All the staff here are so sweet and they give out snacks I had such a long day didn't eat much, was so satisfying when I got there. I had not been to the dentist in over 10 yrs because of my fear. Baker cosmetics are wonderful . They made me feel like I was the only patient. Everyone in the office I felt knew me . It was so cute they all waved good bye. They called the next day to check on me. You will never find a dentist office or dentist that cares so much .

Where do I begin? I absolutely love this office. After moving to the area and visiting another local spot, I came across this amazing office. From a guy who gets anxious about visiting the dentist, they make me feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff is very courteous and worked me in on my only days off. I am new, my first visit on 3/31, I had digital x-rays, exam and teeth cleaned. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone who took care of me. Dr. Baker explained my options thoroughly. Alina who cleaned my teeth was great and gentle especially when flossing. I look forward to my next cleaning. On my second visit on 4/8, I needed two fillings, Dr. Baker was excellent. I was comfortable during the procedure. I was very satisfied. Since my first visit over four years ago, I've been very happy with everyone here at Dr. Baker's Dental Office. They really care about you and make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. I needed a few old crowns from a previous dentist that broke while eating replaced. Dr. Baker was awesome during all visits. I was comfortable during all the procedures. I'm very satisfied. The new location in Safety Harbor is very nice. I definitely recommend and give 5 stars.

Years ago I gave Dr Baker and his staff five stars .... I was understanding when a new kid mixed lin settling and nearly suffocated me ... Dr Baker used to have compitent staff. The doctor himself has even stopped taking care of himself body order and excessive weight gain. After I nearly suffocated and I heard the doctor telling her what she did wrong ... It is a sad state Don't subject yourself or kids to the in consistent staff and a lazy doctor that has no clue

COLLEEN is your girl. She is the most kind and wholesome person you’ll meet in your life. She deserves a raise! I went in today for a cleaning and some fillings and she walked me through the entire process and provided me Kleenex when I needed them. Dr. Perera did an amazing job with my cleaning is so knowledgeable and respectful. She even played Christmas music for me!!!!! Dr. Baker did a wonderful job with my fillings. 12/11/23_Last Visit for this Year. Had great dental procedures today, two in fact. Both went well and I had no vertigo issues. I have to say, Dr Baker and his Assistant are both so understanding of my vertigo condition and work so well with me. I have anxiety going to dentist and leave with a Smile that I had another visit knowing I can do this. Always find the Staff Friendly and making you feel comfortable while there. First Visit, Dental-Office very close to home. Staff extremely pleasant and nice to chat with. Dr Craig Baker also pleasant and good sense of humor. Enjoyed my visit and returning for more treatments. Noticed other patients smiling and seemed very happy to be there. This was encouraging being I am not a fan of dental work. Work has to be done so why not a nice happy dental team. YEAH!!!

This was an introductory meeting as I needed to find a new Dentist. The staff are very professional, very amiable and very helpful. I pre-filled out my dental health information ahead of time so my wait was almost non-existent. I was seen by the hygienist who took X-Rays and did a first look at my teeth and followed by the doctor who had already reviewed the X-Rays and read my file. I filled him on my recent dental history. He evaluated my teeth and quickly identified some follow up work which I was expecting. My follow up appointments were easily scheduled to suit my needs and insurance will be handled automatically by them. The atmosphere is friendly, the office is very modern as is all the equipment, and it's just a great visit.

I felt like Dr. Craig and staff listened and explained everything really well. Front desk staff is friendly, all the staff is really. This is my first time using this practice, having come from NH and needing a cleaning and a crown replacement, I felt well taken care of. I'll be going back for my 6 month cleaning and other needed procedures. Highly recommend.

I can’t remember the last dentist’s office I went to that had appointments running on-time, a clean facility, efficient cleanings, and a dentist that wouldn’t absolutely punish your gums just for existing. I had Tuyet Tran do my cleaning today, and as someone with sensitive gums, I officially refuse to go anywhere else for a cleaning from here on out. She was patient, thorough, and gentle. I’ll be requesting her every time I return. And no, she didn’t ask me to leave a review - she was just so good that I couldn’t not leave one haha.

I cracked two fillings and needed two crowns. I hate the drill but they made it as comfortable as it could be, came in for the permanent crowns and I’m extremely happy. The staff are all sweet and professional, answering all million questions I had. Dr.Baker always makes everything feel comfortable and gave me as many breaks as I needed.

Dr. Baker and the entire staff make going to the dentist a "no worries" event. Extremely customer-led, they do everything possible to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. My hygienist gives me a great cleaning and challenges me to be more dedicated to my oral hygiene. Their receptionist is just an absolute pleasure to deal with and Dr. Baker has provided us with excellent dental services. If I were starting a dental practice, these are the people I would look to hire!

I’ve never met two dentists like Dr. Baker and Dr. Perera. I lived in New York for 50 years and NEVER smiled showing my teeth. After moving to Florida in 2020 I sought out a new dental practice. I appreciate Dr. Baker’s no BS approach to dentistry. In a world full of sensitive individuals, I appreciated his approach to my problems and not beating around bushes. He consistently wants to ensure you’re comfortable as it is the dentist after all. The environment is comfortable and the staff have been amazing. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Tuyet Tran did an amazing job in cleaning! Loved how gentle she was! I can’t give 5 stars, bc upon arriving for an exam cleaning and xrays in their new patient special I was told that I won’t be able to do the cleanings that day. I wasn’t made aware of that until I had already gotten the xrays. I felt stuck, I couldn’t get the cleaning but I would have to pay anyways bc of the X-rays they already took. I told them that if I was going to pay the full amount I would need the full service. They were able to squeeze me in for cleanings. I didn’t think that I would have to be “squeezed in” when I had a scheduled appointment. I was never told why they didn’t want to do the cleanings in the first place, but I am glad they were able to do it. It was just very stressful and very unexpected.

The staff is excellent, Sonja is awesome and always makes me feel relaxed and it is always a "pain free" experience for me, which counts for a lot! Dr. Baker is great and I always feel like I am in great hands and his expertise shows.. Have been a patient for many years and will gladly continue to be. Great experience and care all around.

Great prices especially with the in house insurance that they offer. Great equipment, great attention to detail, nice & helpful staff. They provided knowledge and I asked alot of questions without feeling rushed by them. Not too pushy and allowed me to feel free to decide what was most important and/or affordable for me. Brandy is the hygienist I had and she was great. I will stick with them. Best all around dentist office that I have been to in a long time.

I visited this dentist for the first time in October 2021 because the dentist I was seeing prior was no longer covered by my insurance. After the exam/X-ray at this dentist office, I was told I had 7 cavities and was given an estimate of over $800 for what it would cost out of pocket (after insurance) to address these cavities. I was shocked because at my dental appointment with my prior dentist, about 6 months beforehand, I had no cavities and they noted one spot to be monitored. I did not schedule the treatment recommended by this dentist because I truly did not believe I had 7 cavities form in a matter of about 6 months. I also had not made any changes to my oral hygiene regimen between those two dental appointments. Over 1 year later I saw a new dentist for an exam/X-rays. I did not mention any cavities being found at my visit in October 2021 because I wanted an unbiased assessment to see what this new dentist noted during their exam. I was advised by this dentist that I have two small cavities to be addressed. I am so happy I listened to my gut regarding this office and their recommendations.

When I walked in I was greeted right away. The receptionist was very pleasant. I was there only about 10 mins and was taken in the back. The dental tech Stacey, was very fun to deal with. I always dread X-rays at the dentist, but the equipment they have is very easy on the mouth. Dr. Baker is very professional and makes you feel at home. After the exam, the receptionist came back and reviewed the information about my exam and insurance options. They make you feel comfortable and not pressured about the insurance and payment options. the receptionist Jen was great she was able to get me in same day when I was having mouth pain. she even called me to let me know I could move my 1pm appt to 10am and it was great how fast they got me in. my dental technician Brandon was very professional and had great bedside manners and was able to get my follow up appointments made. Absolutely fantastic dentist office will be recommending their services to my friends and family. I was promptly greeted by Jen and her sparkling smile! After filling out a little paper I was taken into the back where Jordan began my exam! The staff here was very polite and professional as well as the doctor. Dental visits can be a pain but Dr. Baker and his staff made me very comfortable 6/5 star service!

Probably the friendliest, most polite office staff I have experienced. Everyone introduced themselves by name, and they made me feel like I was their only patient that day rather than "next in line." Just had another visit, for a 6-month cleaning. Good prices, professional staff, excellent work. No one "likes" going to the dentist, but this is as good as it gets!

Got a filling on 7/27 and still in pain worst than before my filling and today's date is 8/23. I went back for them to tell me it will take a few weeks to adjust but I can't even eat on that side of my mouth and I need to wait weeks to adjust??? I work, so I need the latest appointment of the day but they only offered me 1pm and said that's all they have for over a week. I feel like they should accommodate considering I already paid for this service that obviously wasn't done correctly. Never experienced this in my life, I am finding a new dentist.

Jen the receptionist is so polite and very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Brandon was awesome and figured out a way to make the X-rays easy and less painful. Dr Baker was great he's so laid back and I didn't feel so nervous to be at the dentist, he made me feel like he was there to help me get my smile back and not just doing it for a paycheck Thank you guy's!

I'm extremely squeamish especially when it comes to being touched by others and past history (very early years) of scary, creepy, mean dentists. My first visit with Dr. Baker was very kind and he took the time to answer my questions without making me feel stupid and didn't make me feel as if I didn't care about my dental health. For a long time I didn't have good or any dental coverage so I had to go to some really awful places and because the dental care was free, the dentist & staff treated me as if i didn't really matter and provided substandard care. Covid scared me away, and when my friend at SPC whom I told her about Dr. Baker some years back said she had an appointment I was like thinking I must be nuts! If anything, keeping a healthy mouth is just as important and now that I have endured breast cancer treatment and back surgery and doing well I might add I can only get better by getting back on track with my dental care. Yes a very long message, this is not my normal thing to do but I just felt the need to write it. These past 5 years have been extremely challenging health-wise for me. Although initially I was a bit nervous, Michael who provided my dental service was very professional and not rough when cleaning my teeth. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything he was doing, didn't make me feel embarrassed for cleaning 2 years of yuck (uggh!!) out of my mouth. A bit heavy on the water but i agree it made for a better clean (smile). I hope that he will be the one to clean my teeth at the next appointment. Thank you Dr. Baker and staff, take care.

Cleaning experiences have always been good. I've never waited more than a few minutes to see my hygienist. I only arrive about 5 minutes before my appointment. Dr. Baker is skilled and won't let you leave until you're satisfied with the work. I'm still debating whether having crown work completed in a single appointment for 4 hours is good practice for both Dr and me. Dr Baker's work has always been first class.

He is the best dentist in the 25 years we've been living in Clearwater. Believe me when I say it is a privilege because, prior to Dr. Craig, we've had nothing but disappointments. Dr. Craig and staff makes is so simple, no hassles, and the work they do is absolutely golden. I also love the appointment reminders by email and phone. Been going here for 6 years, and Dr Baker and his staff are wonderful. I had a scheduling conflict last week for work during my originally scheduled cleaning and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. The hygienist that I dealt with this morning is fairly new to the office (4 Months), but she fits right in with the rest of the staff. She is extremely proficient at here job, and very personable. I can't remember her name, but Great hire Dr. Baker.

I have been going to Dr Baker for over 4 years and find him to be a very professional, caring and responsive dentist. I admit I am a coward when it comes to dental work. I needed some crowns work done and Dr Baker and his staff explained every step of the way and put my comfort first. He even personally called me to follow up the next day, never had that happen before! From his receptionist, to his hygienist up to Dr Baker they make you feel like you are their priority customer. Highly recommend!

Baker Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is definitely a place you'd want to go to for your dentist needs. The staff is very professional, yet gives you that family feel if needed. They will explain step by step to you during the entire process if needed, which helps take your mind off of any discomfort that you may feel. They make it their business to get to know you on a personal level so that they can better assist your needs & get you back to being a better, healthier you. Took my daughter here for the new patient special, we were there for over an hour for x-rays and an evaluation. They told us it was $2800 for one crown. No root canal, no gold, just a regular crown. Then gave me a speech about how they care about people who don't have insurance, so they offer a yearly plan. We signed up for the plan, two cleanings, and a few other benefits that would rarely be used, for $200. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick and I had to reschedule her next appointment. I was told that there is a $50 fee to reschedule, because they have to pay their hygenist. That wasn't on the paperwork that I received. So I've chosen to take the loss and find a new dentist. At their prices we will never have any real work done there and slipping in hidden fees is deceitful. Seems the only one they really care about is their hygenist, that they apparently pay $100 an hour.

I was always a single mom, so it was more important to bring my daughter to the dentist.It had been 20 plus years since I had been, last year I purchased a Groupon to Dr.Baker and realized how I had neglected my teeth. The entire office staff was so compassionate,friendly and reassuring that i worked hard to get insurance. Today was my second visit and again they did not let me down... We now have a plan in place and I look forward to seeing them on a regular basis.. Thank you to the entire staff...

Nobody ever WANTS to visit the dentist, but every now & then one must... And so for that I'm glad that Baker Dentistry caught my eye on Groupon with a fantastic deal. Not only was the price BEYOND fair, the service and professionalism exhibited by all was truly exemplary. Dr Baker treated me like a longtime patient and Alina who executed my cleaning was amazingly gentle and exhibited a wonderful "bedside manner" -- eventually you HAVE to go to the dentist... so you might as well go to a good one.

I bought the Groupon for X Rays and a cleaning-- the X Ray technician was the best I have ever met. Dr. Baker did a very thorough exam of my teeth before my cleaning, spent at least 20 minutes with me which I found impressive. He recommended some things and gave advice on my teeth. The cleaning itself was great, fast and thorough. The office is clean (very important for me). Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Baker for over 5 years. He's very friendly as are his hygienists and staff. I'm a busy professional with a lot of meetings and I love that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, if that for an appointment and I've had many. My previous dentist was always a long wait, double booked which is why I left that dentist. I love how they don't double book here, stick to a schedule and always do it with very friendly service.

Very friendly staff talk to you not down on you. Took time to explained everything they need to do to fix all the problems. The first appointment was for my husband and after how he and myself were treated at his appointment, I was ready to set up an appointment for myself. Very happy we found this Dentist office. Update 2/11/2019: I had a tooth that was broken off and was very scared to see the Dr. Baker but he put me at ease and he was able to pull the tooth without me stressing so much. Absolutely love Dr. Baker and his staff! Won't go to anyone else from now on!

Ignored a toothache because I didn't have insurance. If I knew how great they are affordable I would have been there sooner. They even have in-house uninsured plan. Saved me a lot of money and comes with the benefits regular dental plans offer. Definitely recommend if you want a personal service feeling.

if i could rate 0 stars i would…..dr craig baker is incredibly hard to understand, constantly mumbling. when doing a filling, he didn't completely numb me and i immediately started to cry when he began work. he then proceeded to numb me super deep in my jaw (area was swollen for days, never had that happen before) multiple times, would continue to work without waiting for the numbing to kick in. then when he finished the work, his “apology” was insincere and unapologetic. not to mention, i enrolled in cherry payments under the impression it would help cover the work needed to be done (this was before the experience happened and i saw how uncaring this dentist really was) and getting ahold of the receptionist to cancel it was nearly impossible, i had to call multiple times, told they would call me back and never did , finally was resolved almost a month later, and haven't gone back since. edit; i told dr baker that i wasn’t numb and kept pulling away during times when i couldn’t speak. i was literally borderline panic attack while he’s jabbing my gums. its common sense if someone is in pain, whether its verbally telling you or physically moving away from your hand, that you stop and give the anesthesia more time. he would re-numb me and continue right away? then numb me more and same thing. like??

I was scheduled to come here for my QTC appointment for army medical readiness. I confirmed the appointment and double checked that everything was completed for the 10:15 appointment at 6am. I drove 36 minutes in traffic to my appointment just for them to tell me that all appointments were cancelled and to call QTC. They did not give an explanation other than they tried to call me when my call log does not reflect any missed calls or voicemails. I called QTC immediately and they also did not cancel the appointment with them. I attempted to call them to let them know this information but their system would not allow me to be connect to anyone. I do not recommend service here.

I have previously had to have teeth pulled and have a lot of dental work that needs to be done. I didn't feel judged at all. The whole staff treated me kindly and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, went over all of my options and together we formulated a treatment plan. The facility was very clean and not too cold. Dr. Baker did a great job and I look forward to working with him in the future. I recommend this office

I have been going to Dr. Baker's office for 7 years. He has been very good to me and someone I continue to come to after moving an hour away. I was referred to him after a sports injury that impacted my front four teeth. He did a great job making them look as natural as possible. His staff is excellent and I look forward to going to see those friendly and familiar faces.

I’ve been going to Dr. Baker for many years. He’s always done a great job on fillings and crowns. The hygienists and assistants are all super friendly. The office is very clean and tidy. Billing is always clear and accurate. Just got a new crown put on. In and out in half an hour with a perfect new crown.

I can’t believe it! I actually ENJOY going to the dentist. Dr. Baker is stellar and his team is excellent. Professional and personable. I’d give them more stars but there aren’t any more available. Dr. Baker and his team take their business seriously and take care of their customers. Comfort and care. The best! I stand by what I wrote above. Every visit is with professionals. May 15, 2018 I still enjoy going to the dentist. Who knew? I am always greeted by the nicest people and checked in. Denise is a great hygienist who understands my lack of desire to have things poking in my mouth. She is gentle and sweet but gets the job done. Today I had a permanent crown and a filling completed. Danielle, Dr, Baker’s assistant and Dr. Baker were very personable, even offering me a warm blanket when I got cold. The best dentist in the Tampa Bay Area. Go see Dr. Baker and his team. I couldn’t happier to find Dr Baker and staff to be my dentist. They have the nicest staff that I ever see at dental office. Very gentle and passionate and all the way to the front desk too, they will help you figure out the best thing for you. I have a lot of major work done here and Dr Baker totally able to minimize the pain and the recovery time almost to none. I never had any dentist that did such a great job and taking their time to make sure you not in pain and have the best result. I couldn’t recommenced enough, I think they are the best dental provider in the area for sure !!

For my March 2017 appt, Dr Baker's team were on their game! Walked in, was warmly greater, and led immediately to the dental chair where Denise did a friendly and fabulous job of cleaning and inspecting my teeth. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Fantastic experience! Thank you! Today (7/31/17), I had to have a crown installed. Once again, everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Baker explained what I should expect during the procedure and did what he'd said. Best thing yet, was he was able to make the crown on site! One appointment, 3 hours and done! Thanks Dr Baker and Kim; great job!

Today I took my 80 year old father for his initial appointment. For someone with stage IV Parkinson's and severe diabetes and most of all hadn't been to a dentist since 2004 he was treated with the up most respect and professionalism. I was elated witnessing the attention he was given by not only the staff but the dentist himself. Not only am I bringing my Dad back to address his treatment plan but he left with a beautiful electric toothbrush that offered a $20 rebate after purchase! What a wonderful office!

I was not too happy with my dental fillings done here. After the fillings were completed, I had severe headaches and could not sleep for about 2 weeks. I went back for teeth rework and it helped, but the damage was done as the pain only subsided for a couple of days before I had to miss 2 days of work to go to another dentist and a specialist to get it fixed. Granted, I did not have any issues with my teeth before visiting this dentist. Additionally, they also did a deep cleaning on me on the wrong side according to the hygienist. She then realized her mistake and only took 10-15 minutes to do the deep cleaning on the actual side that needed the deep cleaning due to her running out of time. I was then asked to leave a 5 star review to enter into a raffle for $70 account credit. Waste of money in my opinion.

I read reviews on multiple sites before choosing a dentist, Dr. Baker by far had the best reviews. After my consultation today I see why. I need quite a bit of work done and feel uncomfortable about my teeth in general. Kim and Dr. Baker went over every option thoroughly and the price was less than I expected. I've never felt comfortable at a dentist office, until today. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Dr. Baker & his staff are amazing.

UPDATE: Since I cannot reply to their reply, I cancelled one appointment to schedule for the next morning I also work crazy hours. I decided not to show up because of your rude front office staff. I have been an office manager for years and don't put up with that. No flexibility and a waste of time. This office is a sham do not go here! I have been coming here for 7 years and let me tell you, the dentist Dr. Baker is wonderful! The reception is literally terrible. I missed my appointment today because I couldn't stand the thought of even showing up there. You can even read the responses to the bad reviews and they even seem rude! The front reception makes you extremely uncomfortable. Just plain rude, and after this many years I cannot wait to change offices!

I'm been a customer for the past two years. Today I went in for a cleaning and sensitivity. This appointment was pushed back twice because the other two times it was scheduled on days the office was closed. With a little attention to detail this could have been prevented. For the past two years the dental assistants have been wonderful in dealing with my high anxiety. Today was not the case. The person I saw did not seem to know or was confident in what they were doing. When she asked if I had any medical changes I told her yes I have celiac. She couldn't spell celiac and was reluctant when I attempted to help her. I felt overwhelmed and really uncomfortable so I asked for someone else. When I did this the doctors reply was that I could go somewhere else. So I will. With a little compassion this could have been avoided.

Highly recommended. I am very picky about dentists. I am what you might call a nightmare patient. I question everything, I hate upselling, and I am well educated on the unnecessary procedures most dentists try to sell you. These people are great. Very professional, courteous, and skilled. They fixed my chipped tooth and really took their time to do it right. They perfectly matched the color. Dr. Baker really worked at making sure the bite was just right, having me slide my teeth around and checking and repeating about a half dozen times, making little adjustments until perfection was achieved. I have finally found a dentist that meets, and in fact exceeded all of my expectations. This is THE place to go. P.S., I don't give 5 star reviews lightly.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I do not want to go into too much detail because it was a frustrating situation. We were patients of Dr. Baker since around 2007. In the beginning he was very thorough and did an excellent job. However, through the years it seems like his work started to get a bit more sloppy. Always rushing from patient to patient. I will detail the main reason we are not returning to this practice. My husband required an expensive procedure. He was given a treatment plan for what it would cost and he paid up front for it. A few months later we get a bill asking for $2,100 more because the procedure was "downgraded" by the insurance company. Our whole family has given Dr. Baker's practice thousands of dollars throughout the years. Every single time when we were given the treatment plan it cost exactly what it said we had to pay. Never before has anyone sent a bill saying our treatment was downgraded and we had to pay more money. Had my husband known it would have cost double what he was quoted, he would never had agreed to getting the work done. This happened in 2020. Not sure if the same person in charge of billing still works there, but I believe it was not confirmed correctly with the insurance company. For such an expensive procedure, coverages should have been verified thoroughly first. The other reason I will not be returning is that he did a radical procedure to get my tooth numb. I metabolize anesthesia very quickly. Not only for dentistry. I have made this known. He jumps around from patient to patient and by the time he would get back to me the anesthesia was not as effective. He eventually did what I think was a intraosseous injection (had to google it) to finish the work. Basically, he drilled into my jaw and then injected the anesthesia. He didn't really explain what it was just that it was another way to get my tooth numb. Had I known what was to be done I would not have agreed. It left a large bump where he drilled into my gum and it hurt for about 6 weeks. It is unfortunate these things happened because we were with Dr. Baker for so long and loved the staff. I would also like to mention to cross reference reviews on this practice with other platforms. He asks people to leave a 5 star reviews on Google so they will be entered into a raffle for a credit on their account. In my opinion it’s a bit tacky and it makes his Google reviews not seem genuine.

I would return to my home town for a visit once a year and include an appointment for a visit to my dentist. I found Dr. Baker on Groupon 4 years ago...My dental health was about a 4. Within a year Dr. Baker and his team raised my dental health to a 9 and have maintained that level. All members of the staff are professional and attentive (They Care). I recommend Dr. Baker and His Team very highly. As a bonus they are insurance experts and do all the paper work for you...to the extent that they even filed my HSA account info automatically. They are a true Wonder. I moved 30 minutes away and still brave the traffic to go to My Dentist...Dr. Baker!!! Thank you!!!

All weekend I was suffering from pain with a tooth that's been a problem for way too long. I called about everywhere to get help today. And Dr Baker and his staff got me in within just a couple hours. I am VERY anxious and have anxiety, however they took their time with me and helped me make a sound decision. No pushing me to get all this work done that may or may have not worked. They listened and they were really genuine. Thank God for all of them that work their. And they didn't charge me an insain amount like the other places i spoke with(i had to pay OOP because my insurance sucks lol) . They have got a new patient for life here as well as my husband. We were very pleased. It was a very comfortable experience and got my tooth out that was killing me. Thank you to the entire staff for your help! I'll see you in July when my insurance kicks back in! Great overall experience. Will be going back.

Terrible customer support. We've been with them for 4 years because we lived in the neighborhood. When I retired I confirmed they still took Humana, I knew my co-pay would be a little different. My husband and daughter went in for an annual exam, the co-pay was around $400 after work was completed. They failed to inform us first before the work and would not work with us for payment options afterwards. We were paying little by little but their solution was to send us to collections. That's how they treat their veterans. Do not go to them! Happy Memorial Day. Reply- Whoever replied to my feedback has been uneducated please refer to your billing. We paid my daughter's portion in full at time of service and to my husband bill we paid two of the 5 invoice sent, called to inform on numerous occasions of the intentions "not ignored". Cannot be held responsible if you have unqualified phone technicians that are uncapable of making the proper notations in the computer system. BTW bill was paid in full as previously promised we would. Terrible Terrible service to our military and veterans, you should be ashamed.

I happen to work for a very respected and well known Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery group as the front office supervisor and lead surgical coordinator. So, I have certain expectations when it comes to customer service, attention to detail, professionalism and care for patients. I will start by saying that my boyfriend went here for a Groupon cleaning and it was a great deal and he said the service he received was also great. He was even going to continue his proposed treatment plan that was given to him that was about $10k. HOWEVER, the way the receptionist talks to and responds to negative experiences and reviews is beyond unprofessional. On the initial call to this office, the receptionist seemed irritated and would not make the appointment without a groupon code. I specifically remember being annoyed by this since once you 'redeem' it on the app, it's non-refundable, but I did hang up, bought it and called back. The 1st appointment offered 9/3/19 @ 8am was taken by then so, she offered a 1pm on 9/5/19. I even text the time/date to my boyfriend before I hung up the phone. I got on their website and also filled out all the paperwork for him. He arrived on 9/5/19 to be told he missed his 8am appointment and the number on file was wrong. I printed the forms I filled out on line and they were not wrong. Maybe the receptionist wrote them down wrong. Who knows. He rescheduled and was seen but was then shown the bad review I left with my complaints, IN FRONT OF THE DR, and was told that "Maybe I can update the bad review". This made my boyfriend highly uncomfortable to say the least. Never have I ever heard of any establishment, medical, dental or McDonalds bring up a bad review (that was true mind you) to the patient and ask that it be changed. But, after his great experience with the hygienist, I was going to graciously update it when I got off work and had time to figure out how to update reviews on Groupon. HOWEVER, this office did not have patience and today I got a response on Groupon to my review and I cannot believe the way they speak to people. I was told that I was in the wrong. I wrote everything down wrong, gave the wrong number and that they are not mind readers. I was also told to act like an adult and admit my mistake. Apparently they get all the good reviews by bullying people to take down negative reviews and experiences instead of professionally rectifying someone’s issues. Due to this office’s lack of patience, we are cancelling my boyfriend's projected treatment plan indefinitely and needless to say, when the doctors and/or patients in our institute are looking for referrals to general dentistry, this "business" will not be getting our very large referral base. We do not want our patients treated this way and talked to with such blatant dis-respect and complete rudeness. *update in response to the Dr’s reply below: My boyfriend was told that the area code “I gave” was 813, not 727 as it should be and what is on his paperwork. The Groupon review “bashing” your office, as you say, was my personal experience with your front office staff from phone call 1. The treatment he received at his appointment, as I stated, was great and I was going to take down/edit the review but didn’t have time since I was working today. Your staff attacked me personally and completely put blame on me. In no normal business is that ever the proper way to handle a persons complaint. Maybe your staff should be retrained on basic and proper business skills. We appreciate your apology but I have read many other responses to other negative reviews and it all remains the same. Your office does not take responsibility for the mistakes they make with patients and instead of apologize and try to make it right in a professional manner, attack and blame and in my case personally offend me. I hope in the future you take more pride in the way your patients are handled... in the good and bad situations. Also, it seems as though I’m not the only one with this experience with your staff and having issues with scheduling.

I never requested a specific day and time! I was flexible for any day! The reception lady was just rude and unpatient with making an appointment that worked for both of us!! She completely lied about the situation Unbelievable. I was not a current patient of Dr. Baker's having just recently moved to the area, however, now I will continue to see Dr. Baker on a regular basis. I had a tooth ache for four days and decided i needed to have it looked at. Cindy worked me in that day, and Dr. Baker performed a much needed root canal. Little did I know I had cracked my tooth and it was becoming infected. He made sure that I felt no pain through out the process and even called me on my way home to make sure I was okay. I will be back on a regular basis! Thank you Dr. Baker!

I had a negative experience with the dentist (wrong recommendation on my wife's case) and I switched to another dentist. When I requested to email me my x-rays I was told I will have to come and sign a release and pay a $25 fee for that. This is not common and that's the first time I heard it is done. The other dentist was very surprised. I paid for the x-rays when they were taken, so I shouldn't get a "fine" when leaving.

Love the personal attention. I have had some extensive work done over the last two years. I am extremely satisfied. The entire staff always takes time to make sure you are informed and at ease. Never rushed. Highly recommend them.

My appointment was at 12:45, I got there early at around 12:20, filled out paperwork for 10 minutes...They took me back around 12:35. I was told the hygienest may not be there until 2. After 20 minutes of xrays and talking to the dentist, I was told my cleaning would definitely not be until 2. I asked how long the cleaning would be...it's an hour. At this time it was 1:15. So Im suppose to wait an hour just to sit there another hour for my cleaning? I don't understand why they would even take me back early or even schedule my appointment at a time when the hygienist isn't even there???....I decided to leave and reschedule.To top it all off, the woman at the front counter with glasses...extremely rude!! Horrible first impression for this company. I'm pretty sure she was the same woman that I spoke with on the phone to schedule my appt that sounded like she hated her job. She asked if there was a time issue and I explained to her why and she acted very rude like she wasn't understanding the problem. Horrible customer service skills. If you hate your job that much do us all a favor and quit. Oh and my next rescheduled cleaning isn't until June 1st! I would like my money back instead of waiting another month just for a cleaning! Don't get the Groupon!!

Customer service was outstanding! The Dentist and Dental assistants explained what was being done throughout the procedure. They were also checking to see how I was feeling too! They were very informative and caring at the same time.

SO glad I found this dentist! He is highly skilled, with a pleasant manner. The staff is very friendly and personable, things you definitely wish for in medical offices that are deficient in them. Highly recommended.

Alina is the dental hygienist here at Baker Cosmetic & Dentistry and she does a really fantastic job. Being new to Florida, I was not happy with my last hygenist so finding Alina is a blessing. The search is over. I will be a regular customer here for my dental hygienic needs.

Everyone was most pleasant, the doctor explained what needed to be done and we started with regluing a crown, next will be teeth cleaning for both husband and myself, then I have another cracked tooth to be worked on and crowned. Am very please and was able to use Groupon for discount and they give you option of ebates so I even got a discount on the total

Very pleasant experience, I gag w X-rays and she had ways to avoid that. Very through, honest evaluation. Ideas for crown payment, seeing as I do not have dental ins. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while but Melissa, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Baker walked me through everything and were not judgement whatsoever! I used a Groupon (which was a crazy good deal) but I will definitely be back to get more work done!

I used a Groupon (exam, x-rays. cleaning). I got there about 15 min late due to traffic and bad GPs advice. --- Sorry guys. Xrays were many --- very thorough. Found a number of needed repairs. Not BS -- stuff I already knew or suspected. Dentist was good guy (no actual procedures performed, beyond exam). The hygienist (Melissa) did a very good job but was not very personable. -- She did not explain as she went and my questions seemed to annoy her. I'll sacrifice personability for technical proficiency every time, so I still give her 5-stars. The assistant (Kim) was the friendliest. I may let them do the follow-up work and if so, I'll update this review accordingly. FYI: being a doctor myself, I'm not the perfect, compliant "yes" patient healthcare people often prefer. I can be picky and tend to ask questions. These guys pretty much rolled with that.

I was In a lot of pain, just all of a sudden, out of nowhere... and they got me in right away. The staff are all very nice and helpful, and Dr Baker is very gentle, and he gives you choices. "You decide" what you want done. He doesn't just tell you " you HAVE TO DO THIS" and that's it!! He gives you all the options available

Other reviews must be fake. Went here with a Groupon. I had been to the dentist 7 months before in Chicago for a cleaning (and was told I had the onset of a cavity), so I was confused how it could go from almost nothing to this guy saying I needed a crown that would cost me $2k without insurance. Got a second opinion at a dentist closer to me who retook xrays for free. Not only did Baker's office note the wrong tooth in question on my record, I DO NOT NEED A CROWN. He wanted $2k! The work by the 2nd opinion- whose office looked far superior, and was similar to what my first dentist up North said- will be $300. To boot he pointed out plaque the hygienist didn't remove. GO ELSEWHERE

I bought a Groupon for an exam and cleaning and waited nearly six weeks for the appointment which was split into two appointments, making me take off from work twice. I arrived about 20 minutes early for the appointment and was asked for the Groupon as soon as I walked in. I was surprised when it was redeemed before the visit. I was looking around while I waited and noticed how shabby and rundown the tiny office appeared. A drill (or some type of dental equipment) was clearly heard from the back, making it seem no doors were closed past the open door to the back office. The giant air freshener on the counter was so strong and cloying my eyes were watering and I started coughing. And I started to wonder what the smell was they were trying to cover up. I informed the front desk I could not stay and left. Groupon, of course, will not refund my money since it is past their 3 day purchase policy. I will never purchase a Groupon again for any type of medical services.

Appointment was for my regular 2x a year teeth cleaning. Appointment was for 10:00 AM and I was waited on exactly at 10:00. Dr Baker and staff were very courteous. Thank you Dr. Baker and all of the staff.

This is where you should go . They are friendly , concerned for your well being and proficient . The hamburgers were great and free beer every day . i really don't want to recommend them because if they get too much business , i will have to wait longer for my appts. BTW , just kidding about the beer and burgers .

I have been going to Dr Baker for several years and my teeth were in bad shape. Many old gray fillings and cracked teeth. Dr Baker has taken care of the last old filling and with his hi-end equipment created a new tooth (crown) while I waited. With just one office visit, the filling & damage was removed and the crown he installed looks just like the original, minus the ugly filling.

Great place, had a root canal done there and was little to no pain, done very fast, and they check to make sure you’re okay throughout. Very friendly staff and they really care for you and cater to your financial situation if that need be.

I went in for a filling. 6 weeks later I was in incredible pain, went to another dentist who did an x-ray which showed the filling was pressing on the nerve and now needed either a root canal or extraction. The worst part is, Baker Dentistry wouldn't give me a refund.

Came to get a tooth pulled was referred to the different dentist they said they had a free initial consultation and then they tried to charge me $99 for giving me a consultation or a referral I don't know I wouldn't go to this dentist they didn't even want to pull my tooth

What more can you ask. I was on business travil and had a dental emergency. He got me in within hours of me walking in to his office. Evaluated and fixed the issue quickly.
