I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent experience at Smile Design Dentistry Tampa Palms. After over 10 years as a loyal patient, I was shocked by the disrespectful behavior of Dr.James Buckley during my most recent visit. After receiving an estimate for re-bound my permanent retainer. I asked to speak with the front desk to inquire about a price discrepancy between my estimate and my brother's, who has the same insurance and received the same service. The staff kindly explained that since Smile Design had provided his orthodontic treatment and installed his retainer, he was eligible for a discount. I then asked if Dr. Buckley could take a look at my retainer for his professional opinion. When he entered the room, he was immediately cold and unprofessional. Without any provocation, he stated that unlike the front desk staff, "they can't fire him," and if they did, "he doesn't care." This remark seemed to be in direct response to my simple questions about pricing, and I found it completely inappropriate and uncalled for. During the brief examination, he was rough and aggressive in handling my retainer, making an already uncomfortable situation worse. I felt humiliated by the encounter and, as a result, declined to proceed with the service. Given this experience, I have decided not to return to your practice. I have cancelled all future appointments effective immediately. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the nature of their questions or concerns.

Not such good experience after awhile I made a payment in cash they have no record of had check in July by September I needed a root canal that wasn't covered but had a good check up another time had a check up in July tooth broke in October so I'm not sure what's going on here
