If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. These people never answer their phone, never call you back, never reply to emails. I've been trying to contact my sales rep for weeks via the contacts listed on her business card with no avail. The only call that I received from her is when I filed a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. Oh, and when you call their main phone number, you have two options, option 1 is for new potential customers - they pick up immediately and can get you in on the same day. Option 2 is for existing customers - it always goes to voicemail. And they never return your calls. Why bother, they got your money already....
