I just moved to Apollo Beach and was lucky enough to find Stephanie! She is amazing. I have had allergies and sinus issues for a long time, and I tried the sinus lymphatic massage, which made a huge difference. Loved the massage with Stephanie. I was able to make a same day appointment online for a deep tissue massage since my back was really bothering me yesterday. Super nice to be able to just book online and instead of having to call. I was also able to get an evening appointment so I could go after work. From the time you enter you receive a warm neck wrap by the receptionist, you’re taken back on time, she doesn’t leave for 10 minutes to start the massage, only a few minutes (so that I pretty much got as close to 90 minutes as possible), the pressure is amazing and the whole ambience of the place and room is just aesthetically beautiful! I booked my first massage with Stephanie and let me tell you it was phenomenal! Booking was so easy since you could do it via their website. I did the 60 minute massage with cupping and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Stephanie spoke with me and helped assessed any areas that’s might need a little more focusing. As for the cupping this was my first time so she explained everything and while she was doing the massage she kept checking in on me to make sure the pressure was right. Stephanie is the most talented, incredible massage therapist there is. Over the past 6 months, she helped me understand where and why my muscles were locking up and how to treat them. This was wonderful. So, had tweaked my back somewhat badly a few weeks back, and Stephanie did a great job working the area and opening it up. She also had techniques I’d not experienced before, like flexion/extension of the wrists/ankles during the hand/foot massage, and a sort of pulling or tugging the skull away from the feet during the neck work, I could feel it all the way down to my sacrum! I love my lymphatic massage. I have Sjogrens syndrome and she knew to apply the right amount of pressure. It was a pleasant experience. Also I received a deep tissue massage. The pressure was right and it was relatively relaxing 😌. I have fibromyalgia, people say that I am a walking bruise. Usually I can't stand deep tissue massage, it is very painful for me. But she help me relax and she would constantly ask if the pressure was ok. Overall was an amazing experience.
