Worse place ever , took my sweetest dog to that place 3 days ago, he still shaking, his hair looks like I did the grooming, he’s not able to sleep for two nights already , he’s been groomed two times in a different place and he came back home normal and happy , here he looks like he went to a big trauma , I’m seriously considering putting a complaint on this place
He’s all nervous and barking, jumping and crying
My dog got traumatized with only 9 months

Don’t worry about those bad reviews. This guy is amazing. Ive token my pup here about 3 times, every single time I pick him up he smells amazing, not like wet dog how they do at other places. His cut is amazing, and what’s better is when his hair grows back, you truly see how amazing the cut is. This guy is economic, zero bs, and has a compassion for pets. I will never go anywhere else, I love this guy! 10/10

I hope this review finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the grooming service I received earlier today for my dog, Leo. Unfortunately, I must inform you that I am not a happy customer due to the following issues I observed:
Uneven hair: I noticed that there are noticeable inconsistencies in the hair length and overall grooming of my dog. It appears as though the grooming was not done with precision and attention to detail.
Unprofessional appearance: The final result gives the impression that I attempted to groom my dog myself, which is certainly not the level of quality I anticipated from your establishment.
Considering the unsatisfactory outcome of the grooming session, I kindly request a partial refund for the service. I believe this is a fair resolution to address the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
