is suffering so bad and I will see that they loose there license

Disappointing experience. Hygenist Jacky was one of the unkindest I've had. Dentist Sam said I was fine when I was not, I can only assume he didn't even look at my x-rays. They forced me into a cancer screening which I did not want and was not covered. Only go here if you are a friend/family member or want to be scammed. And Kippy is pretty bad too.

We waited over an hour for them to see my mother and they never saw her. They said they were behind on a procedure only after we had waited for 30 min and then asked. After no updates for another 30 min the staff was asked again about the delay and they said that this is just the way it is as procedures sometimes to over. No customer service! No consideration. No future business from my family.

The reviews posted here most be from the office staff family because this is the worst dental clinic me and my wife ever visited. Went in they kept us in their office for more than 3 hours and the only thing they did to us were the dental x-rays. Their Doctor didn't eve got to see us and sent a 253.00 bill to the insurance for each of us. .

I just started going to this Dentist a week ago and having the best experience so far! The front desk lady was very kind and helpful for my first visit, and the lady that did my X-rays was super nice, and the Lady that cleaned my teeth was nice and did a great job! I got an extraction today and the Doctor talked me through everything and was just so nice and also the assistant with helping with my extraction was very nice and helpful! I will learn all their names so I can call them by name on my next reviews😀Thank ya'll so much for having me as a patient!
