I can not Thank Brittany enough for going through and listening to all of my body aches and complaints before she started my massage. She focused on the areas that were most bothersome and painful to me. She was very knowledgeable when I asked questions such as how to stretch and strengthen to be able to avoid my aches and pains in the future. Most of my shoulder and neck aches are related to my posture, which she noticed. She was able to work on those muscles and encourage me to be aware of my posture at all times. Brittany came highly recommended to me and I am going to pass that along to everyone else who is looking for a massage therapist! With her sweet disposition and calming approach, I will always keep her in mind when I am in need of a massage or just an hour of pure relaxation!
