Dr. Francisco has been my dentist for 20 years. I am 72 years old and - thanks to him - my smile looks 20! Best dentist ever. I have had cavities filled and lots of crowns. After I retired, left Tampa and now drive 1.5 hours each way for my dental care. He is smart, does superior work, little pain, and highly professional. Go see him. In 20 years, you will thank me!

I had been a patient with Dr. Francisco for the past 5 to 6 years. I have had amazing care throughout all that time, but I’m honestly disappointed with How they handled my situation. At some point within the last year, I went in for my regular cleaning and one of the hygienist while doing the cleaning had not noticed that I had an exposed nerve in my back molar. She ends up accidentally touching it and I feel a pain that I have never felt in my entire life. I am not someone that would gag or be a difficult patient, I would sit there watch my little show and let them do their work. This was the first time ever where the pain was so unimaginable that I was uncontrollably, crying and shaking. The doctor came in and touched it once again, making it twice where I felt that pain. I went to another provider that had payment plans ( this provider does not offer payment plans) And got a crown in order to cover that back molar. I now am unable to go to the dentist without having very high blood pressure and trembling. I asked the office if they would be able to numb that part of my mouth and that I would cover the cost, just so I could feel at ease And not have to Struggle With the physical symptoms that I experience after the traumatic event. Instead of being able to accommodate me, they decided to drop me as a patient, I really think this could’ve been handled differently, and I’m disappointed that they rather drop me as a patient after so many years instead of accommodating something that they caused that I now have to deal with for an undetermined amount of time in my life..

UPDATE: In reference to response to the dental office below. I was most certainly a patient in this office. I chose to use a nickname and stay anonymous in fear of retaliation. I told the 100% truth, but I have seen the other responses from this office to all the other 1 star reviews. A novel, criticizing and blaming the patient, while never admitting that ANY patient was being truthful. * PLEASE - Read the ONE Star Reviews as well when deciding on this dentist office and others. Since Businesses have been known to have fake 5 star reviews, but no business would ever fake a 1 Star review. Just think about that. This dental office is run like a BUSINESS more interested in making a PROFIT, rather than run like a HEALTHCARE FACILITY. Mark, the "SALESMAN" who likes to refer to himself as "Director Administration & Accounting", who is the boyfriend or secret husband of the dentist maybe 🤔 does his best to UPSELL every single thing he can. People are being told they need thousands of dollars of dental work done when said people have gone to other dentists for a second opinion and told they actually did NOT need it done. If you go in for a simple cleaning, more than likely, you will be told you can't have a "normal" cleaning because you NEED a "DEEP CLEANING." You'll be told you have serious issues with your gums that requires the more expense "deep cleaning." Not only that, but now that they've labeled you as such, so you will have to come in every 4 months and pay extra every time for this special "Deep Cleaning." What the public doesn't realize is there are companies out there that actually TEACH DENTISTS HOW TO BE MORE PROFITABLE. It's true! They teach them to "UPSELL"for example. Sell their patients extra cosmetic dentistry, the "special toothpaste", special mouth rinse, water flossers, electric brushes, etc. Too many of these dental offices are more concerned with PROFIT, and put that above PATIENT'S NEEDS. We can all remember the day when you could go to see YOUR dentist and it felt like seeing your Family Doctor, but that's not happening these days. Unfortunately this office is in that money making game, and Mark Haynes seems to be the "DIRECTOR" of "Making Profits" and pressuring people into spending money at this office.
