Riverwatch has provided great service for the boats that we keep at their marina. They are super friendly, helpful and look to go above and beyond for their customers.
Very clean place people are nice as well
We really enjoy this marina, it’s very accommodating too. The staff is excellent and Beth always greets us with a smile. The dock staff always makes sure our boat is clean, ready and looking great. We hadn’t used our boat in months and we knew it was going to be dirty but we were very surprised to see it clean, freshly mopped off and ready to go once we approached the dock, all this without asking anyone prior. The outside staff cannot do enough for you and always greet us with a smile. We love it here!!!
Riverwatch is truly an awesome Marina. The people are super friendly and knowledgeable! The location is amazing and Chris the Harbor Master could not have been more helpful! The Owners are hands on and a wonderful family who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The service work done on our boat was second to none and the prices are very reasonable. I am a new boat owner and so I needed a great deal of support which they were more than happy to provide and then some! I would recommend this marina to everyone who is looking for dock-age, a new boat, a used boat, detailing, expert service or just passing through for gas! Thank you River Watch for my new to me amazing boat and your support! You guys Rock! Kevin H Bowers.
Overall a wonderful marina. I use them for indoor rack storage. When launching my boat, they are fast and dependable. Never had any issues. The service department is top notch. Excellent quality service and very reasonable prices. Thanks.
Good clean Marina no complaints
My husband and I had Riverwatch put new Mercury outboards on our boat and detail our boat. At first everything went well and we were told we could pick up the boat by 1pm on a Friday. We showed up to new motors and an incomplete detail; but was told we could wait for it to be done. Unfortunately after an hour of waiting they came to us and said the detail could not be completed due to that person having to go due to family matters. Totally understandable with the agreement that when we get our maintenance done next we would be compensated a full detail. Well we just had it in for maintenance this past week and to our surprise the detail was not completed. And to top it all off my father who dropped the boat off for us and came back to pick it up was treated like a criminal who was trying to steal our boat. We regret spending money here and will not be back in the future. Processed at your own risk.
I would avoid this place at all cost. It is too far from the inlet, you'll get stuck behind bridges forever and a day, they damages my boat multiple times and get ready to feel like you are a target unless you are willing to give out tips tips tips!
Had a terrible experience here. First of all it is 30 minutes away from the inlet, you have to go past three bridges including the train bridge which I can barely get past in my pathfinder 2200 which has no t-top. Admittedly I am not a big tipper, the people who work on the cranes don't seems to like that I guess. My boat was damages multiple times underneath the haul, because it was improperly handled. The Marina manager said they would fix it and even sent me a picture to my cell phone. They claimed they hired a glass guy to fix it... highly doubtful. The area of damage was rough to the touch, it looked like they had sand paperd it off. I now have to make an appointment to get it fixed on my own with a true professional.
The last straw for me was that my best friend flew down from Virginia to celebrate my birthday, I called the marina the day before and asked them to put the boat on a charge for the full day and fill it with gas and "please make sure" it was in the water because I was going to be there early. We left the house at 4:00 a.m., was at the Marina by 5:00, guess what, the boat was on the rack and the Marina did not open until 8:00.
While I was waiting for the Marina to open one of the customers who did have their boat int he water and was at the marina early and getting ready to go off shore casually mentioned that "a $5.00 tip goes a long way around here..."
I would avoid this pace at all cost. It is too far from the inlet, you'll get stuck behind bridges forever and a day, they damages my boat multiple times and they want to get tips like it's their right!
Great people , Beth help me in every way possible , she keep me up to date on the whole transaction . Bill also worked with me on the purchas of a new Mercury outboard . We buy a lot of cars and boats and this was by far the best Communications between buyer and seller . I would highly recommend River Watch marina
Excellent
We love the service
This has been one of the best decisions we've made as a family! We're very pleased with Freedom Boat Club. The boats are beautiful and the staff are awesome!
I have been bringing my 2016 G1 Etec for two years with a recurring alarm "low engine temp svc soon" the four times I have brought it in for this issue it has not been fixed, and every time I bring it in im assured there is no issue with the engine. I have continued to bring my boat in for service at Riverwatch marine, and with talking to John (Shop Manager/Technician) I have been continuously assured that the engine is in perfect working condition. After picking up the boat for the fourth unscheduled warranty work the engine failed to start normally at the dock showing a low oil pressure and no oil alarm, as a result I have lost full confidence with John and his team of technician as this continuous issue has not been fixed and in addition more issue have shown up after given a clean bill of health by John. I have ceased all work with Riverwatch marine and have started using ARG marine in Riviera beach for my service needs.
Clean marina, helpful staff, and quick response time!
All the people we have dealt with at Riverwatch Marina in Stuart are excellent. We are especially fond of Chris the Harbor Master. (AWESOME GUY!)
Service and staff here are great. I've had my boat here over a year and am a very pleased customer.
Where do I start.... dishonest, greedy and scam artists. That pretty much covers Riverwatch marina. They treat you very bad because they r the only game in town I guess.....
Avoid these jerks at all costs if you can help it.
Ive Known Bill for along time. He is a good guy. Cleanest, well kept Marina in Martin County.
Great marina.
Super friendly associates
Nice easy access to bathrooms
Not the cheapest, but they were the only Marina in town willing to schedule me for an emergency visit to fix my motor and save my vacation fishing trip. Friendly people to boot.
Nice small marina with a big enclosed dry stack. Staff is friendly and helpful.
