What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I wonβt change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. Thatβs when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change! Her energy was completely different than before (all happy and excited! She didnβt even want to leave lol)! Enrique never disappoints either! He is super knowledgeable and helped me fix Lilahβs hair. And she always looks amazing after her grooms with him! Will 100% recommend! Super happy with this place, because itβs noticeable that they care for your furry kids! Thank you Enrique, and everyone working here β€οΈ

That's the best place to take your pet to groom they are very friendly the whole staff are wonderful. They come out to greet you and take their time to talk to you and see what exactly you want and they do exactly what you want. My puppy Princess love them and the store and everything to birthday supplies for your pet to clothes treats, food. I give them a 10 star. They are amazing book your appointment now you will go they forever. Way to go Woof Gang kudos to all the staff.

Our Husky Kiya is so dramatic and spicey, but
Amy handled her Kiyaβs tantrum with grace and did an amazing job with her grooming and deshedding her coat!
Enrique always does a great job with our Husky Tonka and takes her arguing in stride! She is tough on groomers, does not like one minute of the process and is happy to tell the groomer just how she feels, but Enrique powers through and Tonka always comes home looking amazing!
I have tried several groomers with these two stubborn and argumentative sled dogs, but either their tantrums and screams are too much or the brushing provided is sub par - but Woof Gang always handles them both with no complaints and super good brushing and deshedding! They are really a notch above the others I have found and so nice to have just across the street in Westchase!!

I have been taking my XL dog with a double coat here for over a year now. They do excellent work! He always comes home smelling great and they treat him as if he was one of their own pets. The staff is super friendly as well! I would definitely recommend this groomer!

The absolute worst place to bring your dog to be groomed. They should not be in business. We asked for a trim, came back to shaved with uneven chunks taken out. They did not wash her! Now it will be a year till she grows out her hair. β¦

They are not equipped to recognize when a pet is in medical distress nor trained to provide basic 1st aid when a pet goes into heat exhaustion. A beloved pet died within 12 hours due to their inept method of "grooming". Be careful with who entrust your dogs very life. It's heartbreakingly all true.
